Episode description

Mark and Ronnette Anderson, Anderson’s Seed and Garden

Jenny Mathews, contributing writer

Mark Anderson is a name you know if you live in Cache Valley. Third generation owner of the family business, Anderson’s Seed and Garden, he takes pride in the wisdom and foresight of his super cool Grandma Anderson and the many family members and friends who have helped Anderson’s become the thriving, iconic local business that it is.

Mark joins us to discuss his ideas about owning and growing a small business in a small town, and what makes our area unique to business owners and patrons. Mark’s enthusiasm for agriculture and gardening will make you want to join the club and get more dirt under your fingernails. His philosophy is that people who are gardening are people who are happy!
