Healing looks different for everyone. For a lot of us, healing is a physical experience. For others, it is mental. But there are many who would look at healing from a spiritual lens. I was quite the cynic when it came to esoteric practices until a very dear friend said, "absence of evidence, is not evidence of absence". And my meeting with Jas was all about that statement. Jaspreet Bhatia is an NLP practitioner, a corporate psychologist, and trainer, but that's not the fun part. She's also a Shamanism practitioner and Akashic Record reader who has spent her time healing others. And that is what we are going to talk about.
