This week we’re unpacking the hottest workplace trend right now - quiet quitting.

If you haven’t heard of it, maybe you haven’t spent enough time on TikTok or Reddit lately. The concept is simple enough: Do your job but don't go too hard. You don’t outright quit your job, just the idea of going above and beyond at work. You're still performing your duties but you're no longer subscribing to the hustle culture mentality that work has to be your life. 
 
To help unpack it all, Fallon is joined by guest Brittinay Lenhart. Brittinay is a United States Air Force Veteran, Former Jet Engine Mechanic, who served as part the personal flight crew for the Secretary of Defense, she is Leadership expert, holding a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and these days, she is a successful Work Culture Consultant. She is based out of Las Vegas and spends her days helping companies be the place people run to, not away from.
