Welcome to brain stuff These podcast. Hi Martiall brain A submarine is a big, sealed tube that contains lots of people and a limited air supply. Three things have to happen to keep the air breathable. First, oxygen has to be replenished as it's consumed. People suffocate if the percentage of oxygen in the air falls too low. Second, carbon dioxide must be removed from the air. Third, the moisture

that we exhale in our breath must be removed. Most of the oxygen comes from an oxygen generator, which creates oxygen from the electrolysis of water. In an emergency, oxygen can also come from pressurized tanks or some sort of oxygen canister. Carbon dioxide can be removed from the air chemically using soda line. The carbon dioxide is trapped in the soda line by a chemical reaction. The moisture can be removed by a d human to fire. This prevents
