Episode description

In June, Lyda Hill Philanthropies awarded catalytic funding to Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute (MMHPI), in partnership with the Center for Depression Research and Clinical Care (CDRC), and the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School for the Lone Star Depression Challenge. This episode, Catherine Huff talks to Dr. Madhukar Trivedi (founding director of the CDRC) and Dr. Andy Keller (President and CEO of MMHPI) about this very exciting development and how the $10 million prize will impact the future of mental health care for all Texans.
