Send us a text

Today's episode is all about suicide awareness as we enter September, which is National Suicide Awareness Month here in the States and World Suicide Prevention Day is September 10th, 2022.

This topic is one that we like to brush under the rug ... because it's painful, because it's uncomfortable, and because we do that with most mental health subjects.

I'm here to talk about it because it's necessary, because millions of people are affected by suicide daily.

It's uncomfortable and it is painful, especially for those of us who have had thoughts of suicide and/or lost a loved one  to suicide.

It's ok that it's uncomfortable, we're going to do it anyway.

I'll leave the rest for you to listen to.
