Today's Episode highlights the rise and fall of people's rights, specifically we're talking about the progress made in the mid 90's to recognize that violence against women and children is in fact a crime and does in fact affect everything that person will face going forward.

There is tremendous uncertainty, fear, rage, and lack of control in this moment as the decision was made to pull back 50 years of protection for bodily autonomy and privacy.

How do we handle all of this chaos and very real threat?

By taking the next step and focusing on what we can control in this moment.

Get in there and give it a listen for more!
