This episode is about taking action.

Anxiety is the underestimation of your ability to face any given challenge, and the overestimation of that challenge.

Taking the smallest step toward the thing that is overwhelming you or the thing you've created a story of fear around will alleviate a piece of that fear.

When we take action we are proving to ourselves, to our brain and nervous system, that we can affect the experience we have.

The more action we take, the more trust we build in ourselves.

The more trust we have that we can figure it out, the less scary it is.

Get in there and give it a listen!
