Our goal is to amplify student voices through advocating for equity, inclusion, and representation of all. On this episode, Spencer Neichter sat down with the owner and founder of Happy As A Lark Cakes, Brandi Romines. A graduate of UK, she has spent her entire career baking an assortment of amazing cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, and more.
