World's Most Expensive Steak Paired With Bourbon

Snake River Farms is the United States' largest producer of Wagyu beef. They also produce prime grade steaks through Double R Ranch. While both brands supply many of the top restaurants in the country they had a local customer that was able to help me tackle this topic.  Local Yocal is a well respected restaurant located in McKinney TX.  What is unique about them is they are owned by an actual wagyu cattle rancher who also runs a local high end butcher shop by the same name. This video was a unique opportunity to bring together a top a top rancher, a top chef, and the top steak producer for an entertaining and educational episode that was amazingly fun to create.
