When you grow up LGBT+, PE and sports aren't usually top of your list. We unpack that a little, talk about our own fitness, or lack of, and that one time we did a really, really big walk. We then speak to personal trainer Matt Boyles of Fitter You Global who guides us through his approach to improving the wellbeing of gay, bi and trans men. We also speak with Natalie Armitage*, who specialises in Pranayama, a practice which involves controlling your breath to connect the body and the mind, and the help it provided the community in 2020.
