Dave recently competed in the 2020 Legends Championship for Masters CrossFit athletes, where he took 1st place in the 34 to 39 year old men's division. We talk about the challenges of hosting and competing with restrictions in place, strategies going through each event and what he took away from competing amongst elite athletes.
