RayMike is back bringing it with his mental health expertise and a hella great drink! Get a hold of some grapefruit vodka, club soda or you can get away with mineral water, and lime juice! Sip, Chug, or ya know drink like a normal person along with us while we discuss something we so often forget about; our energetic environment. It took a conversation with a close friend for me to remember how easily our emotional state is impacted by who is around us. So take a deep breath, recognize when the energy is theirs and not yours then set boundaries! The state of the world has us more emotional than usual lately especially with school starting so taking care of our mental health is key. Step back into yourself and realize when it's just your environment that has you out of wack. Cheers Boozers!
