#312 Is Conversational AI As Good As Humans

First of all conversational AI is here to stay. AI is getting better at everything. As the technology is maturing, we are able to, you know, create more and more powerful algorithms as we are collecting more data and understanding the world better. 

The idea behind this is conversational AI is becoming so good that it is practically indistinguishable from a real human. 

And even when you start talking to a chatbot, or an AI system, it is smart enough to know its own boundaries, so it can actually start to interact with the consumer, it can actually start to answer those questions. 

And then at some point, if the consumer asks a question that the system the AI system is not able to answer, it is smart enough to seamlessly transfer it over to a human being.
