The following is a paid podcast. iHeartRadio's hosting of this podcast constitutes neither an endorsement of the products offered or the ideas expressed. Hello, and welcome to Roost your brain Power. I'm your host, doctor Eric Kaplan. We're gonna be talking about brain development. The most important time for brain development is in utero. It's when your mother is pregnant that will dictate how your brain forms
in the womb. It's where it all starts. And what I mean by that is if the mother is highly stressed or anxious when she's pregnant, then the baby is going to already be born in stress mode. We see that all the time. So if a mother is anxious, stress, high strung, worried all the time, angry, not sleeping right during the pregnancy, then the baby is going to develop anxiety and have high stress during childhood. So the beginning is where it all starts. As a man, you want
to give the healthiest sperm ever. So if you plan on having children a month before you decide to start trying, you become so healthy. You don't drink any alcohol, you don't smoke any cigarettes, you exercise every day. You drink lots of water, you eat very healthy, you get good sleep, you get sunlight, you have good emotional stress, you have fun, you work hard, you do all the right things. And then when you're ready to donate the sperm, it's the healthiest sperm possible. Same thing for
females. When they're producing their eggs, you only get a certain amount of eggs your entire life. You want to have the healthiest eggs possible. When you combine healthy sperm with healthy eggs, that creates a very healthy baby. Now after you've donated, now it's developmental time and that starts in the womb. So as a father, a father's job once the woman is pregnant is
to reduce all the stress in the mother's life. Make sure she's relaxed, make sure she's happy, make sure she's having fun, make sure she's support her and everything and eating healthy and exercising. You be there for her to reduce all your stress, to be as healthy as possible, because the healthier the mama is, the healthier the baby is. All right, So the good news is you can really alter your environment to improve your genes. It's
called epigenetics. Okay, So I don't care if everybody in your family has diabetes. If you do the right things, and you avoid the sugar and the soda and the juice and the breads and the pastas and all those complex carbohydrates and those starchy foods, and you exercise, and you would use your stress, you could sleep, you do all the right things. You could turn off the diabetes gene. You could turn off the cancer gene. You
could turn off the heart disease gene. You could turn off the Alzheimer's gene. But you have to do it. It's called the epigenetics, and it all starts from the beginning. So you could not only alter your own genes, but you can improve your kid's genes by giving them the healthiest genes possible. That's the key, all right. Now. Most people think a lot
of things happen after birth. Most of the stuff's happening before birth. That's where the problems start, right, So what you do when you're pregnant is key. Make sure you drink lots of water, make sure you exercise.
All the right things that I teach are even ten times more important as a mother, because now it's not only taking care of your own body, but then you're taking care of the baby's body, and the baby will have good brain development if the mother has good brain activity when she's pregnant, if she's in a good mood, if she's happy, she's having fun. We don't want her stress. We don't want her depressed. We don't want her in pain. We don't want her having mourning sickness. That's not normal. A
lot of women thinks all these things are normal because they're common. You know, Menstrual cramps are not normal. It's not normal to get headaches when you're prayed. It's not normal to get headaches when you have your period. It's not normal, mull to have hot flashes when you go through menopause. Just because many people have these symptoms, it doesn't mean it's normal. If you're getting mourning sickness, that means you're putting something in your body that the baby
doesn't want. So then you get nauseous and you throw up to get rid of this stuff that the baby's like, I don't want this. Maybe add some dairy products, maybe add some gluten, maybe add some corn or soy whatever is. The baby is like, nah, I can't do this, I've got too much. So it gets rid of it. Now, you do want to expose yourself to a little bit of that stuff so that the baby is able to resist it when it gets exposed, because there's always going
to be some sort of exposure. So you would put just a tiny bit of dair, you tiny bit of gluten, tiny bit of corn, tiny bit of soy, tiny bit of conventional foods that are non organic. You know, you want to get a tiny bit of that other stuff too, because if you're too pure, then the baby can't handle it when it's really exposed. But most babies, I've already you know, two to three hundred chemicals that they're exposed to before they're even born, you know, starting from
mommy drinking into the plastic water bottles. Start using glass or stainless steel to drink your water. You don't realize how much of those chemicals in the plastics leak into the water that you drink. It's worth getting a filter at home and just filling up glass water bottles, get a reverse osmosis, put some electrolytes in there, and you're good to go. All right, So take care of your water situation. Make sure your pipes are clean, make sure
you clean and filter the water, make sure you mineralize it. Best time to drink waters on an empty stomach, right when you wake up in the morning. I like to do it before I work out. Just nice glass of sole water, water with pink amlane salt, Squeeze some lemon in there. Room temperature not too cold. That's the key I drink. Think of your brain like a grape. When a grape gets dehydrated, it shrivels up
into a raisin. I'm sure you don't want your brain to shrivel up, So start drinking water on an empty stomach right when you wake up in the morning, and half hour before each meal. The water is important on an empty stomach. Try not to drink water during your meal. Try not to drink it after your meal. You really want to do it on an empty stomach. Okay, if you have to drink it during the meal, just
just a little, just a sip or whatever it may be. Like, water is key, especially when you're pregnant, especially when you're on your period. You know you get dehydrated, you're losing fluid. Most them and get stomach cramps or headaches during their period because they're dehydrated. Most stomach cramps. Most leg cramps are from dehydration. A lot of headaches, dehydration, a
lot of constipatient it's dehydration. I see a lot of patients with dementia and Alzheimer's, and the days they're the worst or the days they're dehydrated, and the days they're the best are the days they have lots of fluids in them. A lot of people go to hospital all they have to do is to get fluids in them. They're dehydrated. There's so many conditions that are just caused by dehydration. But you have to make sure there's salt in your water.
It's not just about drinking water. It's about drinking mineralized water. The minerals balance out your pH. You don't want to have your system be acidic. I'm not talking about your stomach acid I'm talking about your brain, your body. When you're acidic, that's where disease lives. When your immune system can get messed up, will you'll be susceptible to viruses and bacteria. They thrive off an acidic environment. If you have diabetes, you have an acidic
environment. If you have heart disease or cancer or Alzheimer's, you have an acidic environment. These diseases can thrive in an acidic environment as well as hypoxic. That means low oxygen, high carbon. Low oxygen, high carbon. They like that. That's why breathing exercises are so important. Inhale for four seconds, hold it for seven seconds, and exhale for eight seconds to maximize oxygen intake and get rid of carbon dioxide. Inhale for four seconds, hold
it for seven seconds and exhale for eight seconds. That will increase oxygen levels and get rid of carbon dioxide. That will increase an alkaline environment and decrease an acidic environment. And the other thing you want to do is bring down your inflammation. There's lots of natural ways to bring down inflammation. Tumeric resveratrow, rosemary, I'm a meal. There's lots and lots of ways. Garlic ginger, those are all natural anti inflammatories, Vitamin d omega threes. They
will bring down your inflammation. Right, you bring down your inflammation, you reduce your symptoms, You function better, you feel better, you live a better life more. When we come back from the break. If you want to improve your brain function, help with memory, focus, sleep, digestion, energy, depression, anxiety, dizziness, balanced vision, headaches, brain fog, weight loss, or simply want to maximize your human potential and prevent
future diseases that this is the show for you. I'm your host, doctor Eric Caplan. We're talking about ropper brain development. So when babies are born, they have what's called primitive
reflex. Is one of the primitive reflex is called a Babinski sign, And what that is is when you rub the bottom of the foot, the big toe goes up. That's a positive Babinski sign. That's normal in babies. But after one year of age, it's not normal. That reflex is supposed to go away. You're not supposed to have it anymore. If you still have it after one year of age, that means there's an issue in your brain. It's called an upper motor neuron lesion. Now what that means is
there could be a lot of different things. We see it on kids with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, Tourette's, aspergers. We see a lot of different children with it. I also see it on adults, people with parking sins and Alzheimer's disease and certain strokes, and so we see it kids and adults as well. Anytime we see it after one year of age, it's a problem. Though. With children, sometimes they'll have these retained primitive reflexes. That's just one of them. Another one that most people know is called
the palmer grasp reflex. That's when you put your finger in the child's palm and they grasp, they make it tight. So that's not normal after one year of age. If they're two years old and they still have that palmer grasp that means their brains not developing properly. We also have this spinal gallant reflexes where I rub along their spine and I see a little twitch. And a lot of times people who are bedwetters, you know, they could be
five six years old still wetting their bed. A lot of times they'll have this primitive reflex going on. It should be gone after one year of age. The good news is there's neurological remediation exercises that we can do to remediate these primitive reflexes. If we remediate the primitive reflexes, then we catch the brain up on development. It's really cool, and there's lots of them. There's you know, this asymmetrical tatonic neck reflex. You know, there's the
startle reflex. That's where you know, you jump ballup and your he goes back. You get scared very easily. So a lot of these reflexes are supposed to be gone after one year of age, but what improper brain development will still have these. The good news is there's exercises you can do. Remember we talked about neuroplasticity rewiring your brain. If your problem is primitive flexes.
There are brain exercises you could do and that will catch up the brain to development and that will help with add ADHD, troubles with focus, develop mental delays, autism, Asperger's dyslexia, wide range to reat. You know, there's a lot of these developmental delays where the brain isn't developing properly, and the first step always got to be remediation. These primitive reflexes. It works very well for brain development that might not be the issue though. Sometimes
you might need to work on the motor aspects. Sometimes you might need to work on the sensory aspects. Sometimes you need to work on the balance. Everybody's different, everybody's brains different, you know. That's why I always need
to do a brain analysis. But remitive reflexes are one of the ways we could check how the brain is fun you know, we could also check for memory and the senior community with a Macha test, the Macha test MCA, that's the standard test you can do to see if you are likely to get dementia, to get Alzheimer's disease. You know, you can actually have an issue with dementia not even realize it. So that's called the Macha test.
We do that in an office during our neurologic evaluation. So if you really want to see how your brain's functioning, you got to do a full neural neurologic evaluation. Got to check your balance, We got to check your heart, your gut. You know, your stomach is key to brain function. If your stomach's all inflamed, then you can get tia that leak out of your gut and start attacking your brain. You can get viruses that leak out of your gut and attack your brain. Your gut is your first line of
defense against the bad stuff. You can get parasites and then they go and attack your brain. Sometimes to heal the brain, we got to heal the gut. But we got to do a proper neurological valuation to figure out where the problem is. Sometimes it's a circulation issue. You're not getting up blood
flow, so we got to improve cardiac function. You know, the future of medicine is taking a holistic approach, not just looking at one specialty, because everything works together at the human body's amazing piece of machinery, and they all work together. So at my office, I have two offices, one at Emerson, New Jersey, and one in the West Village of Manhattan in New York City. So it's called Caplin Brain and Body. And we're integrative,
we're holistic, we're very natural. We don't prescribe medicine, we don't do surgeries, but we get to the root cause of the problem rather than treating symptoms. But the first step is to do a thorough evaluation, do a physical or check your oxygen levels, your pulse, your blood pressure, your eyes, your ears, your balance, your memory, your posture, your alignment, your muscles, your bones, your nerves, your brain. Takes about forty five minutes. But we're going to do a special right now
for all my listeners. You guys have been great at supporting me. Now it's time. Now we're going to reward you. So we're gonna give you a gift. Instead of paying five hundred dollars for the complete one on one evaluation with me, all you have to do is bake twenty one dollars and we come up with your diagnosis and come up with holistic and natural ways that are going to be improved the function of your body, so your quality of life gets better as you get older. All you have to do is be
one of the first seven people to call, text or an email. The phone number is six four six two two one six seven three eight. Again that's six four six two two one six seven three eight, or you can email info at Kaplan Brain embody dot com. We'll go over all your health goals. You have blood work. In your blood work, if you have
a Morris, bring in your amis. We'll review your whole history. We'll do an evaluation, come up with the proper diagnosis and give you therapeutic exercises and alter your environment and improve your health and well being so that your own body heals itself. The power that made the body heals the body. All we have to do is get rid of the interference. Sometimes doctors interfere too much. They interview with medicine or surgeries. You know, they're so quickly
to just take out organs. Sometimes I can tell you, I'm my patients. You know, they're just missing organs, and I'm like, what happened? Said? The doctor just said to take it out? And these people weren't dying. You know, it's just like up, your tonsils are swollen, let's take it out. Up. You got gall stones let's take out the gall black Oh you have assist Let's just do a whole this direct to me. You know, you got to be careful with taking out organs.
You know, there's always a reason. You know, we have an appendix for a reason. We don't just want to take it out. We have tonsils for a reason. We don't just want to take it out. We have ad annoyance for a reason. We just don't want to take it out. We have a gallbladder, don't just take it out. You know. We don't just remove organs for convenience. You know, if it's a life of saving, okay, that's when you do the surgery when there's no other
choice. And there are many times where we need to do surgeries, and we have the best surgeons in the world in America. We have the greatest surgeons, you know, especially in the emergency room. You know, when when they need to save a life. There's no place I'd rather be. We have the best hospital, the best doctor's, best equipment, is the greatest place to be. But when we're talking about chronic disease, I feel like the health care system has let us down. We're not really taught about
mental state how to improve that. We're not taught about nutrition properly, about how to exercise, about how to keep your brain strong, about Alzheimer's, to avoid all the chemicals and stresses, to avoid cancer. You know how to bring down obesity and diabetes and heart disease. A lot of the stuff is pretty basic stuff, but unfortunately we're not taught these things in medical school. So a lot of people, aren't you going down the right road as
far as their health and their well being. You kind of got to stay away from what the mainstream does. You don't want to be like everybody else, or you'll end up like everybody else this way, if you take care of your own health, you'll function better, feel better, and live a better life more. Welcome back to boost your brain power. I'm your host, doctor Eric Caplin. All right, we're talking about
boosting your brain. Improup brain function as you develop and get older. It all starts from in the mother's belly. That's the most important time for brain development. Now, as you get older and you get rid of these permitive reflexes, your brain can develop more. Okay. What's interesting is that a female brain usually fully develops around you know, sixteen or seventeen years old,
but a male brain usually only develops after twenty one or twenty two. So males have a little bit more time to catch up their brain to development. They are a little bit delayed, you know, from the beginning, which is okay, that's totally normal. That's just the way it is. Females, we have to work a little bit quicker. So we got to make sure that any problems in the female brain is taken care of before fourteen fifteen
sixteen. That's when you know they're going to really get some what's called plasticity in their brain, where stuff's going to get wired or certain wet. That you can always rewire your brain. We can rewire your brain through a process called neuroplasticity. Rewiring your brain is the way if you unfortunately already have a problem. Right, Let's say you have insomnia or sleep deprivation. You know, you wake up and you're all groggy, you don't want to get out
of bed. You press the snooze alarm. All right, So let's say that's your problem, because that's the way your brain's wired. You know, whenever it was you got into some bad habits as a teenager. You know, you always were working hours that were off or whatever it is, your brain's wired. One. By doing brain exercises, by altering your environment,
you can rewire your brain and you could teach your brain. Hey, you could actually go to sleep at a normal time and stay asleep and not get up to roll over, or not get up to pay or not stay with your mind raising or thinking too much. You can wake up with energy, with vitality, but you got to rewire your brain. You don't want to take an ambient that's dangerous. You don't want to take xanax, that's dangerous. These drugs cause brain problems. Okay, and we want to always do
the least risky medical intervention. If you're trying to do something, you always measure the risk versus the reward, the risk versus the reward. So if you take a pill that's high risk, now what if you could do activities that are very low risk and high reward. That's where neuroplasticity comes in. But the caveat is it's more work. It's not easy for sleep, for example, that's what we're just talking about. You got to do a lot
of work. There's a lot of important rules, like for sleep, you got to be consistent ten o'clock every night, one in one straight days. You don't want your brain going ten o'clock one night, ten fifteen, one night, ten thirty, another night ten fifteen, the next night ten ten o'clock, eleven o'clock, ten o'clock, ten fifteen, ten o'clock. It's too confusing. You got to get any good rhythm. It's called circadian rhythms.
It's controlled by your penneal gland. Okay, so we want to do ten o'clock every night, and then you get into your different brain waves. You get into that delta brain wave, which is the sleep. You want to get into that rim rapid eye movements. You want to get into that deep sleep cycle. Your sleep cycles are about ninety minutes, all right.
So let's say if you fall asleep at ten, you get one sleep cycle from ten to eleven thirty, and your next one is eleven thirty to one, then one to two thirty and two thirty four and then four to five thirty. You sleep from ten to five thirty. That's perfect. You can all your sleep cycles in. You're waking up every time, same time, you're going to sleep, same time. If you want to get an extra sleep cycle, so instead of wig up at five thirty, you go to
seven, but you're keeping it in that same sleep cycle. To do it consistently, I like to go at the four o'clock sleep cycle. I'm waking up at four, like to exercise get that power hour we spoke about last time, right, But you don't have to do that. You could do five thirty, you could do seven, but it's consistency ten o'clock to five thirty every single night, ten five thirty, ten, five thirty, ten, five thirty. And then your brain it's in that good rhythm. Now,
what else you could do is where you use the sun. The sun is the key to sleep. And say you have to walk outside during sun rise. So yeah, you're getting up early, you could see the sunrise. Conversely, you go outside during sunset, it's try and get ten twenty minutes, go for a nice walk. Make that you know when you walk the dog, something like that, walk yourself. It's getting a good rhythm. Three good habits, twenty one days of good habits and your brain rewires
and neuroplasticity. You could do it. You could do anything for twenty one days. All right, So you're going outside sunrise, going outside during sunset. Now what the brain doesn't like if you came home after sun set. But now the blinds are closed, all the lights are on, the TV's on, the computers are and you're checking your cell phone, you're eating food, it's late at night, you're stressed out, whenever it may be.
You're you're increasing your cortisol levels. After sunset, we got a decreased cortessol levels. You gotta dim the lights. You gotta turn off the computer. You gotta turn off your cell phone, turn on the radio, Listen to a podcast, read a book, talk to a family member, exercise, learn something new, take a class, do something social, draw, sculpt, paint, so garden, put up a shelf, learn something they new,
Learn an instrument, learn a dance, learn a language. But stay away from light, Stay away from electricities, stay away from the screens, stay away from food. Those all increased cortisol. Stay away from stress. Stay away from the news, stay away from the newspaper, social media. You wouldn't good night's sleep. Don't go through social media or watch the news
at nighttime. You're gonna get the worst sleepier life. You know, Listen to something educational or funny, learn something new, do something active, do something social, do something new. You gotta stop eating at night and watching TV or going on your phone, using the computer, or being on the iPad. Those are the worst habits to doing. That's what ninety nine percent of people do at night. They eat and use electronics. Gotta stop,
got to change it up. Your brain will deteriorate. If those are the habits that you're getting into, I'm sure you want to prevent future problems. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Now, how are you going to know if you have sleeping difficulties? You have to do a brain test. The best brain test is called a q EG brain mapping, and it will tell you if you have insomnia, it will tell you if you have sleep defervation, if you have anxiety, you have depression, you
have anger, you have a coression. It will tell us to your memory problems. Do you have a thyroid problem, do you have a heavy metal poison? Do you have intestinal inflammation? Do you have problems with dopamine or ceto cooline? Do you have inflammation in your brain where you have exposure to pathogens, viruses, bacteria? Did you have a concussion? Do you have trouble shifting tasks? Do have troubles with focus? Do your brain fog?
This brain mapping literally tells us all this. It's unbelievable how valuable it is
with no radiation, no risk. And we're going to do for you the QEECH brain mapping, which you can do at my New Jersey office in Emerson or my New York office in the West Village is normally five hundred dollars, but for the first seven people, you're gonna a gift where you can do the entire brain mapping only twenty one dollars, and that includes a review of the results with me as well as my recommendations that are going to be natural,
holistic without any drugs or any surgeries. All you have to do is be one of the verse seven people to call, text or email and say you've listened to my show and you want to do the QECH brain mapping for only twenty one dollars. Call or text six four six two two one six seven three eight, or you can email info at Kaplan brain embody dot com. If you want more information about my offices and the services we provide,
you can go to our website which is Kaplan DC dot com. And we also have a YouTube na Kaplan Brain Embody where you can get free informational videos. But how to boost your power neuroplasticity and how to function better, feel better and live a better life more when we come back from the break.

To contact to doctor Kaplan, you can call his team at two O one two six one two one five zero or visit his website at kaplan DC dot com and welcome back to boost your brain power. I'm your oast
doctor Eric Caplan. So we're going to talk about how to improve your brain function from the start. The key is having a good foundation, so it starts from even before conception, then into pregnancy, then as a baby child teen adult. So it's not just you know, everyone says, oh, these are the most important years, these the most important years. The most
important years actually starts even before conception. That's when it all starts. Healthy spurre, healthy acts, and ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Right. So, I'm not the doctor that likes to write prescriptions or do surgeries. I don't do that. I am not writing prescriptions, I'm not performing surgeries. I'm a functional doctor. I'm a functional neurologist. I practice functional medicine. So what we do is we get to the root cause
of the problem. And to get to the root cause, and they come up with a solution that is a low risk. You always want a solution that's low risk and high reward, and that's typically a more natural, integrade, a holistic type of approach. You always want to take less risks. That's the key. The body is amazing at healing itself. We just need to get rid of interference, and we get rid of that interference in a
way that causes no harm. It's not that hard. Got to keep it simple, right, So for your brain, just do the right things. When you're pregnant, do the right things don't give it as an excuse to start eating a lot of bad food. Yup, I'm eating for two. Now. What you do is a motivator. Okay, I'm gonna give this kid the best brain ever. I'm going to drink lots of water with good minerals. I'm gonna exercise every day. I'm gonna have good mental attitude,
reduce my anxiety. I'm gonna get good sleep, I'm gonna have good relationships. I'm gonna eat healthy food. I'm gonna go on vacation, gonna have some fun, help charity. Just like be on point, be the best person ever, and then you'll give that baby the best brain ever. All right, that's the key, and all starts from the beginning. But the good news is it's never too late. I had a patient. She was
ninety six years old. When she came to me. She couldn't even look at me because her head was down and her chin was all marked up, because the only way she could look at someone is she would push her chin up. She came to me ninety six years old. She never saw a doctor in her life. She was literally born in the apartment that she lived in, this little studio she's lived there for ninety six years. She barely leaves. She's in the village in the West Village where my office is in
Manhattan. But she came to me in desperation because like she literally kept hunching over more and more and more and more and couldn't even lift her head. So at ninety six years old, we were able to rehab her, work on her posture, work on her brain, actually do a lot of eye act for sciences, and we were able to get her to lift her head up for the first time in twenty years at ninety six years old. It's never too late. Brains are much easier to fix when they're developing. That's
why we always want to see kids early on. Right now, we're doing a lot of pre testing for sports, so since school's about to come, we're doing a lot of concussion testing. We're actually check all the lobes of the brain. And what we do is we figure out where your baseline is. We do a complete physical, complete neurological evaluation, figure out where exactly the problems are, if any, but if not, then we have a good baseline. And if there is a head injury. Now let's say they're
playing football and they don't necessarily get knocked out. It's not a big hit, but they do hit their head. Then what you do is you retest and you compare the first test to the last test and you see where the average areas are. If the damaged areas are really bad, we know that they head injury caused the problem. So this test that we do are preconcussion
test. It's called a VNNG video nistography, and you wear these goggles and you just follow this red dot and it goes up and down and left and right, and there's light and there's no light, and there's head movements. So we measure all the lobes of the brain, the frontal loam, the parodo temporal occipital, the cerebellum, the brain stem. So we measure all the different areas of the brain. You get a baseline, it's called baseline testing. Then if there's any injury, you redo the VG and you could
see up. Look, the cerebellum was good before the season started. Now that right cerebellum is decreased in function. Now we know that the sports injury damage that right cerebellum area, and we could give therapeutic exercise, natural exercise to stimulate that damaged area, make it stronger, just like make a muscle stronger. A lot of people when they have a head injury are just told to rest. Sometimes that could be actually really bad because the brain just gets
weaker and weaker and weaker. You don't want to overdo it when you have a sports injury, but you don't want to underdo it when you have these injuries. It could be from car accidents as well, slip and fall. It's not necessarily a football concussion. But to check the areas of the brain and get a good baseline and see how your brain is functioning, sell all the different loads of the brain and functioning, and you see is one side
overactive and one side's underactive. This is the best test for that. It tells you if it's overfiring or underfiring, and that will dictate what type of therapy we need, because if it's underactive, we need to do more stimulating exercises. If it's overactive, we need to do more relaxing or calming type of exercises. So the only test where I shall say, the best test that will diagnose that properly is this v goggle test, the V test.
That test is normally five hundred dollars, but for the first twenty one or for the first seven people that sign up, you can get it for twenty one dollars only. For the first seven people that sign up, you could get it for only twenty one dollars, and you could do you know your self, you could do your child, you could do your mom. So you can actually do more than one. This test is really good. There's no radiation. It's normally five hundred dollars. First seven people get it for
only twenty one dollars. All you got to do is call or text. The number is six four six two two one six seven three eight, or you can even email us info at cap when Brain and Body dot com. So this test is it's really good because it tells us the difference between the left and the right, and then it also analyzes the different area of the brain. Now, if you want to take advantage of all the tests that
we offered today, you could do the VG for twenty one. You could do the q EEG or only twenty one dollars, and you could do the one on one with me doctor Kaplan or only twenty one dollars. You could do all three tests, and if we have a room, you can do it even in the same day. If you get a busy signal, just keep calling and if nobody answers, just leave a message and then you can email us. Just say you want to be one of the first seven people.
A lot of people call, so you might not get in right away, but just leave a message and someone'll get back to you eventually and let you know if you win. That get very excited for you guys.
