better, you function better, you live a better life. We always want to make sure we not only increase activities that are going to improve our health, at the same time, we need to decrease activities that are going to cause harm to our health. You know, your health is the most important thing in your life. You know you have a lot of people prioritize money, but without your health, the money means nothing. You know, and
to be happy, you have to be healthy. If your true goal in life is to be happy, and I'm your family be happy, you have to be healthy. If you're not healthy, you're not going to be happy because your quality of life is going to go down to hell. There are lots of things that we need to keep healthy in our life. You know, we need healthy air to breathe, we need healthy water to drink, we need healthy food to eat, we need healthy relationships or our mood.
You know, there's a lot of health involved in all aspects of your life. It's not just exercise right. Exercise is key. The worst thing for your brain is a sedentary lifestyle. And that's what most people do all day is they sit down at the computer, they sit at the TV, and they sit at the table, or they socialize they're sitting. You gotta keep your body moving. You use it or you'll lose it. Always remember the twenty rule. Every twenty minutes, you get up for twenty seconds, walk
twenty feet and look twenty feet away. Exercise those eyes, exercise those legs, exercise your blood vest those get up move that body. Movement is key. You want to prevent Alzheimer's and dementia, you have to move your body right. And for exercise, you gotta do anaerobic exercise. And you gotta do aerobic exercise, meaning you got to do stuff that gets your heart beat
fast and sweaty. But you also have to do like weight resistant exercise where you got to really push and strong and you got to increase your pressure. Got to challenge yourself. Always got to challenge yourself. Right. You can't do weightlifting with a pencil it's not challenging, and everyone's at a different level. Maybe you start with ten pounds and then you work up to fifteen pounds, and then you work up to twenty pounds and then twenty five, and
then as you get stronger and stronger, you gradually increase. All right, you just want to tone muscles. When you get strong muscles, that actually improves your mood as well. It releases hormones to make your brain function at a higher level. And you don't need weights, right, push ups or weight resistant exercises, pull ups because you're using your own body weight, squats and lunges, and then you can start holding some things as you do these
exercises. But you don't need any fancy equipment, but you need resistance. That's the key that will strengthen your muscles. It'll strengthen your brain. And guess what, it's also your best way to keep your bones strong. If you want osteoporosis, weak bones, fragile bones, bones that break easy, you need to do weight resistant exercises. You can use bands, can use the TRX things that you hold on to. You can get machines, You could use your own body weight and go to gym there's many ways to do
weight resistant exercise. I remember when they close the gym during the whole COVID nineteen pandemic. I just went to my backyard. I started lifting rocks and sticks and you know, big pieces of number and you know, anything in my backyard I used as waste. I'm not you don't get if they close
the gems, I'm still doing my weights. You gotta you're gonna be creative sometimes right when you're away on vacation or you don't have, you know, all access to things you need, you gotta use your brain and start doing exercises. Maybe a little out of the norm, but at least get your body moving, get your body strong, right, you don't want that flabby skin. We need to we need their strength. We need to tone our bodies. And then when our bodies, our tone gets when our heart becomes
tone because our heart is your muscle. So if you don't want high blood pressure and if you don't want to have heart disease and stroke, heart disease is the number one killer in America, number one. Basically, one out of every two people die of heart disease. Something going on there, and weight resistant exercise one of the best ways to prevent heart problems. If you could do forty pushups, you're about ninety five percent less likely to get a
heart attack or a stroke versus someone who can't do ten pushups. So start doing those pushups, not only for your muscles, but for your heart, for your brain, for your bones. Weight resistant exercise is good for everything, your mood, your immune system. You have a walking pharmacy in those muscles. You just gotta use them. You know. I'm not the doctor that writes prescriptions. I don't do surgeries. I'm a functional doctor. I'm
a functional horologist. I tell you to improve your brain function and your spinal cord and your nerves. And I also practice functional medicine, which is where we look at what all the organs are working. Hey, it's my liver and tiptop shape. Is my kidneys working well? Are my thyroid doing what they're supposed to? Is my stomach releasing the acid or the bacteria? Is every organ working how it's supposed to, is at functioning properly? Not waiting
for symptoms. We don't want to always just cover up symptoms with medications, but we want to get to the root cause of the symptoms. Where is the problem coming from? Once you get to the root cause of these health issues, then you can actually prevent them rather than using a band aid to
cover up the problem. It's like, no, let's get to the root cause, figure out what exactly is wrong, and then come up with a good, holistic, natural, integrated solution to strengthen your nervous system, strengthen your brain, strengthen your heart, strengthen your gut. Right, there's always been debate. You know what's the most important organ the Is it the gut? Is it the heart? Is it the brain? Right? Then what is it? Well, it's the brain because guess what, your brain controls
your heart. Right. It always used to be thought back in the day that the heart controlled everything. Right, And the heart's important because it supplies blood and oxygen to all your organs, especially your brain. So if your heart's not working well, your brain isn't going to work well. If your gut's not working well, your brain is not going to work well. So what's interesting To increase the function of your heart and gut so that your brain
functions better. You've got to get your brain to function better, so your heart and gut confunction better. That's why we need in great approach, you got to work on all three at the same time. The heart for the blood and oxygen. The brain, which is the control center, it's the director, tells everything we want to do. Your brain's not working, your heart's not going to beat. Your brain's now working. Stomach acid, bacteria,
peristalsis, contractions, opening up of the iliosecal valve. None of that's going to work. The brain is controlling all of that, but we need to get it good nutrients, good oxygen, and good activation. Remember those are the big three for the brain. Those are the big three. The brain needs oxygen, it needs good food, nutrition, and it also needs activation. That's why the brain, the heart, and the gut all work together. But it starts from your brain. Okay, your brain controls your
blood pressure, brain controls your heart rate. Your brain opens up the blood vessels. It constricts the blood vessels vasodilation or vaso constriction, depending on when it's appropriate. So the brain controls and all that. And then in your gut, right, the gut needs to open up the right valve at appropriate time. It needs to contract those muscles to squeeze the food down. Your intestines. It needs to release the biling. The acid needs to increase bacteria
when it's fighting. Something needs to absorb the nutrients to get rid of the waste. If your digestive system has to work properly for you to absorb your food. I see so many patients who are taking all these supplements and eating maybe a healthy diet. However they're not absorbing their food. Absorption is what if you take all these supplements but you're not absorbing it, You're just wasting your time and money. So you gotta be careful with supplements, just like
with medicine. Right you don't want to treat symptoms. You want to take melatonin because you can't sleep, or magnesium because you have muscle cramps, or be twelve because you have low energy. You have to figure out specifically for your brain and your body by doing a thorough valuation, especially blood work and neurological and physical exam, figure out where your deficiencies are specifically and give you an appropriate program. So don't believe these commercials or people say oh, this
is good for this, this is good for this. Everybody's an individual. You have to do investigative ways to figure out where your health weaknesses are and then work onto improving the weakness is because you're only as strong as your weakest length, and then you will function better, feel better, live a better

So we always want to really work on doing the things that are necessary to prevent
disease. We were talking before that heart disease is the number one killer. Heart attacks, strokes, congestive heart failure get most people. One out of every two people outs what they're dying from. Cancer is the second leading cause of death. A lot of cancer. We get that from sugar, A lot of sugar. Cancer loves sugar. A lot of chemicals. Where these
chemicals they're everywhere. They're in the air. You know, the government's even talking about publicly and we've known about those years, but you know, putting these chemicals in the air to prevent global warming, trying to literally reflect the sun. I mean, we need the sun. That's crazy. The sun is the most important thing. That's where we get our vitamin D, the most important vitamin. And almost every single perker my test has a vitamin D
deficiency and we get that from the sun. And now they're trying to block the sun and they try and say, oh the sun's dangerous, go in the shade, don't get the sun or put on your suntane motion all the time. So everyone is kind of rainwashing you into thinking the sun is evil, that is heating up the earth, that it's going to cause skin cancer, that you've got to stay away from the sun. The sun is bad. We would all be dead without the sun. We need this sun.
I need you to get out in the sun right now. I know it's different. If you have a long history of skin cancer, all right, that's different. So you have a lot of damage already, you're more susceptible to it. You got to protect yourself. The best way to protect yourself is through zinc oxide. That's the most natural ingredient that will protect you from the sun if you do have this history of skin cancer. However, if you do not have a history, we want to use this on the sun
will prevent cancer because it's going to boost your immune system. It's going to increase that hormone called vitamin D. It's going to improve your hormone therapy is your thyroid. I was outside all the time. Inside was the worst place. That's where people were getting sick when they were inside, that's when they were getting exposed to it. So you want to be healthy, you got to get outside. You got to get your vitamin D. You know when the summer, especially right, take off your glasses. Your eyes need the sun. You want to improve your vision. Not only do I exercises to improve your vision,
but get access to the sunlight. Take off those glasses. Don't look directly at the sun, but especially early in the day, look pretty close to it, you know, next to it. Late in the day, you know, in the middle of the day. Just take off your glasses and get the exposure. Take off your hat so it doesn't block it. Don't hide behind the buildings and the trees. You need to expose yourself to sunlight. That is super, super important. We need sunlight. The sun
is our friends. You want to prevent cancer, you get out in the sun. You got it now. If you're going to the Jersey Shore, you're going to Hawaii, you're going to Florida, you're going to the cree meaning, and you're gonna be outside all day long. For me, yes, I have very pale skin. If I stay out all day long, I'm gonna burn, I'm gonna get really red, it's gonna hurt, and I'm gonna start peeling. So I gotta protect myself, right, So I
gotta be smart. Right, the best time to do it is twenty minutes between twelve and two I'm not saying all day long just be out there, but least, you know, get outside at least twenty minutes between twelve and two pm. Roll up your sleeves, roll up your pant legs, take
off the hat. The glass says, get out of the shade, get some sunlight, get some vitamin D. You want to get strong, you want your brain to get strong, you need vitamin D. Get it all right, So we're talking about the brain being most important argon because that controls your heart rate, that controls your pulse. That will prevent you from getting heart attacks. So what we have to do is calm down overactive nervous system. Do you know the most common time to get a heart attack or a
stroke is Monday morning. You know you have someone who works in the emergency room Monday morning, You're going to see a lot of these problems because people are in stress mode. Right there's too much stress mode right now. People have to learn to relax. If you're in stress mode, that makes you more susceptible to heart disease and more susceptible to cancer. Remember those are the
two biggest killers in America, our stress levels. One of the best ways to reduce our stress levels is to work and what's called your sympathetic nervous system. That puts you in stress mode, that increases cortesol, the stress hormone. When cortisol increases, that deposits belly fat. Every notice, sometimes you might have a difficult time losing weight. Probably in stress mode. We got to reduce stress. Another thing that's good for this sympathetic nervous system is to
work on what's called your vaguest nerve. The vaguest nerve will help to relax you. And one way you could stimulate the vaguest nerve is to gargle, goggle really intensely, really loud. That's going to stimulate your vaguest nerve, and the vaguest nerve is gonna get you added that fight or flight mode more into a relaxed rest and digest state. So we don't want to be in that fight or flight mode. We don't have increased cortisol, which is the
stress hormone. When you have increased cortisol, then you're going to have difficulty with sleep. You might have difficulty falling asleep, or you might have difficulty staying asleep. Sometimes you also might have problems with anxiety or high stress levels. Cornicol levels are too high, and then you might crash in the middle of the day, or you might need coffee in the morning because you're always so groggy. You might get fatigue it's called adrenal fatigue because you're in stress
mode. So not only do we want to do the gardling exercise. But another good exercise is to splash your face with cold water. Right, maybe you're overheated, I mean, you're overfiring. You're inflamed. We got to calm down the nervous system. And the best way to cool you down is cold water. Pretty easy, you know. The research has shown that if you put your head in a bucket of cold water at fifty degrees fahrenheit,
your pulse rate can go down super quick. You might be you know, one hundred and sixty beats per minute and all the sun goes down to sixty fifty beats per minute. By dipping your head in a bucket of cold water at fifty degrees fahrenheit, it works very quick. Something that doctors can do, not to do at home, but it's called the Charaden massage. Sometimes they'll do that in the hospital if you're having you know, increased heart it's
called tachycardia. The doctors can perform this Charaden massage and it actually brings down the pulse rate, and we do it a lot. The neuroscience has proved it that you could actually bring down the pulse rate with natural neurologic exercises to get you added that stress mode, that fight or flight more into a relaxed rest and digest. Now it could be done. It's a process called neuroplasticity. With neuroplasticity, you have to rewire your brain. Okay, the best
way to rewire your brain is work on your weak areas. Most people are always working on their strong areas. You got to start working on your weak areas now. The best way to figure out where your weak areas are are to do like qEEG brain mapping. So this is where you wear a cap kind of looks like a swimmer's cap, and it measures all your brainwaves. And there's alpha brainwaves, which is just kind of how you are normally.
There's beta brainwaves when you're really focused and you've got to concentrate. There's beta brain waves when you're kind of daydreaming. And then there's delta brainwaves when you just have to be kind of relax sleeping. Your brain shut off at this time. So there's four different brainwaves. Who measure all these different brainwaves and based on the location of the abnormal brainwaves, that will tell us if there's
areas that are weak and are not functioning properly. It's a great test because there's no radiation, you don't have to sit in any small tube, you don't need any contrast fluid. You know, it's short, sweet, it's easy, there's no risk, there's no side effects. THO was it a big three? Brain controls everything? The heart gives us all our blood in circulation and oxygen. Our gut absorbs all the food and kills off all the bad stuff that we're exposed to and eliminates it to detoxify.
Those are the most important things. That's all we need to really function at a higher level. But remember the brain controls everything. So if you're a cardiologist, you've got to be an expert in the brain, because your brain will increase your blood pressure, or your brain will decrease your blood pressure, or it'll increase your heart rate. It will decrease your heart rate, it'll open up your blood vessels, it will constrict your blood vessels. Your brain
is responsible for all the heart's activity. Now, your brain is also responsible for the gut, and digestion starts from your fingers. That's right. It's better and healthier to eat food with your hands than with a fork because once you touch the food with your hands, your brain starts the digestive process. And then once you take that piece of food that you're touching with your hand and start to bring it towards your mouth, then it really starts to activate.
Then once it touches your lips releases all these enzymes. Don't bypass those processes. Touch the food, Smell the food, Look at the food, touch it with your hands, touch it with your lips, feel it with your tongue. Chew it many many times to two thirty times before you swallow. Break down most of the food before you even swallow. That will make your digestive process a lot easier. Choo choo, choo choo. Break it down and break it down yourself. Don't cut up everything into little pieces with
forks and knives. Make your teeth, break everything down, use your hands. That comes from ira Vedic medicine, which has been practice for thousands of years. It's better to sit on the floor to eat when you have a bow movement. It's better to put your feet up, have a little stool to get good position for the intestines. There's many things that people have been doing for thousands of years that we stopped doing that's ruining our digestion. It's
good to eat with your hands. It's good to sit on the floor. It's good to have bow movements with your feet on us stool with your legs rise up. You know. It's very want to live natural like they did for thousands of years. Those hunter gatherers they had a good you know, they're smart, they had good brains, but they didn't destroy the environment, like we're destroying the environment with all this pollution. The water is getting toxins,
the air is getting toxins, our food is getting toxins. You know, I want someone that cares about the environment. That's the most important thing when choosing our leaders. People who care about the environment. Okay, they want clean water, clean air, clean food, and a lot of people people say they care about the environment, but their solutions aren't actually helping the environment. Be careful, be very careful with who you listen to it.
There's a lot of brainwashing out there, and they make you think certain things are true when they're not. With your health, right, you gotta be you gotta be on top of it. You can't listen to these guidelines. You don't want to follow the food pyramid, right anyone is the food pyramid. Day you eat mostly dairy and grains, those are the last things you should have. They should be on the bottom of the pyramid. Should be reverse because you know what they have on the top. The things that you
have to the least of is fat and it's the exact opposite. We need fat. Your nerves are covered in fat. Fat insulates the nerves. It's called mile in sheath. You see a lot of patients with MS multiple sclerosis. It's a demolating disease where they're taking the fat off the nerve. So
it's an autoimmune disease. So we got to get rid of the foods that are attacking the nerve, which are those dairies and those grain products, and then we might increase fat, good healthy fat though you know, not the fat off of piece of meat, but an avocado, olives, walnuts, flax, seeds, fish, coconut oil. Healthy fat. We want healthy fat, and we want a lot of it. You have an autoimmune disease,
if you have MS, you got a load up on fat. Another thing that's important for multiple sclerosis is vitamin D. The most important one most important ways that you can help multiple sclerosis or autoimmune disease such as hashimotos or ciliac is vitamin D. We get that from the sun, but if you're
not getting enough from the sun, you might have to supplement. You know, I personally have to supplement because I'm inside all day, so I usually take about ten thousand IU during this winter and five thousand during the summer because I'm outside more suns out more time, but my vitamin D levels aren't as
low in the summer, so I won't take as much now. For people who were not born and their genetics are from a southern latitude, so they're not born here, or they even if they are born here but their parents weren't born here, their genes require more vitamin D. I'm talking about people from South America, Central America, the Caribbean, from Africa, from India,
anywhere near the equator. If you come from one of these areas, you're from Africa, India, the Caribbean, Latin America, Central America, South America, and you move up here to New Jersey and New York latitude, or you move to some you know, Canada or some you know Scandinavian country where you're at a higher latitude, your genes require more vitamin D because your body has developed these ways. You know, it's produced as such thing
as melani to reflect the sunlight so you don't abso orbit as much. So since you're not going to absorb it as much and you're at a higher latitude, you're gonna be very deficient in vitamin D, so you'd have to supplement or else you're at risk for neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's, such as MS, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune disease, thyroid disease, hormone problems, digestive problems,
immune system problems. It's gonna be a big issue. You know, Vitamin D is the most common deficiency I ever test on people, and it's been doing this for twenty three years and it's like everybody's vitamin D deficient. It's pretty scary. And the government is literally publicly talking about ways to decrease sun from the earth. They're trying to reflect the sunlight in prevention of global warming. That's scary. We do not want people, especially the government who
knows nothing about health, trying to reflect the sun. It's insanity. We need the sun, We need clean water, we need clean air, we need clean food. Why does our government let these corporations poison our food with glyphosate, round up, hexticides, herbicides, preservatives, food dies. Why. Well, whenever you ask why, it's always because of money. You know, somebody's getting paid big time because it's all it's banned in all these
other countries, but in America, greed runs. So what we have to do is not listen to the government, listen to the news, not listen to big tech. You've got to start researching on your own. You've got to start joining healthy communities, people who know what they're talking about, not people that are interested in your money. Remember, if you're sick, that's a lot of money. That's a lot of pharmaceuticals you're gonna be taking.
That's a lot of doctors visits you're doing. That's a lot of tests you're doing. That's a lot of hospitalizations you're having. That's a lot of money. Surgeries are a lot of money. Even over the counter medicine is a lot of money. They want you sick, so you're taking their medicine. In fact, Beyer, the one that produces all these medicines that you see at CBS, they also own Monsanto, which is the food that's making you
sick. Maybe there's a conflict of interest there, don't you think. Maybe the people that are advising you on health and wellbeing, the FDA and the CDC, are prophetizing from you being sick. Maybe the government likes you being sick. Because then you're dependent on them. Maybe these banks like you being sick because you go into debt just to pay your medical bills. There's a lot of people profiting of you being sick, and that's not the people I
want to listen to. I'm going to listen to people that profit of you getting healthy. I'm incentivized to get my patients healthy because when I get you healthy, you're going to tell your friends and your family, Oh, go see doctor Kaplan. Kaplan. So we're saying, you got to fix the brain. You got to get your heart in good condition, you got to get your gut in good condition. Now, a lot of people with the gut have poor bacteria. If you've ever had antibiotics, if you use pre purel, all this antibacterial lotions, antibacterial soaps, antibacterial cleaning products, all these wipeies, antibacterial everything, guess what we need bacteria, and your body is more bacteria than
cells. You are literally a walking bacteria, just a bunch of bacteria walking around. But we want to make sure it's good bacteria. Most bacteria is good. Everyone thinks bacteria is bad because that's all you hear about is the bad bacteria, right, But guess what Your best defense against bad bacteria is good bacteria. So I don't want all these antibiotics and antibacteria. I want robiotics. I want row bacteria. Get me exposed to this stuff, build
my immune system, get me strong. If you're one of these people that's just hiding away and never gets exposed to bacteria, your immune system is going to be weak. You don't want a lot of exposure, but you want little exposure everywhere. You know, you want to let your kids play in the dirt. You need the bacteria. Now. Obviously, before you eat, you're gonna wash your hands with soap and water. You don't need antibacterial anything, just regular old fashioned soap and water. I just use an olive
oil soap. So that's all you need. A soap and water, wash your hands, and then we want to eat with your hands. Remember we said for the digestive process, don't use it for eat with your hands. Touch that food to your lips, break everything down in your mouth to the food thirty times before you swallow. Now, hopefully have good bacteria. If not, you might have to supplement with probiotics. With probiotics is important to
switch every two months. You don't want to keep taking the same bacteria over and over again. That's pointless your body. There's so many different bacteria you gotta keep doing, changing it up. Different strains have different types of texts in the body, so we want a lot of different back here you right, so keep changing. Don't keep taking the same probiotics. They don't need, you know, MRIs and cat scans and all these biopsies and endoscopies and colonoscopies, and it's too much intervention. We don't need all these ultrasounds and mammograms. It's too much intervention. We don't need to see all these doctors, you could prevent it yourself. You want to
prevent breast cancer, start by feeling your breast. Feel your breast every day in the shower, and you'll be able to tell whether something growing, like a lump or something like that. You are better at knowing your own body than any mammograms ever going to tell you. It's just your palpatory skills. You got to practice every day. And for the men, feel your testicles so you'll know exactly if there's something growing. For men, get a prostate
exam, the digital exam. It's uncomfortable for just a second, but when the doctor feels it, they'll know if it's too hard or there's something growing. We don't need all this fancy equipment, all right. You know you're worried about your skin. You're you know, you look at your skin. Your dermatologists can look at it, but you can take pictures, you know, and see, hey do I have any new growths? Know your body. You're going to know your body better than any doctor. But you gotta
know what's normal. You know, it's normal to have a bowel movement every day. It's not normal to skip a day. It's not normal to skip two days. It's not normal to skip three days. It's also not normal to have four or five bow movements a day. You don't want to have a bow movement every time you go or you eat. So a lot of people say, oh, I have great digestion. Every time I eat, I have to go to the bathroom. That's not good your body. It
takes hours and hours to break down food. So an ideal digestive system is when you are basically you eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch, and a pauper for dinner. You want to do intermittent fasting when you only eat from ten am to six pm and you want to sleep from ten pm to six am. For your digestive process, you have this small meal that's done by six pm. Now it's time for rest and digest okay.
And what's the worst thing for digestion is after dinner to just go sitting on the couch and watch the news, right, And that's you know, people used to do that all the time, watch that six o'clock news. And that was back in the day. That's all there was the six o'clock news. We didn't have twenty four hour cable all the time. These news channels, it's it's horrible. You had one basically six o'clock. You watch the news, now, is it? And you know it was more news,
it was more accurate. You know, there wasn't all this skew. You know, you don't have you know, Fox telling you about all the conservative views, as MSNBC and CNN tell you about all the liberal views. So you know, no one's getting the real news because everyone's listening to you that the conservative views or their liberal views. So nothing's real. So it's not news. Nobody's getting the news anymore. Turn off the news. It's
not accurate, it's not telling you the truth. Okay, that's very important if you want to be healthy. You got to unplug. Social media is also not telling you the truth. They want you in fear, they want you staying on the computer, they want you watching their channel. They just want to do anything that's going to get you interested. It's not real. It's what it's going to get you interested. So you got to start looking up what's real. And you might not know how to find that, but
it's not that hard. It's doable these days, where you can get information you're interested about the economy, You could look that up. If you're interested belt world politics, you could look that up. But not from CNN or Fox. They're gonna have slander, they're gonna have skew, they're gonna have, you know, the message that they're trying to relate to you, all right, So you gotta be careful. That's why I don't like mainstream media. Will not listen to them. It's not real. I'd rather deal with
my own community. You know, is driving to this July fourth party and my wife goes, oh, you know, let's check the weather, And I'm like, what do you mean check the weather. I'm in the weather. I can see the weather. They don't know what the weather is. I could see it. I like how the boy Scouts do what they have the weather rock. So how do you know the weather? You go outside and you look at this weather rock that's hanging from a rope. If the
weather rock is wet, it's raining. If the weather rock has a white patter on it, it's snowing. If the weather rock is moving all around, it's windy. If the weather rock it's really dry, it's sunny. If the weather weather rock is hot, it's hot outside. If it's cold. It's cold outside. That's the weather. You can't predict that. You know, the wind's gonna blow it everything away, and that's it, all right. So it's very hard to predict. You know, you're not gonna
be able to predict a lot of things. Everybody's always wrong with their you know, the way they predict the economy is going the way to predict the environment's going right, you know. For you know, I remember when I was a kid. You know, we're talking about the ozonees going away and global warming and the greenhouse effect and you know, and all the Manhattan's gonna be underwater in ten years and every ten years it's like, up, we're
gonna be underwater every ten years. We're gonna be underwater unless we do something. You know, yes, we have to do something that is true. But don't listen to the news. They don't know what they're talking about. We do need to clean the water, we do need to save our environment, we do need to get sunlight, we do need cleaner food and cleaner air. But most importantly, you got to start from yourself, because if
you're not healthy, you can't help the world. So we gotta educate people and teach them how to be healthy, but you got to take care of yourself first.
