You don't want to wait till your memory gets bad to start working on improving your brain function. Alzheimer's disease takes forty years to develop, So if you're thirty years old right now, you don't

want to wait till your memory gets bad at seventy years of age. That's what we're seeing a lot right now. But it took forty years to develop. You don't have to wait forty years to start working on your brain. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, So start working on it now. I don't care if you're thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, start working on it now. Don't wait till you're ninety. If you start working on your brain at seventy, by the time you're ninety,

it's gonna be much better. That's the beauty of neuroplasticity. You could rewider your brain and improve it at any age. Now, the truth is we lose ten percent of our brain cells every decade of our life after the age of forty, So from forty to fifty you're gonna lose ten percent of your brain cells. You'll only have ninety percent left. And then from fifty to sixty you're gonna lose ten percent of that ninety percent you have left,

which is another nine percent. So every decade you're gonn to lose these bad brain cells. But as long as you just get rid of the bad brain cells and make the good brain cells stronger. More connections, more synapses, more collaterals, more bridges, more interconnections, more mitochonda, oxygen, neurotransmitters. As long as you maximize the brain cells that you do have, you can improve your memory. Do not believe the lie that your memory gets worse

with age. Maybe the truth is you are getting lazier with age, so your brain cells are dying off. Well, stop being lazy, get off your butt, take some action and start boosting your brain power called neuroplasticity. You could rewire your to make it stronger, but you're not gonna get it stronger. Sitting on the couch watching television, reading the news, scrolling through Facebook, watching YouTube videos, text messaging, Instagram, TikTok, snapchat.

All this technology makes your brains worse. It's called digital dementia. If you depend on Google and youtubeube for everything, then your brain doesn't have to work. You gotta purposely challenge your brain. You gotta purposely challenge your body. Make sure that you put in the effort. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Start working on your brain right now. And I don't mean doing crossword puzzles. That's not gonna do it. And I don't

mean playing some brain games Luminosity or wordle on your cell phone. That's not gonna do it. Your brain needs movement, your brain needs action. The worst thing is sitting. You're not gonna get better by sitting on your butt. And guess what you're doing when you're on the crossword puzzle sitting on your butt, Guess what you're doing. You're playing your little brain games on your cell phone, sitting on your butt, or taking your little previage in stuff

doesn't work. If there was a supplement that fixed the memory, everyone would just take it and nobody would have to mention. Nobody would have Alzheimer's, and nobody would complain that they can't remember people's names that they meet. You want to remember people's names, you gotta make an emotional connection. You gotta

come up with a story, an emotional story that you'll never forget. So there's a lot of ways to do that, but you gotta connect it to a song, connected to a movie, connected to a story, an experience you've had a family member. But the more emotional the connection, the better the memory. If you just spit out facts, it's harder to remember. But if you tell a story, you're gonna remember that story, all right. So if you meet somebody and let's say their name is Bob right,

and you gonna say, okay, how am I gonna remember Bob? Well, maybe one of your favorite movies is What About Bob? Or you know your favorite winter time activity is the Bob Sled, something emotional, something that gets you going. Your favorite musician is Bob Marley, and so come up with some emotional story to remember, Oh that guy Bob Marley. Okay, Bob Man. It's easier. But you know how many you know people you

meet and different names, you know you're not gonna remember everybody's name. So you gotta put an emotional connection work on your brain if you lose it all. So, just like you go to the and strengthen yours, you could do memory exercises to improve your memory. Believe I your memory can get better as you get older. You gotta work for it. You gotta be the one percent. You gotta do what nobody else is doing. If you are like the ninety nine percent, then you're gonna end up like the ninety nine

percent. What's the ninety nine percent? Drink coffee every morning, drink alcohol, wine or beer, sit on your butt all day at the computer, then you come home, sit at dinner, then you watch TV couch, you sit on the commute to work, on the commute home. Even if you're social, you sit at the bar, you sit at the restaurant, you sit at the movie theater, you sit at the play, sit at the opera. Everything's sitting. That's the nine percent. All you do is

sit and do electronics and computer work. You're gonna end up like everyone else where their memory gets worse. If you unplug and you get off your butt and you do physical activities and social activities and get out of the house. Your house should be for sleeping throughout the day. You should be out and about. If you have to sit for your job, just participate in the

twenty rule. The twenty rule. Every twenty minutes, you get up for twenty seconds, you move your body, and you also look twenty feet away. Now, the twenty movement could be anything. It could be jumping jacks, could be push ups, sit ups. It could be a twenty second walk. It could be a twenty second run, a twenty second bike ride, twenty seconds of jump rope, twenty seconds of squats, twenty seconds of lunges, twenty seconds of a shoulder rolls while you're looking up, little posture

exercises, twenty seconds of jumping up and down. It could be anything, but move that body for twenty seconds and also look twenty feet away. These screens are killing our eyes, not only our brains, but our eyes, so you gotta look twenty feet away. You're always looking at the computer, which is closed, the cell phone, which is closed, the iPad which is closed, or if you're reading a book, it's close, you're doing paperwork, it's close. Everything is the same distance. You gotta start looking

far away again. Stop looking only near. You gotta look far. Gotta be the one percent. Ninety nine percent people's memories are getting worse as they get older. The ninety nine percent people's vision is getting worse as you get older. Be the one percent. Make sure your eyes get better as you get older. The best eye exercise. It's called a brock string exercise.

Broc k. We have those that have our office if you want, but they're called Barock strings and they're these little colored beads that go on a string and you focus on the different colors and it strengthens your near vision your far vision. So don't believe the lie that your vision gets worse with age. You just stop exercising your eyes. You're always looking at the same distance. Your memory can get better as long as you do memory exercises. Your vision

truth is your brain function can improve as you get older. We said your vision can improve as you get older, but you just have to do vision exercises I exercise. If you want your memory to improve, you have to do novelty, new things. Because the new things you have to use your brains. Your brain's like a soul. You use it. You do this thing every week, you're not using it and their brain die off. If you are Google and YouTube brain off. You have to earn things on own

fail. The most successful people fail the most. If you never go out your comfort zone, brain get bad. Challenge yourself. Okay, so you gotta be a little vulnerable, gotta put the ego aside, and you gotta do things you're not good at. You gotta do things you suck at, because then you gotta try harder, and then you gotta learn. You gotta figure it out. When you do things you're comfortable with, your brain gets worse. You have to do things that you're uncomfortable with. I go to

orange theory. They always say that you gotta be uncomfortable. You're not gonna get any stronger. If you're comfortable, you gain all the increases when you're uncomfortable, when you struggle when it's hard, Stop choosing the easy way out. If you want to be the one percent, start doing things the harder way. Make sure you remember people's names by doing that emotional connection technique. Start moving your body more. Choose to walk instead of drive. Park farther

away so you walk longer. Instead of using the elevator, use the stairs. Struggle a purpose, Make your body exhausted and tired. Then you get stronger. Lift things that are too heavy for you. That'll get your muscles stronger. What if you did weight lifting with a pencil, You could do one hundred reps and you'll never get stronger. Now, what if you try to lift up one hundred pounds and you can't do it, but you try every day to lift it up. You're gonna get stronger. When you struggle,

you get stronger. So try and remember people's phone numbers, remember their names, remember their address, remember their social security No, I'm just kidding, but on purpose, use your brain. Don't rely on your address book, don't rely on your GPS, don't rely on your calculator, don't rely on your spell check on your Google. Start doing it on your own. Stop using AI. It's gonna make your brain worse. Is it convenient yes? Will it make you stupid? Yes? You gotta start thinking on your

own. Stop letting the computer think for you. I mean, what is this the matrix? We're just letting these machines control our brains. It's been written in all the books and movies, yet we're still letting it happen again. Isazy? We have to stop AI. It's not good for your brain. You've got to unplug, turn off the Wi Fi, turn off the five G. Don't have any electronics in your bedroom. Electromagnetic frequencies can aggravate your brain. You really don't want any electronics within six feet of you.

And if you want it within six feet put it on airplane mode. Turn off the Wi Fi, turn off your data, turn off your bluetooth, and then when you can keep it six feet away, then you can turn it on six feet away. If not, put it on airplane mode. Don't sleep next to your electronics. Don't have anything plugged in next to your head. Should have no electronics, no smartphones, art devices, computers, iPads near you while you sleep, not unless you want brain inflammation. And

don't talk on the phone right next to your head. You're talking on the phone, you got the Wi Fi on, you got the five G signals, you got the bluetoothe everything's radiating your brain. I don't want to radiate my brain. Would you put your head in a microwave? Well, guess what you're basically doing that it's not safe. I don't care what they say. They're always lying to you and telling you it's safe. It's safe. Oh, they all the chemicals they spray on your fruits and vegetables, they're

safe. All these five G towers, they're safe. All the Wi Fi signals, you're safe. All the genetically modified foods, you're safe. Oh, just have your babies eat the formula. It's safe. Take all your shots and all your medicines, they're all safe. All this radiation it's safe. You could take all these X rays and cat scans and ultrasounds safe.

Don't worry about your baby. Oh, don't worry about all the chemicals they spray in the air for geo engineering to reflect the summite to prevent global warming. It's safe. Don't worry about the fluoride they put in your water, it's safe. Where the lead and the schools, it's safe. The aluminum foils that you use, and the aluminum pans and the illuminum in your deodorant, it's all safe. They tell you everything safe. The FDA approved it,

the CDC says it's good. Those aren't government corporations. Those are private corporations. Those are run mostly by pharmaceutical companies who want you sick because if you get sick, then you have to buy their products. The sick you are, the richer they get. Why do you think that America has more people on antidepressants and anti anxiety pills than any other country in the world, and every year they prescribe more antidepressants and more anti anxiety pills, and every

year more people suffer from depression and more people suffer from anxiety. Who's that said? If you do the same thing over and over and expect a different result, that's the definition of insanity. I believe those Albert Einstein's insanity. You keep taking these antidepressants and keep taking these anti anxiety pills, yet we're getting more depressed, more anxious. If the pills worked, we would have less depression and less anxiety. It's not that hard to figure out the pills

don't work. Right. If these high blood pressure pilled work and these staton drugs work, we'd have less heart attacks and strokes, but we don't. The drugs aren't working. If chemotherapy was really cure and cancer, we would have less cancer, but we don't. We got more cancer. It's not rocket sized people. The drugs aren't you cure? Why do we keep believing we're gonna take these statins and high blood pressure pills and prevent heart attacks and

strokes it's not working. Why do we think we're just gonna radiate and give chemo to everybody and cancer gonna go away. It won't. These things are worse than ever, and more people are doing chemo, and more people are doing radiation, more people on statin drugs, and more people on cholesterol mads, more people on heart disease medications. Yet we're dying of heart disease cancer like never before. And now Alzheimer's is growing. And guess what causes alzheimer's

Statin drugs. A big side effect to statin drugs is memory loss. Guess with the most prescribed drug in America, e lipitour, Statin causes memory loss. The more we prescribe these statin drugs, the more Alzheimer's we're gonna see. You don't want Alzheimer's, you better not have high cholesterol and beyond statin drugs, you might as well sign it away. If that's the case. You don't want Alzheimer's, you better work on your cholesterol. You better stop

drinking milk and eating sugar and drinking alcohol. Having all these bread and pasta and grains and bagels and muffins and croissants and cookies and cakes. You better get off those cholesterol meds if you don't want dementia. You want to be like the ninety nine percent. Have all that stuff. Have your pizza, have your fried chicken, have your mac and cheese. Take your cholesterol meds, and good luck with heart attack, stroke, diabetes, obesity, and

morning. Take an iced glass of water, Squeeze some lemon, put a pinch of pink of a land salt or Celtic sea salt. Get your little mineral water, Chug it on an empty stomach. Always drink water on an empty stomach. That way gets absorbed. Always have salt in it for the minerals. Stop drinking your thesany poland springs, all these bottled water, those plastic will leach into the water. Those are hormone disruptors. They affect your

estrogen levels. The average American and vibes about a plastic credit card size with a plastic every year. Stop eating, stop drinking plastic. Store your stuff in glass or stainless steel, Drink your water in glass or stainless steel. Cook with stainless steel. Reduce your chemical exposure, reduce your inflammation, Reduce your chances of getting Alzheimer's, dementia, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, pneumonia, COVID nineteen, all of it. You can prevent it. Remember,

an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Don't wait until you get sick to start working on it. Being healthy is becoming kind of hip. People like to be healthy now. They want to eat their healthy food, and they want to exercise and go in nature and get your sunline and drink your water. And it is cool to be healthy now. It used to be cool, you know, to drink your beer and smoke your cigarettes. That's not cool anymore. It's much cooler, and you look much

better and you're a lot more attractive when you're into health. You want to be into health. That is cool, that is hip, and that's going to improve your quality of life. You only live life once. Why do you want to party for the first fifty years of your life so the next

forty years are miserable? Where you're seeing all these doctors taking all these medications, doing all these tests, using canes and walkers and wheelchairs, and having devices and diapers and injections, and need nurses and the people to take care of you and drive you to the hospital and take you to appointments. The healthiest people take the least medicine, see the least doctors do the least tests. The unhealthiest people take the most medicine, do the most surgeries, see

the most doctors do the most hospital visits, the most doctor appointments. I don't want to be seeing the doctor all the time. I want the responsibility myself. You have all the power to your health, the power that made the body heals the body. When you have a fever, your body is heating up to kill off the virus or the bacteria. Why are you think

you're smarter than the human brain? Why are you going to take a medicine that lowers your fever then your virus or bacteria can thrive The heat was killing them. You think some pill is smarter than the human brain. You think some injection is smarter than the human immune system. These doctors have some ego. You're not smarter than God, You're not smarter than the brain and the organs that we gave to ourselves. That liver detoxes, your stomach kills off

all the bad stuff for you. Your thyroid produces the hormones the way it's supposed to. Your spleen takes care of the blood. Your bladder takes care of the urine. Your gall bladder takes care of the bio. Your lungs take care of the pollution. Your heart distributes the oxygen properly. You're gonna take high blood pressure medication. Come on. Your brain says when it needs to be high and when it needs to be low. And if it's high too much, then you've got to get to the root cause of the problem.

Where is the stress coming from. Is it your poor diet? Is it your sedentary lifestyle? Is it your emotional stress? Is it your poor sleeping habits. Is it your dehydration, your inflammation, you don't exercise enough. There's a cause for your high blood pressure. That's what I do. I'm a detective. People come to me so I can figure out where the problem is. If you have dizzyness, I'm not gonna give you a pill to get rid of the dizzyness. To be a detective. I'm gonna figure

out where is this dizziness coming from. Is it your eyes that are off? Is there a problem with your ears? Is there a problem with your cerebellum part of your brain? Do you have proprioceptive issues, sensory issues? Do you have these little crystals and the canals and your inner ear? Do you have Minere's disease and you're sensitive to salt? Do you have an issue with the pressure. Where did you get it scuba diving or in an airplane?

Do you have a fistula. There's so many different causes of dizziness. It could be you're not getting enough oxygen into the brain, your skulls off position, You're cerebral spinal fluid isn't working properly, your neck is misaligned, your autonomic nervous system is dysfunctional. So we gotta differential diagnose where's this dizziness coming from. Don't come to me if you just want to pill. I'm not gonna give you antivert or mechlazine. That's not what I do. I'm

a functional neurologist, not a medical neurologist. I'm not giving you medicine, not doing surgeries. I'm not doing injections. There's no pain, there's no side effects. But I'm teaching you how to heal yourself. I'm a functional doctor. What if you have MS,

it's an autoimmune condition. If you have an autoimmune condition which is causing your dizziness, I'm gonna change your diet and get rid of foods that aggravate autoimmune disease. For yes, the big ones would be dairy, gluten, corn, soy, coffee, alcohol, MS. You also need vitamin D the

big issue with MS multiple sclerosis. Also, you gotta have a lot of fat, healthy fat, olives, avocado, walnuts, salmon, sardines, mackerel, herring, flax seeds, cheese, seeds, macadamian nuts, coconut oil, eggs, healthy fat, not the fat of the steak, not the chicken fat. Healthy fat. That's for MS that can croose dizziness. You know, if it's the crystals in the inner ear, we do this.

Dick Hallpikes maneuver to figure it out, and we might have to perform what's called an maneuver where we turn the head in a certain angle and pour these crystals out into an area which we'll get rid of the disneyess. That's the easiest one to fix. That's about twenty five percent of my vertigo cases, or what's called BPPV benign peroximal positional vertigo. If these crystals in your inner ear, we do this little eple's maneuver, tilt it out, get

rid of the crystals. Takes about a minute or two and the dizzeyness is gone immediately. Sometimes this comes from what's called pots pots positional orthostatic techycardia syndrome. For that, we have to do this table tilt treatment where I start the table very low and then I raise it up and I do this little brain exercise and I have a pulse like siminar where I'm seeing how fast the pulse rate, making sure it doesn't go more than ten beats per minute.

And we could get rid of the pots. But that's the table tilt. The BPPV is the epleas right. The MS is the diet. Sometimes if it's the eyes, we got to do eye exercises. Sometimes it's the inner ears. We got to get people into the hyper oxygen chamber to get the pressure in the ears working better. Sometimes we have to do little balance exercises, propioceptive exercises. Sometimes we need to do breathing exercises. We have to

work on the vagus nerve for circulation and blood flow. So there's lots of causes of dizziness. But I'm the detective which does a full evaluation to figure out where the deficiencies are. Once we figure out the problem, we get to the root cause. Then we can give you the solution. Don't hide symptoms with pills and medication. Get to the root cause, and then you don't have to see doctors or take pills or herbs or supplements or vitamins.

The less pills you take, the the less supplements you take, the less herbs you take, the less doctors you see. listening to boost your brain power. Now, what if there is an issue in your memory because of your glucose levels, your diabetes, or your hyperglycemia. So if you look at your blood work, you look at what's called your hemoglobin A one C. The hemoglobin A one C we want below five point seven. If you're above five point seven, then you're more likely to have diabetes and you're more likely to get at the Alzheimer's later in life.

Then you look at your fasting glucose. Fasting means you don't eat that morning. When you take your blood, that should be under one hundred. If it's above one hundred, that means you're more likely to get diabetes. You're more likely to get diabetes, You're more likely to get Alzheimer's. They're changing the name of Alzheimer's disease to diabetes. Type three. Diabetes is caused by

sedentary lifestyle or diet, poor sleeping habits, poor nutrition. So we gotta stop eating all those carbs, those starches, all those sugars, the juices. Don't drink juice, soda, lemonade, iced tea coffee. You don't have all these sugar drinks. Don't have a little candy, all this bread, all these noodles, rice, potatoes, all these cereals, crackers, oatmeal. You don't want diabetes. Don't eat oatmeal every day. Don't have

cheerios. Don't have toasts and bagels and croissants and muffins and candy and sugar and all these things in boxes and cans and bags, microwave meals, these breaded products, ketchup is full of sugar. All these sauces are full of sugar. You don't want diabetes, obviously, you don't want to get Alzheimer's. But guess what else. Diabetes causes blindness? You get neuropathy, people get amputations. Diabetes is no fun, but it takes years to develop.

Stop eating all that crap. Stop sitting down so much. Start eating healthier fruits and vegetables and everything fresh. No preservatives, no process no sugar, no sugar replacements, no artificial sweeteners, no artificial flavors, no food dyes, no chemicals, pesticides, herbicides. Stay away from it. They're all

inflammatory, and all diseases lives on inflammation. But if you don't give yourself inflammatory foods, and you avoid inflammatory products, which include all the feminine products, all the makeups, the hair dyes, the nail polishes, all the lotions, the shampoos, the soaps, the conditioners, the shaving cream, the suntan lotions, the exema cream, the steroid creams, pimple creams, and all this crap. It's all toxic. It's all poison. Stay away

from the poison. You shouldn't put anything on your skin heal from within. If there's a problem with your skin, there's a problem on the inside. It's it's something you're eating, or you're dehydrated, or you have autoimmune disease, you have poor malabsorption. There's always a reason. You're not gonna have skin problems that come out of nowhere. You're not gonna have pain that comes out of nowhere. There's always a reason. But that's what I do.

I'm the detective. I figure out why do you have this skin problem. Why do you have this memory problem, Why do you have this balance problem? Why are you depressed? Why can't you focus? Why do you have anxiety? Why do you have depression. I'm not going to give you a pill to hide the symptoms. We're going to be detective and figure it out. Don't come to me if you just want a pill or some quick supplement. You want supplements, I'm not the guy for you. You want medication,

I'm not the guy for you. Don't look for some easy, quick fix. But if you want to do the work, you want to put in the effort, and you want to get a permanent solution, so you don't need pills, you don't need herbs, you don't need supplements. You don't need doctors, you don't need tests and X rays. Because you feel good, you function good, and you live a good life. That capital

brain and body is the place for you. Do you have a working memory issue. Do you have a balance problem. Do you have eye problems, ear problems, you

Do you have lower setocholine or low dopamine. This q EG brain mapping measures it all. There's no radiation and there's no risk. The second test is called a VNG video nostography, where you measure your eye movements fast ied movements, slow eye movements up and down and left and right, and

with a head turn and with the lights at and the lights on. It has these infrared goggles and they're measuring hey which areas are overactive they create anxiety and heart palpitations and insomnia, which areas are underactive, depression and low motivation and low energy and fatigue and brain FuG And they could literally say it's the right side is the left side which lobe of the brain. So that way we know do we have to activate it? Do we have to relax it?
