We want the kids to have fun. We want the parents to have fun. You know, a lot
of people forget about the fun part of life. My parents always you know, work sleep, work, sleep, work, sleep. We gotta have fun. There's twenty four hours in a day. Eight hours is work. You have to work. Life is not easy. Eight hours of sleep you have to rest and relax. And eight hours is fun. You have to enjoy life. How do people forget about that? It's why there are a lot of depression, a lot of anxiety. Get have fun, you get
have experiences, kind of hang out with family and friends. Super important to have fun in your life. That's a key to your health. It's a key to keeping your brain strong. You know, grandparents who hang out with little kids, they're grandkids. They live longer, they live, have healthier life because they're having fun with their grandkids. The worst thing is just sitting
at home watching TV. You know, you work all day, come home, eat a big dinner, and then sit and watch TV and then sleep and then wake up, eat breakfast, go to work, eat dinner, watch TV, go to bed. There's no fun there, right, You gotta get out of the house. You gotta experience life. Right. We don't want stress. We want relaxation, we want calm, We want to smile, We want laughter. And that keeps your brain strong. That keeps
your brain healthy, and it's experiences with other people. It's experiences in life. It's visiting new places, learning new things, doing new activities that will keep your brain, your heart, everything Healthy'll not enjoying your quality of life. Right. To enjoy your quality of life, you know, you've got to really work on a lot of aspects of your life. Your heart health is super important. You know we always talk about brain health, but your
heart health is super important. And your heart improves when you're with other people and you're doing experiences and you're having fun. The exercise really helps your heart. You got to do all types of exercise. You gotta do exercise that gets your heart beating fast. You got to do exercise that gets you sweating. You gotta do muscle weight resistant exercise or body resistant exercise or calisthenics. I gotta do aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise. One's oxygen ones without oxygen.
You gotta real work your heart. You use it or you lose it. The heart is a muscle. I really like the hit exercises, high intensity interval training, so where you really go hard and then you just go a little bit, and then you go hard and then you go a little bit. So it's interval. It's on and off. You go really hard and then there's a little break time, and there's hard and a little break time. There's lots of sign it's behind that works. Orange Theory is one of
the best places that uses that science to maximize your potential. They measure your heart rate and you gotta get in that orange zone. You gotta push it a little bit. You gotta be uncomfortable. As they said, same thing with your brain. You gotta push it. You gotta be uncomfortable. Challenge your brain. When you don't know something, don't always google it. Try and remember it, Try and think of it, Try and work it out on your own. Might take a little extra time, but your brain will
get stronger. Don't always rely on the Internet to solve all your problems. It's a new condition called digital dementa. So because everyone's using all these smartphones, smart computers, smart TVs, smart iPads, all these smart devices that do everything for you, and guess what, your brain get stupider digital dementia. The more electronics you use, the worse your brain gets. And it's not just the Wi Fi. You know, people are on Wi Fi to
have these devices attached to them twenty four to seven. It's not just the Wi Fi, but it's that you're letting the electronics do everything. It's your map, it's your dictionary, it's your encyclopedia, it's your calculator, it's your phone book, it's your GPS, it's everything, and you don't use your brain because everything can be just looked up with that phone or iPad.
And it's creating digital dementia. It's creating heart problems because people can just sit on their butt, sedentary lifestyle and if everything come to them, they can order anything from that phone. They can order food, they can order a car, they can you know, get Amazon, you can get anything you want. You don't even have to get off the couch. Everything comes to you. But it makes your heart bad and it makes your brain bad. You got to challenge the brain. You gotta challenge the heart. I don't
want digital dementia. I don't want heart disease. I don't want stroke. I don't want diabetes or cant or obesity. So I got to do different than everyone else does, because that is the common, that's the norm in America. You don't want to be just like everybody else. You want to be better. You want to be healthier than everybody else. You know, you always surround yourself with people you want to be like. You know, if you want to be healthy, you hang around healthy people. If you
hang around people who are unhealthy, you're going to become unhealthy. You want to be poor, hang around poor people. If you want to be rich, hang around rich people. You want to be dumb, hang around dumb people. You want to be smart, you hang around smart people. You're going to become who you surround yourself with. So I want to surround myself with healthy people, smart people, rich people, loving people, spiritual people, people who love nature, people who love to give to others, people
who want clean air and clean water and clean food. That's my crowd, all right, So that's you give me a call, let's hang out, let's do it. But you gotta be healthy, right. We gotta challenge your brain, we gotta challenge your heart. You gotta challenge your muscles. You're about weight resistant exercise, and you don't need, necessarily, you know, to buy weights. You can do push ups and pull ups and squats
and lunges and flanks and sit ups and all that stuff. Or you can get easy stuff like bands or a TRX, or you can you know, yeah, you can get rates as well. You can do a gym membership. But you gotta do weight resistance. That's the key. It's gonna keep your bones strong, it's gonna keep your muscles strong, it's gonna keep your brain strong, it's gonna keep your heart strong. You know, if you could do forty pushups, you're less likely to get a heart attack than someone
who cannot do ten pushups. It's that significant. You've got to start working on your muscles, and it's a mood stabilizer. You have depression and anxiety, you start doing weight resistant exercises, you will release chemicals that no drug can ever give you. You have a walking pharmacy in your muscles, but you gotta use them. You use it or you'll lose it. All the healing powers are within your own body. All the nutrition you need is from
the earth. You don't need any pills, you don't need to see all these doctors. You just need to know how to improve your health and well being. And that's what I like to teach you guys every week, because it's all up to you. You gotta take responsibility. You know, there's always going to be a problem in the environment, right and you know we just had up here in the Northeast these Canadian wildfires, right, so it's like this is getting in my lungs. This is a lot of pollution right
in Westchester and Indian That nuclear power plant they're leaking on purpose. They're putting nuclear waste in the Hudson River. I mean, they pollute our air, they pollute our water, Monsanto or bayar, They pollute our food with all these chemicals. Gliphosate round up causes cancer. These companies are causing disease. Big corporations, and because they are highly influential on the politicians that run the
world. Nothing really gets done unfortunately, you know when you always asks how come they let you know, these people put nuclear waste, you know, in the Hudson River. You know, it's always come back to money, all right, But we can't, unfortunately, do anything about that now. So you've got to prevent all the toxins that you're aware of. Right, they're gonna sprain stuff in the air, they're spraining stuff on your food, They're putting stuff in your water. But you got to control, you control,
Get a water filter, get an air purifier. Clean your food. It's very easy to clean your food when you just when you get back from the supermarket. You just put take a big bowl, put your fruit veggies in there, put some baking soda in there, let it soak for an you know whatever it is, a half hour, an hour, and then literally all the toxins come out. It's pretty amazing. It's disgusting when you take out your fruit and then you see what's left over in the bowl.
But that's a quick, easy, cheap way to clean all your fruit and veggies and all your produce that you bring back from the supermarket. That's sprayed with round Up, which is glyphosate, pesticides, herbicides that caused information gut problems, allergies, autoimmune disease, and worst of all, cancer. Do not use glyphosate and round up, start buying organic and don't use that stuff on your lawn. It's toxic and it literally can kill you. More when

important. I was recommending HIT high intensity interval training. You go really hard, and then you chill out for a little bit, and then you go really hard and then you chill out really hard, chill out. So I think about it like this. You could if you're on a track, you know, when you go to the local high school, you will sprint where
the track is straight, and then during the curve you'll walk. And then once you get to the end of the curve and it becomes straight again, and you sprint and then you walk the curve and then you sprint and then you walk the curve. That's a very simple way of kind of doing these type of exercises. We really push it and then you give yourself a little break there. All right, So we got to exercise, and you could do that, you know, if you just did you know, two walks
around a track. It's a half a mile you know, if you did it like I'm describing, it would literally take less than five minutes. All right, everybody has five minutes in their day. If you did that every single day, for just five minutes, you will change your life. Sprint walk, sprint walk, sprint walk, sprint walk, that's all you gotta do. That will change your life. It'll make your brain stronger, It'll make your heart stronger, your digestive system, your sleep, your energy,
your skin, your hormones. Every day, do it outside. We want to use that sun. The sun is your friend. You're gonna hear all these doctors tell you that the sun is your enemy. They're gonna say stay out of the sun. They're gonna say protect your body from the sun. The sun is evil. It's causing global warming, and it's heating up everything. We got to stop the sun. That's completely incorrect. Don't listen to everybody else. The sun will heal you. The sun is everything to this
earth. Without the sun, everything would die. I don't want to die. I don't want myself to die. I like the sun. We want to be out in the sun as much as possible. Now, if you have a history of skin cancer, that's completely different. You have to be careful. You have to protect yourself. And when you do protect yourself, you protect yourself with zinc oxide. That's the same the safest ingredient for sun protection. Of those sun lotions, sunblock, those are toxic. The most
toxic products you could put on your body. If I had to choose one product that is most toxic that people put on their body, it is suntan lotion and sunblock. It is full of the worst chemicals you could imagine. And we're voluntarily putting on our bodies and our kids bodies and our kid's brains
are developing, So you'd be very careful. You know, you might read the ingredients of the food that you eat, but if you're reading the ingredients of what you're putting on your children and yourself every single day, the least amount of stuff you put on your body, the better. I don't use anything for my body. I literally use nothing except olive oil soap. That's it. And I don't even use that on my face. I literally just use it on my body. My face is just water, that's it.
I do not use anything. I don't use any lotions, I don't use any creams. I don't use you know, any makeup. I don't use any moisturizers, moisturizers, I don't use anything for allergies. For X amount of nothing up and nothing on my skin. That's the best way to do it. That keeps you healthy. The only thing you need to do to keep your skin is healthy is drink lots of water, and exercise and nutrition and oxygen and rest and decrease stress. Those are the big ones, right,
that's the best thing for skin. Everyone's alway to ask me, Oh, how can I prevent wrinkles and keep my skin strong? That was the list I just gave you, all right. So as far as the sunlight, right, So the sun is our friend. We're gonna use it for circadian rhythms, we're gonna use it for sleep. So the best way we can use the sun for sleep is to walk outside every day on sunrise and sunset. Take those five minutes, even when you're gonna do your hit exercise
sprint walk, sprint walk, sprint walk, sprint walk. You do it four times, like I said, should take less than five minutes, but you do it during sunrise and sunset. When you wake up in the morning after dinner, that's the best time to do it. And your brain says, Okay, the sun is rising. I'm going to increase corsol testosterone. I'm gonna give you your energy. I'm gonna keep your brain strong. I'm gonna give your sculation and your blood flow. That's your first time. Second
time sun set. After dinner, don't go to the couch and watch TV. Go outside for a walk, go with your family or a walk, take the dog for a walk. That's the best thing you could do. Have a small dinner. You want to eat from ten am to six pm, so by six pm you should be done with dinner. A small dinner because we don't need a lot of energy, just to chill out and relax because it's becoming ninetime. Then you go out for a walk during sun set, and your brain says, okay, the sun's going down. Now I
can increase melatonin, which is going to relax me. That's going to decrease cortisol. It's going to interrupt my deep sleep. So when the brain sees the sun go down, it's going to do increase cordosol. Okay, don't come home and listen to the news. After your walk, then Cortisol is going to go up, because what are the news going to tell you.
There's a war in Russia, there is superinflation, there's political corruption, there's racism, there's wildfires, there's tornadoes and earthquakes, and there's hurricanes and monsoons and tsunamis, and you know it's the index is bad and the sun's killing us and the pollutions killing us, and everything's bad, bad, doom and gloom. What they want you They want to get their ratings high. They
want to keep you on that television in fear. They want you thinking we need the government to help us survive, that we need to be informed of all the stuff they're telling us. No, you can be informed. If you're listening to the news, you're not informed because they're telling you what they want you to know. I'm telling you the truth. Let's get healthy, That's what they don't want you to know. Did they ever teach you how to get healthy? Nope? Because you know why, who's paying for the
advertising during the news. The pharmaceutical companies. They're paying for the advertising. So they don't want the healthy stuff out there, because if there's a country of very healthy people, they're not going to be buying all these pharmaceuticals. What this show is teaching you is how to prevent health problems. So you don't need to take so many medications, you don't need to do so many surgeries, you don't need to see so many doctors. You don't need to
go to the hospital so many times. It is not necessary. But you have to work for it. Your health is a full time job. So a lot of my patients they want to get healthy, but they're not willing to do what they need to do. You know, I might have to change their diet, so it is so many of my patients are full of inflammation, but they're not willing to change their lifestyle. And if you don't change your lifestyle, you're never going to get better. And the lifestyle is
not just eating healthy and exercising, it's the emotional stress too. You know, maybe you should not be in the job you're at because you know their
co workers or your boss are really mean. Or maybe you should be in a different living situation because your roommate is stressing you out, or maybe you have to move out from your parents place, or maybe you have to get a divorce, or maybe you have to break up with a family member or a friend, or maybe you have to move out of a stressful city and move to the burbs or a nice little place on the beach or a little farmland, or you know, sometimes you have to make major life changes.
And then sometimes you just gotta wake up a half hour earlier, do some exercise, and do some gratitude journal. You know, sometimes it's pretty easy just to make small changes, but other times you might have to make big changes. If you eat a lot of crappy food and you're always getting fast food and drinking beer and smoking cigarettes, yeah you're gonna have to change your lifestyle to feel better, because your quality of life depends on how you're functioning.
Right, So a lot of people say, oh, I only live once. I want to enjoy my life. That's right. You only want to live once. You want to enjoy your life. And the only way you can enjoy your life is if you're healthy. You cannot enjoy your life if you're unhealthy. All right, You can only enjoy your life if you're healthy. So your health should always be your number one priority. All the money you spend should be on your health, not on materials. Nobody is
going to remember material on their deathbed. But they're going to remember their health, and they're gonna remember their experiences they've had with people. They're not going to remember what Netflix show they watched on that Saturday for twelve hours straight. You're gonna remember experiences with people. You're going to have only regrets about your health that you should have been healthier, so you didn't let your health deteriorate.
You didn't let your relationships deteriorate. Okay, So focus now on your health and your relationships and having fun so you don't have regrets as you get older. Okay, your mental health is the most important thing your physical health. Is this that the most important thing? Your mental health will create your physical health. I always tell my patients you got to appreciate your health. Every morning you just wake up and you say, if this is you, thank God. I could see, I can hear, I can walk,
I can drive and listen to music. I can see a sunset, I could walk my dog, the little things that we take for granted. My heart is beating, I have bowel movements, I can urinate, I can sleep, I can lift up a bag. You know, if you spent one week in my office you would see these patients that come to me and they can't do those things that everyday people take for granted, and their only
wish is they could they could stand for five seconds. But guess what when we grant them that wish and we get them to stand for five seconds, and then we say, okay, you know what, let's go for ten seconds, and then we get them to stand for ten seconds, and then we take one step and then we take two steps. Or if we get children who can't speak, right first you just get one word. We can get one word in that first week. That's a big victory, and then
the second week, maybe we'll get two words. And they're told these parents are told that they're never going to talk again. Well, your grandparents are told they're never going to walk again because they had a stroke. Your brain can be rewired whether you're one years old or one hundred years old. Obviously it's much easier the younger the brain because it's developing. But I don't care. If you're one hundred years old, your brain can improve and you'll find

And what we want to do is walk outside during sunrise and sunset. That's going to help your circadian rhythms. Now, what's the most important thing about the sun is vitamin D. So we have to get our vitamin D. Almost every single patient that I've ever tasked it in work and you as low vitamin D
unless they actually are supplemented. So the best time to get the vitamin is when the sun is strongest. That's during the middle of day, you know, let's say twelve to two, and what you gotta do. You know, it's usually people and you go outside, even if it's just for fifteen
twenty minutes. Let's take off your hat, take off your glasses, roll up your sleeves, roll up your pant legs, take off your socks, like, get the most exposure ball and you get exclosed to the sunlight so we can absorb vitamin D and that will make it your highest level every day. So those are three most important times are sunrise, sunset, and then lunchtime. With your sun exposed the morning and evening, you just want to see it, so you got to get your eye exposed there so you might
take off your glasses, so that is the most important thing. You gotta get your eyes exposed to the sun as well. So if you're always wearing glasses, especially sunglasses, you're not going to get that proper eye exposure. The eyes are very important. One of the biggest wishes my patients, you know, request from me or improve their vision, and you can improve your vision, but you have to do eye exercises. You got to get sun into that eyes. And I would saying, look directly at this sun,
but look towards the area where the sun is. And obviously the you know earlier in the day, the weaker it is, so you're able to get a little bit closer. But you know, you want to actually take off your glasses and get some of those sun rays to hit your eyes. You also have to do eye exercises. You have to do stuff looking near, but also stuff looking far. Everyone forgets looking far these days, so I go at the twenty rule every twenty minutes. Let's say you're working out the
computer. You get up for twenty seconds, you walk twenty feet and you look twenty feet away. All right, so the computer is about twenty inches away. You're gonna look twenty feet away. You know the TV isn't that close. We got to look outside. Go outside and look at the tree in your backyard, look very far away. Exercise those eye muscles. You look different distances. Look at something that's close, and then look at something
that's medium, then look at something that's far. Exercise use those eye muscles. Your eyes have all these different muscles, muscles that move it up and down and left and right, and muscles that can strict your eyes and dilate them, that bring them together and pull them apart. But we got to use them. You're always just looking at a computer or your cell phone. You're not using your eyes. You're not using any depth perception. And your
eyes are gonna get weaker and weaker and weaker. You're going to strengthen them, and the sun gives the eye the energy it needs. Remember, if you have a history of skin cancer, this is different. You're gonna be very careful. You're gonna use zinc oxide to protect you, but never use those you know, one of the banana boat and you know all these crappy ones you'll find in CBS and rite Aid and you know all the supermarkets. Don't buy any of those suntann lotion. Don't put it on yourself, don't
put it on your kids. That can actually erase permanent marker. That's how toxic is. You know, you gotta actually be very very careful. We got to reduce all the chemicals you put on your body. All those lotions, most of those moisturizers, they're full of alcohol and that's going to dry out your skin. So you're taking these moisturizer, which feels good after you put it on, but the ingredients are alcohol, so it's going to draw
you out. So you keep buying the moisturizer are over and over and over and over again, right, So that is you know, very dangerous. You know, you're just gonna, you know, keep putting alcohol and your
skin you gonna get worse and worse and worse and worse. All right, Now, what other chemicals we've got to watch out for, you know, not just cleaning stuff, right, all the bleaches and laundry detergents and you know, all the dishwasher detergents and all the cleaning chemicals, and you know, all the lightsols and all the and that bacterial stuff and tons and tons
of chemicals there. And that's not in beauty products and makeups and hair dyes and nail polishes and you know, and that's not even included plastics and lead and aluminum and storage and you know, there's so many toxic chemicals that we're exposed to in addition to the stuff they're already putting in the air and the water. You know they actually put fluoride in the water, which is a neurotoxin. So you got to be very careful with all these chemicals that we're
exposed to the sun. Everything is natural, right. We want to get sunlight. We want to get water. Supposed to drink half your body weight and ounces of water. So if you weigh one hundred and fifty pounds, you need seventy five ounces of water. Get a pinch a pink hamalaan salt to give you your electrolytes. Get all that stuff everything you need, magnesium and phosphorus, all that stuff to sodium. So pinkamalaan and salt. To the Celtic salt. They have the most minerals. Those are the two highest
mineral content salts. You literally just have to put a pinch of it. You don't want to get gatorade and power aid and these energy drinks and they're full of all these bad sugars and chemicals and food dyes, and be very careful with all that stuff. All you gotta do is water. Squeeze some lemon in there, pinchamlane salt. You're good to go. That's your electrolyte water. All right, So we got sunlight, got water oxygen, right, we need the oxygen. We're gonna get the oxygen from You're gonna get
it from the air. You're gonna go outside, gonna be in nature. You gotta be in trees. One tree has enough oxygen for five people. So go out in a walk in the woods. You know that is doing oxygen therapy. You know we need oxygen. We're gonna do breathing exercise. The best breathing exercise to maximize your oxygen intake is to inhale for four seconds, hold it for seven seconds, and exhale for eight seconds. You also want to do diapromatic breathing, so meaning when you inhale, push your belly
down and out. That way, your lungs can expand more. When you exhale, everything comes in and squeezes all that carbon dioxide out. And when you excel for eight seconds, make sure you push out every single breath, get rid of that carbon dioxide, make room for more oxygen. Work on your posture. When you do those shoulder rolls, that's going to increase oxygen intakes. So you look up and roll your shoulders back. Don't roll your
shoulders in. They're already too much in start rolling them back, roll your shoulders back to open up your lungs so you can get more oxygen. Another way to get more oxygen and sitting to standing exercise, Sit and stand and look up and reach up. Sit and stand and look up and reach up, open up those lengthen your spine. You can get oxygen producing plants, put it in your house. Snake plants, spider plants, alo vera plants, money plants. Those all have the most oxygen producing plants. And then
you give them the carbon dioxide. All right, So want to maximize our oxygen intake. When you start exercising at increases oxygen. Do those hit exercises, sprint walk, sprint walk, sprint walk, sprint walk five minutes, that's it. Every day will change your life. Increase your heart, increase your oxygen, increase your brain function. Right, So now we're talked about sunlight, talked about water, we talked about oxygen. Right, what else
can we do to boost our brain power? Right? We have to challenge our brain. That is the key. You have to do new things, things you've never done. That is by far the most important thing. That's why I'm saying life is experiences. Start going to new places, visiting new areas, doing new activities, meeting new people, signing up for new events, taking new classes, learning new instruments, new dances, learn new hobbies. How to sew to you know, do pottery, how to paint,
how to sing, how do collect stamps? Anything you want, but do something new that's challenging to your brain. Your brain is like a muscle. You use it or you're lose it. Your heart is a muscle. You use it or you're lose it. Your muscles need to be worked, but so does your brain. So does your hearts. As your gut, we need to challenge your lungs. We need to work on every aspect of your health to function better, feel better, and live a better life more when

You use it or you lose it. But how do you know which parts of the brain you need to use? Well, the
best thing to do is to do a complete neurological evaluation. The best test is called a q EG brain mapping and that analyzes all the different areas of the brain to tell you where your weak areas are. Then you know exactly which exercises or therapies you would need to be specific to strengthen your weaknesses.
Now, there's a lot of general stuff you could do to boost your brain power, such as all this stuff we discussed today, sunlight, water, oxygen, doing new exercises, reducing emotional stress, avoiding all the chemicals, all that stuff we're talking about today. Those are general stuff everyone needs to do to improve your brain function. But if you really want to maximize your potential, you have to be specific. So you have to figure out where
your weaknesses are and where are they coming from. So this qEEG brain mapping is a test where you wear this cap. It looks like a swimmer's cap, but it's got electrodes attached to it that measures all your brain waves. It's non invasive, there's no radiation, there's no contrast fluid. You don't have to sit in a small claustrophobic tube for forty five minutes without moving.
It's very easy. It only takes about ten fifteen minutes to do. But it measures out all your brain waves and it tells us do you have depression, you have anxiety to your brain fog, troubles with focus, motivation, organization, difficulty shifting tasks, trouble with memory, short term memory, sequential memory. It tells us do you have insomnia, sleep deprivation. It tells
us do you have anger or aggression? Do you have sensory problems? Do you have issues with a concussion or heavy metal or certain viruses, or do you have a white matter inflammation? How's your dopamine levels, how's your receital
coaling? Is their cortisol levels too high? So it tells us about all your brain function, and it says these are the weak areas, and then we come up with a solution and get to the root cause of the problem rather than just give you, you know, medications or supplements or herbs. It's like, no, let's figure out exactly where the problem is and be specific fick so that you can maximize your potential because you're only as strong as

called a VNG video instography. This is basically a test where you wear goggles. These goggles have infrared cameras that measure all your eye movements and fast eye movement, slow movements, eyes up and down and how it shines to light and with a head turn and all this stuff. And by doing that we can analyze the left side of the brain versus the right side of brain. Is one side going too fast? Is one side going too slow? Are you in stress mode as your brain to relax? Is it underactive? Is
it overactive? So it's very descriptive. The brain mapping is great for the location, but the VNG is really good to be really specific as far as okay, here are the problems. But is it more on the right side, is that the left side? Is it more overactive? Is it more underactive? We do have to stimulate, do we have to relax, Do we have to connect, do we have to improve? Do we have to balance? So it tells us how everything's connecting between the different lobes and the
different sides. That's why I really like that test.
