There are lots of ways to boost your brain power, and it all starts from healing your brain from within. There's no magic supplement, herb, medication, pill or drug that's going to increase your

brain function to prevent Alzheimer's or dementia. If there was, everyone would take it and no one would have memory problems. But it seems that memory problems keep getting worse and worse and worse. And there's all these little products out there, whether it's for everaging that's going to improve your brain function and take riddle in for your focus, and they're always trying to find this magic herb or this supplement or this drug that's going to fix your brain. It's not

gonna happen. But the truth is your brain can improve as you get older as long as you do the right things. The first and most important thing is novelty. You have to do new things. Don't be doing the same things every week, even if they're healthy things. Right, if you always go to the gym on Monday and exercise the same way and go on your treadmill for half an hour and do a little waits for twenty minutes, that's great. But if it's the same thing every time, it's no good.

You might think you're healthy. Oh, I eat chicken and broccoli every day, and I have eggs every morning, and I have a piece of fish and a salad every night. Isn't that good? You don't want to have the same food every night. You don't want to have kale every day. You don't want to have fish every day. You don't want to have eggs every day. You don't want to have almonds every day. You don't want to do anything every day. Switch it up. Switch up your food,

switch up your exercise routine. You don't want to do the crossword puzzle every day. It's not good. Do the crossword puzzle on Monday, but Sudoku on Tuesday, and amaze on Wednesday, at a jigsaw puzzle on Thursday. Then play Monopoly with your family on Friday, and then play cards with your boys on Saturday. Then play chess with your kids on Sunday. Every day, do something different if you can make it social even better. But stop

playing just wordle every day and think that you're improving your brain function. No, you're not. The Internet makes your brain worse. Unplug get off your devices and start being more social, more active and doing new activities, meeting new people, visiting new places. Novelty is the key to improving your brain function. As you get older, are you doing something new every day?

Probably not. Start to change it up. When people come to my offices, whether it's the virtual visits, the New Jersey office, the New York office, or my home visits, we're always doing something new. You're never going to get the same treatment because your brain needs different stimulations to function at a higher level. So you got to change it up. That's novelty. The number one most important factor to improve your memory, improve your brain function

is novelty. This month is Alzheimer's Awareness Month. We don't want to get Alzheimer's, we want to prevent Alzheimer's. I can't tell you how many people, especially these baby boomers, as they're getting older and older and they're not doing new things, and they're relying on the technology and you have more of a sedentary lifestyle, and you're eating more of the crappy food that America supplies you. Your brain is getting worse. It's not because you're older. Don't

believe the lie your brain can improve as you age. You just have to do the work and starts with novelty, something new every day. Do you have to learn a new language every day? No, but it might be good to learn a few words of different languages. Do you have to learn a new musical instrument to play? Now? You don't have to, but guess what that would be a really good brain exercise. Learn how to play an instrument. Learn how to put stuff together. Learn some carpentry, learn

gardening, learn how to cook different foods. Join a book club, meet new people. Go on vacation to places you've never been, and when you go to these places learn. Go to a museum, find out some history, remember some facts of where you are, remember your address and how to get there. Don't use Google Maps, don't put in your GPS. Google and YouTube are making you stupid. It's called digital dementia. Stop relying on all the technology and think that it'sn't making you smarter. The more you use

the technology. The worse your brain gets. The more you unplug, the stronger your brain will get. You got to turn off those devices, and yes when you need to use it. Right. Let's say you work and you need to check your emails. Okay, that's fine, but put away, you know, maybe an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon to do your emails or to check your text messages, or to do

your paperwork. Don't be on the computer scrolling all day. Give yourself an hour in the morning an hour in the afternoon to get all your computer work done. Now, if it's part of your job. You're in customer service, you got to be on the computer. You gotta be on there the whole time. I get it. If you have to do it, just make sure you take twenty minute breaks. That's the twenty rule. Every twenty minutes, you get up for twenty seconds, you walk twenty feet and you

look twenty feet away. These devices are really bad, not only for your brain, but for your eyes. Our eyes are not meant for flat screens. Our ears are not meant for the speakers. We need depth perception, we need surround sound. We need stuff we could touch and smell and feel and taste and see and hear. We got to use our senses. The computers, the iPads and the cell phones take away our senses. They're not being used appropriately. We are not two dimensional beings. We are three dimensional,

maybe even more. But we need to use those three dimensions. You need the depth perception. If your eyes are becoming weak, start doing Brock string exercises. Just like if you want your memory to improve, you could do memory exercises. If you want your eyes to improve, you could do eye exercises, and it starts with brock string. Brock We can get those for you at our office. You can make them yourself if you want, but I gotta teach you how to use them. They're very good at improving

your near vision and your far vision. I have really bad vision growing up. I've had glasses ever since I've been in elementary school, and every year my vision would get worse up until about thirty seven years old, when I was going to my eye doctor for another prescription because my eyes would get worse every single year. So every single year I needed to increase my prescription for

my glasses. And at thirty seven, my doctor said, soon you're gonna need bifocals, and I said, thirty seven, what am I gonna need buyfocals for. He said, oh, yes, after the age of forty, not only does your far vision get worse, your near vision gets worse. And I said, what are you talking about. He says, there's nothing you could do about it. That just happens with old age. And that triggered me because I don't like when doctors say things get worse with old

age. Don't believe the lie. Your memory can get better as you age. You can get less joint pain as you age, your posture can improve as you age, and your vision can improve as you age. You just have to do vision exercises. So don't believe the lie that things get worse as you get older. You just got to do the work. You gotta be the one percent, not the ninety nine percent. The ninety nine percent. It's heart disease, gets cancer, gets Alzheimer's, their memory gets worse,

their vision gets worse, their posture gets worse. They get more pain, more depression, more anxiety, sleap gets worse. Their energy decreases, their obesity increases, their blood pressure increases, more medication, more doctor visits, more hospital of visits. That's the ninety nine percent of Americans. You've got to be the one percent where you get more energy as you get older. Your memory improves as you get older, your vision improves as you get

older, your nutrition improves, your sleep improves, your focus improves. You just got to do the work. It's not easy, but it's possible. Just don't do what everyone else is doing. Everyone else will lead you to the wrong path. They'll get your boozing every night. They'll get your eating your pizza and your ice cream. Have this little piece of cake? What's wrong with you? How can you only eat your fruits and your veggies. Don't let listen to the haters. Be around people that are into health and

well being. You're gonna be who you surround yourself with. So if you surround yourself with unhealthy people, you're gonna become unhealthy. If you surround yourself with poor people, you're gonna become poor. If you surround yourself with people who are selfish, you're gonna be selfish. If you're gonna surround yourself with people who are not motivated, you're going to decrease your motivation. So I always want to be around healthy people. I want to be around successful people.

I want to be around happy people, giving people, loving people, spiritual people. That is my crowd. If that's you, let's hang out. If you are someone who likes to abuse their body, sleep in, not exercise, not hydrate, get drunk every night, eat all this junk food and fast food, go to the bar. Don't hang out with me. That's not going to help my health improve. So if you want to surround yourself with healthier people, you will function better, feel better, and

power. The most important thing to improve your memory and focus is novelty, doing new things. The second most important thing to improve your brain function as you get older is fuel delivery. What is the fuel. It's the sun. That's fuel that gives your brain power fitam. Indeed, the hormone comes from the sun. We need the sun. A lot of people will have you think the sun is bad for you, that the sun causes problems. The sun is healing. You have to go out in the sun. Stop

being inside all day. Get out, exercise, meditate, breathe, go for a walk, take out the dog, play some sports, go hiking, be in nature. Just get outside and get some sunlight. If you have to work all day, just during your lunchtime. I don't care if it's fifteen or twenty minutes. Go out in the sun. Take off your hat, take off your glasses, roll up your sleeves, roll up your pant legs. Get some skin exposure to the sun. Do not hide in

the shade, do not hide behind the building. Get some sunlight. The sun will boost your immune system. The sun will improve your thyroid and hormones. The sun will give you energy. The sun will help prevent dementia and Alzheimer's. The sun helps with multiple sclerosis and autoimmune disease. There is so much powerful healing in the sun. Don't be scared of it. You know, if you have a history of skin cancer, that's a little bit different.

You know, you can use zinc oxide to protect yourself. But for most people, you want to be in the sun, and you don't want to use all this suntan lotion and these sunscreens. Stay away from CBS and the banana boone and all this crap. Suntan lotion is the most toxic substance you can put on your skin. It causes skin cancer. Do you think that these sunscreens and suntan lotions is protecting you from skin cancer. All those chemicals will lead to skin cancer. The samest thing to put on your body

to protect yourself from getting sun burnt is zinc oxide. That's if you're out in the sun all day long with all your skin exposed and very pale skin that you're gonna get red and burnt, then you use zinc oxide. That's the most safe type of protection from the sun. But most of the time we don't want any protection. Use that sun. Go out during sunrise so you can see the sun, get your day started. Increase that cortiso in testosterone. You don't need a cup of coffee. Watch the sun rise as

you go for a morning walk. That will give you the energy you need. Not coffee. That's fake energy, it's not real. Cocaine can give you energy, but it's not real. Caffeine can give you energy, but it's not real. The real way to get the energy is from the sun. It's from the food. From the water. That's your fuel delivery. Sunlight number one, water number two, and food number three. That's your fuel delivery. The last thing that's important for fuel delivery is oxygen. You

need your oxygen. So if you have all four of those things the sun, water, food, oxygen. Your brain is gonna get the energy it needs to function its highest level. But most people do not get enough sun and their vitamin D deficient. Most people do not get enough oxygen, Most people do not get enough water, they're dehydrated, and most people do not get the proper nutrients. So most people, the ninety nine percent, are missing all four aspects of the fuel delivery, the sun, the water,

the oxygen, and the food. So we said for the sun every day, at least between twelve and two lunchtime, go outside for fifteen to twenty minutes. Get your skin exposure. Get your vitamin D every day. Get your water. Supposed to drink half your body weight in ounces. If you weigh one hundred and sixty pounds, you have to drink eighty ounces of water every day. That would be ten eight ounce glasses eighty ounces every day. The best time to drink water is on an empty stomach. Stop drinking water

with your meal and after your meal. You have to drink it a half hour before your meal on an empty store. First thing in the morning, before you do any anything, drink water. Then you drink water a half hour before breakfast, a half hour before lunch, a half hour before dinner, drink it at night. You should be able to drink a full glass of water right before bed and sleep throughout the whole night without having getting up to pee. If you do, then you have an issue in your nervous

system and what's called your micturition center. That's in your frontal cortex, the same part of the brain that controls Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. That's why a lot of people with neurological degenerative disorders end up in a nursing home wearing a diaper because they cannot control their bladder from their frontal cortex. One of the earliest signs of frontal cortex demise is lack of smell. If you're losing your smell,

you're losing your brain function. Smell goes forty years before Alzheimer's or parkinson shows up. The best smell test is called a peanut butter smell test. That's the most sensitive. So check your smell by looking up peanut butter and how far can you smell the peanut butter. The further you could keep it away from your nostril, the better, the better your nose. If you have to hold it right up to smell that peanut butter, that's not good.

And check the difference between your right nostril and your left nostril. If one side smells much better than the other, that means you have a brain in balance, and that's not good either. For your frontal cortex. That's where dementia starts from the frontal cortex. Frontal temporal dementia a big common problem in modern society. Alzheimer's disease is occurring in one out of every three people. It's pretty crazy. In the senior citizen community. One out of every

three people are dying of Alzheimer's disease. It's taken over. Heart disease and cancer have been number one for a long time. But now we're thinking within probably ten years, Alzheimer's going to take over number one. Heart disease will be number two, cancer will be number three. But right now, the leaning cause of death is heart disease, all right, And a big cause

of heart disease is stress. You got to reduce your stress. If you want to prevent stroke, heart attacks, you got to reduce your stress. The most common time for hoping and heart attack and stroke is Monday morning when people are stressed out. They have to go to a work, go to a job that they don't like, hanging out with people that they don't enjoy, maybe living in a place that they don't want to be, and they realize they don't like their life and they're stressed out, so that's when they

end up getting a stroke and a heart attack. Inflammation causes stroke and heart attack, and inflammation can be aggravated by emotional stress. Inflammation can aggravated by a poor diet. You have too much coffee, too much alcohol, too much sugar, junk, food preservatives, food dyes, anything in boxes or cans or bags is going to be inflammatory. Your cleaning supplies can be inflammatory. Your laundry detergent can be inflammatory. The candle that you burn can be

inflammatory. The pans that you use to cook can be inflammatory. The foods that you eat can be inflammatory. The emotional stress you're dealing with can be inflammatory. The chemical exposure, the makeups, the hair dye, the soaps, the shampoos, the conditioners, the lotions we already talked about, the suntail lotion, those can all be tied inflammatory. Heavy metals are everywhere,

Illuminum cans, illuminum foil, aluminum pants. There's aluminum in the air, there's aluminum medication, mercury in the fish, arsenic in the apple juice and the brown rice, lead in the pipes and the paints. There's chemicals everywhere. There's fluoride in the water and the toothpaste. It's a no neurotoxin. When I go to the dentist, I tell them I don't want the fluoride. I don't want a neurotoxin. I don't drink water with fluoride in it.

It's a neurotoxin. I get my toothpaste without fluoride. I've never had a cavity in my life. I'm forty six years old that I had one cavity in my life. I never use fluoride. I don't get dental X rays. I brush my teeth a lot, I floss. I take very good care. I eat very healthy, no cavities, Never gotten a cavity, beautiful teeth. You don't have to get cavities. How horrible is it to have bad teeth and root canals? Ginger bitas all these infections start doing

oil pulling that will kill off the bacteria. In your mouth every morning, before you even swallow, take a bunch of coconut oil, swish it around your mouth, push it all around, and then after thirty seconds to two minutes, you spit it out. That kills up all the bad bacteria. So you'll function better, feel better, and live a better life. This

fuel delivery are sunlight, oxygen, and water and food. It's basically all free stuff. You don't have to pay for sunlight, you have to pay for water, you don't have to pay for oxygen. You don't even have to pay for food. Just take the food that you already have and plant those seeds, and you will have food for the rest of your life for free. Take advantage. It's not that hard to be healthy. The more

basic and natural you keep it, the healthy you are. Stay away from all the technology, Stay away from all these medicines and pills and herbs and supplements, all these doctors and X rays and ultrasounds and all these tests and hospital visits. The healthiest people are the ones that take the least drugs, the least pills, see the least doctors go to the hospital of the least.

Those are the healthiest ones. The unhealthiest ones are the ones that see the doctors the most kind of weird but that's the way it works in America. Can't explain about other countries. I think it's different. But in America, you gotta stay away from the medical system. You gotta stay away from the foods that everyone's eating. You gotta stay away from the stresses of the American life. Reduce your stress. Start spending time in nature. Get some

physical exercise. There's a great book called Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. Read it fifteen times. I learned something new every time I read it. It's stoicism. I'm a Stoic. I study stoicism. Stoic, a stoic. That's the way to live your life like a stoic. Become more spiritual, become more at one with nature. Take that power of the sun, take the power of the oxygen that's in the air. Keep your body hydrated. If you don't want to do it for your brain, do it for your looks.

You don't want to get wrinkles, Drink a lot of water. You want to be shriveled up like a raisin. Then you get dehydrated. Don't drink your water. You want to be nice and smooth like a grape. Stay dehydrated. Drink lots of water, so lay water. So lay water is when you put a pinch of pink Kimelayan salt, you don't want to just drink water and pee it out. Most of those plastic water bottles, poland springs, Desioni, all these plastic water bottles, not only are they

acidic water, not only full of plastics that you're imbibing. Those plastics are estrogen disruptors, they're hormone disruptors. Those plastics are toxic, they cause inflammation. You want to stay away from all those plastic water bottles. Get a high duty water filter to filter out all that crap we said before, the lead, the aluminium, the fluoride, and then you put a pinch of

pink Kimelan salt. That's the solae water. When you put the salt in there, that creates there's electrolytes, but the solae water, the Pinkamelain salt's got more minerals than any other salt on the planet. It's got about eighty six minerals. Only they pink Cameline salt and the Celtic salt have that many minerals. It's like half the minerals ever discovered on the earth are in this one little salt. You just gatorade for electrolytes. You're getting potassium, sugar,

food dye, and plastic chemicals. That's toxic. Don't drink gatorage, don't drink pedialyte. When you're dehydrated, you get filtered water. You can use reverse osmosis get distilled. But put the pink kimelane salt to get your minerals in there, to get the electro like water. Because when you have the minerals in now, the water's gonna get absorbed. You don't want to just drink plastic water bottles and pee it out. You want to drink so

lay water so the water could get absorbed and your brain too. Do you want your brain to shrivel up like a raisin or you want your brain icing big, juicy and hydrated. You have to drink half your body weighting ounces, So you gotta got twenty minutes of sunlight in the middle of the day. You gotta drink half your bodyweighting ounces. You gotta get some oxygen.

Go out in the forest. Go out in the woods, go near some trees and do some breathing exercises where you inhale for four seconds, hold your breath for seven seconds, that exhale for eight seconds. When you exhale, you're getting rid of the carbon dioxide, which is toxic to us, but the trees love it. Then we give the trees the carbon dioxide and the trees give us the oxygen. One tree has enough oxygen for five people. So just surround yourself with trees and it's like being an oxygen tank. And

if you're in a city, go to Central Park. There's parks wherever you are in every boroughs in Staten Island and Queens and the Bronx and Brooklyn, there's parks everywhere all right, So go to the park. Do some earthing. Go in the grass, put your feet in. There be a tree, hugger, hug some trees. Get that sun, get out of the shade. Breathe in that oxygen. Inhal for four seconds, hold it for seven, exhal for eight. When you in hare, push your diaphragm down

and out, making your belly look really big. When you exhale, everything comes in to push out that carbon dioxide. Make sure you have good posture. Keep that chin off and their shoulders back. If your slouch forward you're not gonna breathe good. You're not gonna get enough oxygen. You're doing breathing exercises three times a day. Get some oxygen producing plants in your house or

your apartment. The four most oxygen and purifying plants that you can put inside your house are snake plants, spider plants, alovera plants, money plants. Those give you the oxygen you need. That's your fuel delivery. You need that fuel. You need the oxygen, you need the water, you need the sunlight, and you need food. The way to get all your nutrients is to make sure you eat each color of the rainbow every day. Something that's red, orange, yellow, blue, green, purple, color,

little rainbow. You gotta cover all the colors. Each of the different colors represents different nutrients. And stay away from all the white foods sugar, dairy, bread, flower rice, potatoes, noodles, crackers, cereals, oat meal, yogurt. Those aren't healthy. Don't believe the lie that yogurt and oatmeal are a good healthy breakfast. There's no nutritional value. Stop it. I want colors in your breakfast. We need lots of colors. Stay away

from the white foods. Stop having cereal in the morning. Stop stop having oatmeal in the morning. Stop having bread and toast in the morning, or bagels and cream cheese. It's all white. We need colors. That's your nutrients. And stop taking multi vitamins. You're not deficient in all those vitamins. Most of those vitamins are toxic. They're full of impurities and fillers and stuff that you don't need all these contaminants. You got to CBS and get

some sential multi vitains. The worst decision you can make. Get educated. See a doctor who knows what they're talking about, which is not typically a medical doctor because they're not taught about nutrition in school. You need to get a functional doctor. What I do is practice functional neurology and functional medicine. That's the two best combination. you a functional neurologist and a functional medicine practitioner. We're gonna look at the blood work, and we're gonna look at which levels are high, which levels are low. We're gonna look at your brain, how your gut's functioning, how your heart's functioning. You have inflammation, you got leaky gut, you got joint pain, you got autoimmune disease, you got allergies. We gotta figure out where the problem is. Not hide the symptoms, but get to

the root cause of the problem. You get to the root cause of the problem, then you can come up with a solution. Most medicines are just trying to hide the symptoms. Right, So you take high blood pressure medication, just trying to just hide the symptom. Let me lower your blood pressure to put you less at risks for a harder stroke. But are you actually fixing the high blood pressure. No, you're not. You're just covering up

the symptoms. When I do as a functional neurologist and a functional medicine practitioner is figure out why do you have the high blood pressure? Are you have too much of a sedentary lifestyle. Do you have a poor diet? Do you have too much stress? You're got sleeping right? You got mold in your house? Do you have heavy metal exposure? Are you going through a painful loss? Are you putting inflammatory stuff in your body? Are you exposed

to toxins? We get to the root cause of the high blood pressure. You have memory problems, we get to the root cause of the memory problems. You have parkinsons, We get to the root cause of your parkinsons. You got a stroke, we get to the root cause of the stroke. Stop hiding symptoms with medication or herbs or supplements. If you can't sleep, don't take melatonin. You're just hiding the symptoms. Figure out why you're not

sleeping. Are you eating too late? Do you have too much electronic exposure at night? Is your autonomic nervous system not working? We got to get to the why. Stick around at the end of the show and I'll explain how you can get to the why. But what you want to do is get to the root cause of the problem instead of hiding symptoms. So don't

come to me if you just want some pill, some prescription. That's not the type of doctor I am. Eric Kaplan, and we're talking about how to improve your brain function. The four best ways of fuel delivery are sunlight, oxygen, water, and nutrition. Now, don't forget that we need not only fuel delivery, but we

need exercise and all types of exercise. You need to exercise your body, whether it's going to the gym, going for a hike, a bike ride, doing some power walking, going to the track, taking some pilates class, yoga class, do some taichi, a bar class, a spin class, take orange theory, CrossFit, go on some YouTube videos, do zoomba, take a dance class, pole dancing class, a belly dancing class, a line dancing class, a salsa class. Play some sports, soccer or

basketball, play some tennis or pickleball. Get out and get your body move. And you gotta exercise, and you gotta exercise in ways that are fun so they're not an errand that you like doing it. And if you can exercise with some friends or family where you can be social, even better, and if you can exercise outside. Now you're doing everything you need to do. So you gotta do physical exercise every single day for at least twenty minutes. All right, don't skip a day. You gotta do it seven days

a week. Three hundred and sixty five days a year. You gotta move your body. The worst thing for your body is sitting. Sitting is the new smoking, all right, So get off your butt because all day people are sitting, and your brain's gonna get worse. Your body's gonna get worse. You get more pain, worse eyes, worse memory, low energy, course sleep, more anxiety, more depression. Do you want that stuff? Well, if you don't, get off your butt, get out of the

house, get outside, exercise and be social. Right, physical exercise, You also got to do mental exercise. You want to improve your brain, you gotta do memory exercises. Remember your friend's phone number, Remember people's names that you meet. You have to make an effort to do that. You gotta go into this person saying, I'm gonna remember their name and come up with some story that's gonna remind you of what this person's name is. Don't

just try and remember the name. You gotta come up with a story or relate it to a song or a movie or something emotional. Your emotional memory is your best memory, so take advantage of that. When I give I'm always touring around the country doing keynote talks. If you want me to do a keynote talk for your group. We do a lot of associations, a lot of wellness stuff. We do it for lawyers and banks and financial institutions and big corporations. So I'm a keynote speaker. You can contact me.

We'll give you that information at the end. But I do a lot of talks, and I want people to remember my seminars and my lectures and that way. I always relate it to an emotional experience. And a lot of my radio listeners will come back and they'll say, Hey, how's your grandma Dottie? You know, I had my Grandma Dotty too that I remember, And you know, how's you know growing up when you were thirteen and you

had to get off all the medicine and you know. So I tell these stories so that people remember what I'm telling them, right, So I like to relay a lot of what my patients are experiencing so you remember it. There's an emotional connection to it, all right. So we got to purposely remember a phone number, don't just put it in your phone book. Purposely remember people's names and impress them like I do. You remember my name?

Purposely remember your grocery list. Purposely remember an address that you're going to. Don't just put it in the GPS. Start challenging yourself. Don't use AI and chat GPT to tell you everything. Use your brain. You gotta remember you know some famous singer that you loved growing up. Don't google it think about it. Use your brain. It's in there. You can find it. You gotta dig deep. It might take a little bit longer, but it'll be more satisfying and it gets your brain stronger. You use it or

you lose it. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound to cure. So start working on your memory now before you get dementia in Alzheimer's. So you gotta do physical exercise. You gotta do memory exercise. You gotta do weightlifting exercise. If you have anxiety or depression, you have a walking pharmacy in your muscles that no drug could ever replicate. You have a rectile dysfunction. My god, I can't tell you how many of my patients have a

rectile dysfunction, and we're helping them by starting with weightlifting. Then we do brain exercises for the bagus nerve. Then we improve circulation, get their thyroid working better, their hormones working better. It's a big problem, but we can reverse it, and it starts with physical exercise. Weight resistant exercise. The more weight resistance, then your testosterone goes, your hormones go, your cortisol goes. Exercise in the morning and do weight resistant exercise. You can

use your own body. You know, push up and pull ups, and you know squats and lunges and stuff like that, planks, all that type of stuff. You could use resistant bands. You don't need to have a gym membership or all these fancy weights. No, you could use rocks and branches and other stuff. And you could use your bags plastic bags and suitcases and stuff to lift. But you gotta challenge yourself. Weight resistant exercise releases

chemicals that boost your mood. So you gotta exercise your muscles and exercise your heart. The best way to do the heart is a hit workout, high intensity interval training. So imagine you're going around the track. You sprint the straightaway and then you walk the curve, and then sprint the straightaway and walk the curve. So you sprint walk, sprint, walk, sprint walk. Very good for your heart, very good for your circulations. Very good for

a rectile dysfunction. High intensity interval training. You have to do physical exercise. You gotta do neurologic exercise, memory exercises. You gotta do balance exercise. Go in a corner where it's safe, and how long can I balance on one leg? Balance on a cushion, just walk in that tightrope like a balance beam, stand on a pillow, which makes it a little bit harder. You gotta do balance exercises, physical exercises, brain exercises, memory

exercises, balance exercise, breathing exercises, posture exercises. All these exercises are important. Eye exercises. You want to prove your vision, you gotta do eye exercises. I'm doing a whole seminar on all these different exercises. It's the last Tuesday of the month and it's gonna be in River Edge, New Jersey, at six thirty pm. It's an hour six thirty seven thirty, But then I do a half hour question and answer after. It's the last
