Don't believe the lie that as you get older your brain and memory get worse. It's a lie. Don't believe it.

It's a big lie. And everyone's telling that to you. As I always say, you got to be the one percent. If you listen to the ninety nine percent, your memory will get worse with age. If you listen to the one percent, your memory will improve with age. But you gotta do what nobody else is doing. Nobody else is working on their brain. But it's really the most important part of your whole body. It's who you are. Your brain is everything. But people care more about their hair,

where their nails, where their skin or their weight. They care more about their waistline, they care more about what they look like. They'd rather lose their mind than have wrinkles. What's important to you, what's important in your life? There shouldn't be anything more important than your brain, Because what if everything looks good but you have dementia Alzheimer's. Right, what if your hair looks good and your skin looks good, dress nice, you have a lot

of money and a pretty wife, but you have Alzheimer's. Is that the life you want. People take care of their teeth every single day. They brush their teeth in the morning, they brush it at night. They flaws, they rinse, use a water pick between their tongue. People do a lot of maintenance for their teeth. They get cleanings twice a year. You get teeth whitening, get braces, get VISI line, all for the appearance of the teeth, right, But what are you're doing for the brain.

You can't see the brain, so people aren't concerned. You could see wrinkles, you could see a bald spot, you could see gray hair, you could see poor posture, you can see that little hunchback. You don't see what's going on with your brain. But if you think logically, you'll realize that there's nothing more important than the brain. Every doctor should be an expert in the brain. Now, the biggest killer in America is heart disease.

Heart disease. Guess what controls your blood pressure. Your brain gets what controls your heart rate. Your brain gets what controls the constriction and dilation of your blood vessels. It's your brain. The heart is just a muscle. It doesn't pump unless the brain tells it to the brain controls everything. So how come you're cardiologist isn't a brain expert. If you come to them and you

have high blood pressure, why aren't they analyzing the brain? If you come to them with tachycardia, Ye, you know a high heart rate, why aren't they analyzing the brain. Your rate is controlled by your right brain, and your rhythm of your heart is controlled by the left brain. Your brain controls everything. So if you're worried about heart disease, which is the number one killer in America, you better be an expert in the brain. You

better chill out your brain so you don't have high blood pressure. You better learn to calm down the brain so your pulse rate doesn't go high. You better teach your brain to when you get up really quickly, to increase the blood pressure, to squeeze the blood flow into the brain so you don't get light headed or dizzy. So many patients that come to me that when they get up they get a little light headed. They bend their head down and

bring it up. They get light headed or dizzy. They go gardening for a little bit and then stand and they're all light headed and dizzy. You're not getting blood into the brain. If you have headaches, guess what a headache is. Lack of oxygen into the brain. You have dizzyness. Guess what dizzeyness? Lack of oxygen into the brain. That's light headedness. Given them vertigo, which is spinning. I'm talking about lightheadedness. You're not getting

the blood into the brain. You need better blood flow, better circulation. Maybe your hands get cold, maybe your feet get cold. If you have poor circulation, that's dangerous. That means you're not getting blood flow into the brain. Right if your hands are always cold, your feet are always cold. Guess what else isn't getting blood the brain, the gut, your liver, your kidneys, you're adrenal gland, you're a thyroid, your pen increase,

your spleen, your gallbladder, your lungs. They all need the blood flow in the oxygen. Anytime you have pain, it's because you're not getting blood flow in oxygen. If you have muscle pain, you're not getting blood flow and oxygen to the muscle. That's why physical therapy is always about bringing blood flow to the muscle. Whether it's massage, electrical stimulation, going on the bike, exercise, weights, bands, it's always about getting blood flow.

What acupuncture is getting blood flow. What a hot pack is a hot bath getting blood flow, The sauna blood flow, laser blood flow. It's all about blood flow. It's all the same thing. They're not all separate, they're all the same thing. They're trying to get blood flow to your muscles. They're trying to get increase oxygen because your blood brings the oxygen. So if you have a headache, you're not getting oxygen into the brain.

If you have stomach pains nausea, you're not getting oxygen to your gut. You have chest pains, you're not getting blood and oxygen to your heart. If you have pain with your period, you're getting rid of blood and oxygen, so now you have less blood and oxygen to your female organs. All pain is lack of oxygen. That's why we suit do so good with the

hyperbaric oxygen chamber in our office. Patients love it. We need to exhale twice as long as you inhale, okay, because when you inhale, you're getting in the oxygen, and when you're exhaling, you're getting rid of the carbon dioxide. And you get rid of the carbon dioxide and give it to the plants. When I exhale, I say, ooh, I'm giving it to the plants.

I'm giving it to the trees and the grass and the bushes and the fruits and the veggies. You know, it's a symbiotic relationship with oxygen and carbon dioxide between animals and plants. So we give them the carbon dioxide, which is toxic to our bodies. Cancer loves carbon dioxide, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's dementia, weak immune system. They thrive on a high carbon dioxide and a low oxygen environment. The plants they thrive on high carbon dioxide.

So for humans we need increase oxygen. So you always double the exhale versus the inhale, because if you're not breathing properly, then you're not getting enough oxygen. A lot of people even stop breathing. So if you want your lungs to function the highest level, you need to be get your brain in tip top shape so you function better, feel better, and live a better life. you're listening to boost your brain power. We're talking about how your brain controls all your organs. Your brain controls your heart, your brain controls your stomach and gastro intestinal system. Your brain controls your lungs. If you don't breathe properly, that's because your brain isn't working properly, so you might have to do breathing exercises in the beginning to retrain your brain how to breathe properly.

Then eventually it becomes automatic, which comes from the autonomic nervous system. Okay, So what we want to do is make sure our brain's working best. Therefore, we breathe better and we get rid of the toxic carbon dioxide and we increase the healing oxygen. If we have enough oxygen, then every organ is going to work better, especially the brain. The brain needs fuel delivery to function at its highest levels, and one of the components of fuel delivery

is oxygen. So if you want to maximize your oxygen and take make sure you take care of your posture. You know, while you're slouching all the way over, always looking down at the cell phone, at the computer, reading a book, writing, eating, everything's down down, down. You have to be super aware and start looking up. Up, up, look up into the sky, up towards the sun, up towards the heavens. When you look up, you breathe much better and you get more oxygen.

It's much harder to breathe when you're looking down. It's much easier to breathe when you're looking up. Stop looking down so much. You have to start looking up, look up into the sky, open up your lungs, bring your shoulders back. All the sitting in the chairs is killing our oxygen. Oxygen makes you weak if you don't have enough of it. So if you don't have enough oxygen, your muscles become weak, your heart will become weak, your brain will become weak. If you don't have enough oxygen, you're

not getting the fuel delivery. So you have to work on your posture. If you want to improve your oxygen, your energy, your immune system, your memory, your focus, your mood, your digestion, your endurance, your strength, get that oxygen up. Start working on your posture. Do those shoulder rolls. Don't sit for more than twenty minutes straight. You have to do an ounce of prevention instead of the pound of cure. Work on your posture now before you become a hunchback, before you have an increase of

what's called your thoracic pyphosis. We don't want that hunchback. We don't want that poor posture. We don't want you leaning forward with your head all down. That is not a healthy way to live. And now it's starting with these kids. Get your kids to keep their head upright. With one of my kids, I'm constantly telling him to keep his head upright with the others. Luckily he does it naturally, so they need that reminder everybody needs that

reminder. Anytime I say the word posture, people just sit upright. I'm sure you're doing it right now. You have to be aware in the beginning, and then it'll come automatic. Just like the breathing. We've got to practice breathing first, then it becomes automatic. We got to practice keeping our posture upright. Then it becomes automatic. But you have to practice over and over and over again. I don't want you sitting for more than twenty minutes.

If you really want to be healthy and you want to boost your brain power and you want to live a high quality of life with energy and vitality and passion and love and hell, you gotta follow the twenty rule. Every twenty minutes of sitting, you get up for twenty seconds. You do a

twenty second movement. It should be a twenty second walk, a twenty second shoulder roll, twenty seconds of pushups, twenty seconds of sit ups, twenty seconds of pullups, twenty seconds of squats, twenty seconds of lunges, twenty seconds of jumping jacks. But you have to move your body for twenty seconds

and then you could go back to sitting. But guess what in twenty minutes, same thing, over and over again, putting on a cooking timer, put a vibration on your phone, something to remind you to get up every twenty minutes. That's the twenty rule. Not only to move your body, but for your eyesight. If you're looking at a TV or a computer or a cell phone from more than twenty minutes, get up and look twenty feet

away. Start looking far away. Especially when you look up, look far away, a faraway tree, a faraway mountaintop, faraway street sign, a far away building. Use your eyes far away. Just like the big lie is that your memory gets worse with age. Another big lies that your vision gets worse with age. That's a lie. Also, all you have to do is I exercises. It's not rocket science. Let me tell you something, folks, here's the secret. If you want to improve your memory,

we do memory exercises. If we want to improve your vision, you do vision exercise is. If you want to improve your posture, do posture exercises. It's not that hard. If you want to get stronger, you have to do weight resistant exercises. If you want to have more endurance, you have to start running more. If you want to have better respiration. You gotta do breathing exercises. This isn't rocket science. People. But who is doing eye exercises to improve their vision? Not many people. It's the one

percent. That's why one percent improves their vision and ninety nine percent their vision gets worse. Who improves their memory, not many people, only one percent. One percent does brain exercises, ninety nine percent their memory gets worse. Same thing with the posture. Ninety nine percent of people's posture it's worse. One percent gets better. You gotta be that one percent. And where I come in is teach you how to be that one percent. I'm the teacher.

That's what doctor means. Teacher. My job isn't to cure you with a pill. Don't come to me if you want to cure in a little pill, because guess what, there is no cure in a pill. Tell me any pill that's ever cured any condition in the history of mankind. Just one. Think of one pill that's cured one condition, and people don't get this condition anymore. It doesn't exist. There's no pill that cures any condition. There may be pills that maybe last a little bit longer in your life

span, so you can keep buying your pill. People who buy pills do not live long and healthy lives. People who see doctors do not live long in healthy lives. Who always go to hospitals and doing tests and X rays and MRIs and cat scans, they do not live long lives. The people who are on the least medicine, see the least doctors, do the least tests, live the longest, healthiest, highest quality of life. My job is a doctor to teach you to not be reliant on any doctor, to

be not reliant on any pill or supplement or herb. I'm so sick of everyone taking all these supplements. You don't need it. It's not healthy to take twelve supplements. Stop it. It's ridiculous. Stop taking all the supplements. You only should take what you need. And how do you know what you need? You gotta do is fish and blood work. Why are you going to take a multivitamin. There's no one in America who's deficient in all these vitamins. Stop with the multi vitamin. You don't need it. Let's

do some blood work, Let's figure what you need. Are you anemic? Do you have low stomach acid? Do you have a thyroid problem? Do you have inflammation, Are you dehydrated? Do you have gout diabetes? We have to figure out where your deficiencies are, then we could tell you what's appropriate. But still, you don't want to be reliant on any supplement, any herb. You don't need it all. If you're truly natural, holistic, and healthy, not only are you not taking medicine, you're not taking

supplements either. Okay, that's synthetic, it's in a lab, it's not real. All your fuel delivery comes from the oxygen we breathe, the sunlight that shines on our skin. So start exposing your skin. Don't be scared of the sun. You need to protect your skin because you're gonna be at the beach all day, or you have skin cancer history or something like that. You just use zinc oxide. That's the only thing you need to protect

your skin. But ninety nine percent of a time you shouldn't be putting anything on your skin because you don't want to block the sun. You need the sun, and trust me, I have very pale skin, so if I stay out to win, I get burnt, right, So that's not good. So I have to, you know, be careful of how much exposure I have, but during the day I'm working. During the weekend, when I'm not working, I'm outside all weekend, so I get a lot of

exposure. Monday every month, everyone's like, oh, did you go away. I'm like, nope, I just went outside. The sun is in New Jersey. You don't have to go to the Caribbean to get the sun, right. But people, you know, they only go outside when on a vacation. You should be outside all day. Your house is for sleeping, that's it. Get outside, get in the real world. Your brain controls your thyroid and your hormones. There's so many patients that have a thyroid problem, but most of the time it's not actually a thyroid problem. It becomings from your brain. It could come from your pituitary, which controls your THYROI. A lot of times it's an autoimmune disease. So when the brain's overactive, then the immune system becomes overactive and then the immune system starts attacking the body. And one of the most one of the most

commonplaces that the immune system taxes the thyroid. And if you have an autoimmune thyroid disease, it's called hashimotos. If you have an autoimmune hyper thyroid, it's called Graves disease. So HATOS is a hypothyroid, Graves disease is a hyperth thyroid. Now, most endochronologists who tweat the thyroid don't even diagnose it as a brain issue or a pituitary issue, or a Graves or hashimotoves or

an autoimmune or is it a primary a secondary. They just look at the TSH and if it's low they give medicaid shame for hypoth thyroid, and if it's high thyroid's high, they give medication for hyper thyroid. Right, and TSH is opposite. So when the TSH is high, it's hypo and when it's low it's hyperth But they don't care why it's high or why it's low. Now we do do what our offices in CAPL and brain and body is take a functional approach to the thyroid and say why is the thyroid off If

it's autoimmune disease, you can heal it through proper nutrition. There's six autoimmune foods that if you have hashimotos or Graves or another autoimmune disease such as MS, that's a brain autoimmune disease where the body's attacking the brain. Multiple sclerosis, all autoimmune disease, you should avoid these six foods. So, if it's the thyroid and you have hashemotos or graves, avoid these six foods. If it's MS multiple sclerosis and it's attacking your brain, avoid these six foods.

And haven't said yet, I'm about to tell you. If you have a digestive issue IBS or silliac disease which is autoimmune, you have to avoid these six foods. You have rheumatoid athritis, pain in those joints, you have to avoid these six foods. If you have psoriasis comes with your skin or your hair or nails, autoimmune, you gotta do these six foods.

They must be eliminated. If you have autoimmune disease, you have fibromyalgia, which is pain all over the body, in the upper body, the lower body, the left side, the right side, all these different points. You have fibromyalgia, ain't all over the body. You gotta avoid these six foods. You have chronic fatigue syndrome, low energy, you have to avoid these six foods. These are all autoimmune disease. Diabetes type one, juvenile

onset diabetes. That is autoimmune disease. There's so many autommune disease you don't even realize. Okay, it's very common. Most allergies and X amount those are autoimmune reactions. When you have lupus, that's autoimmune disease. Where you get a butterfly rash, like your skin gets red on your face, it's autoimmune disease. So many autoimmune disease. Dry eyes and dry skin, dry mouth, that's chogrins, autoimmune disease. You have to avoid these six foods,

so write them down, take it to the bank. You avoid these six foods for six weeks. Your life will change forever. But you have to do it six weeks straight. All six of these foods. Number one. Dairy, all dairy products, yogurt, creamy sauce, butter, ye cream, cheese, sour cream, ice cream, pizza, parmesan, cheese, all milk, way, milk, protein. I don't care if it's organic, if it's one percent, two percent, if it's lattaed, if

it's whole milk, if it's I don't care what it is. No milk, no dairy, nothing, no creamy sauces, nothing, nothing from the udder of a cow. You were not a cow, you were not a baby. Stay away from dairy and milk, and let me remind you also, you're not a sheep or a goat, So stay away from that milk and cheese as well. All right, that's food number one I give autoimmune disease. It's milk, all dairy products. Number two. Gluten, all the grains, all the breads, all the cereals, the crackers, the

pastas, all of that. Stay away from those grains. Stay away from gluten, Stay away from gluten free. Eat real food. Stop eating all these processed grains. Its genetically modified, it's sprayed with life essay. All these chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, all these wheat products, all these grains in America are toxic. They cause autoimmune disease. So you got to get rid of all the grains, get rid of your dairy and your grains.

Yeah, that's your old food pyramid. That's what they want you to eat, dairy and grains. I'm telling you to stay away. You know what they also say is bad fat. I'm telling you to eat fat. I'm gonna tell you opposite what you've been told your whole life. Milk does not do a body good. Whole bread is not good for your fibers. Fat is not unhealthy. You've been lied to your whole life. You do not get calcium from milk. Milk does not make your bone strong. I don't

care if you have osteoporosis. Milk will do nothing for you. There's no evidence that milk makes your bone strong. In fact, there's evidence of the contrary. The people who drink milk are more likely to have osteoporosis. People who do not drink more milk are less likely to have osteoporosi. Stop with the lies. I don't care if your favorite celebrity has a milk mustache. Stop with the milk products. It's a lie. Stop with these whole week

grains. It's a lie. They're not healthy. They're not giving you your healthy fiber. You don't need your three to four servings a day. You don't need it. Increase your fat, Decrease your dairy, your grains all right, sow up to food number three number one was dairy number two. With the grains number three. Corn corns everywhere, popcorn, tortilla, chips, burritos, wraps, all your snacks, all the cereals, the crackers. It's everywhere. You don't even realize it. It's not just corn on

the cob. It's not just a little corn, kennels of corn, kernels of corn, not just those little canned corn corns. Everywhere. It's in all your salad dressings. Do you realize that you might be like, Oh, I'm healthy, I have salad every day and you're putting corn oil on it. Stay away from the corn, Stay away from the vegetable oils, the corn oils, those seed oils. The oils cause a lot of sickness,

cause a lot of brain inflammation. Only two healthy oils. So you got avocado oil, you can cook with that, and you got coconut oil. That's it. If you want to do a salad, you could put some olive oil on there, but don't cook with olive oil. That's just for your salad. Do not use any other oils. Coconut oil you call that an MCT medium chain triglycerides MCT oil. The avocado oil, it's good. And then you can eat oil. Don't cook with olive oil. So

you cook with avocado oil, eat olive oil, coconut oil. You could do whatever you want with You could cook with it, you can eat with it, you could oil pule. You swish it in your mouth every morning to kill off the bacteria. You can put it on your skin so you don't burn. It's a five spr so I have, I'll put it on my head, my face. If I know I'm gonna be playing basketball and the sun shining. Coconut oil helps protect you from the sun if you have

a scratch. Coconut oil is good. It kills bacteria. It's good for your hair, it's good for your nails, and it's good for your skin. Coconut oil is the best. You can do a lot with it, all right, So make sure you stay away from all those oils, all right. So that's the corn. That's food number three. Food number four

is soy. Soy is in a lot of oils too. Soy bean oil, soy oil, soy sauce, tofu bean curd, all these soy products, all these whatever it is beyond burger, you know, all these fake meats, all these vegetarians, so much soy products, soy sauce is soy oils, tofu bean curd. Not only does it cause autoimmune disease, it messes with your hormones and your estrogen levels. Right, that is food number four. So we got dairy number one, grains number two, corn number

The fifth autoimmune food to avoid is coffee.

Stay away from the coffee. When you have autoimmune disease, everything's overactive. Your brain's active, your immune system's overactive. We got to stay away from the stimulants. So no more caffeine, and don't just drink decaf coffee. I'm talking about all coffee, right, No coffee, no caffeine, no soda, no energy drinks. If you have autoimmune disease, we got to stay away from all caffeine and coffee because there's stimulants. We gotta calm your

nervous system down, calm the immune system down. The six food for autoimmune disease is alcohol, wine, beer, liquor alcohol. If you have autoimmune disease, you do not want to put alcohol in your body. If you follow these six foods to avoid for six weeks, that's it. Six weeks. You could do anything in your life for six weeks. Six foods for six weeks, and I promise you your life will change forever. Six foods

for six weeks. Here's the list. Number one, dairy, number two grains, number three soy, number four corn, number five coffee and caffeine, and number six alcohol. Those are your six autoimmune foods to avoid for six weeks to change your life and improve how you feel, function and lift. Got it right. Now, Let's continue talking about the brain, which controls everything. It controls your pancreas, which is diabetes. They're gonna change

the name of Alzheimer's disease to diabetes type three. Pancreatic cancer is pretty intense right now. Diabetes is all over the map. There are a lot of issues, and now even with adult onset diabetes, kids are getting it. So it used to be kids got jubenile onset diabetes. Now kids are getting adult onset diabetes. Can't even call an adult onset anymore because we're getting thirteen

year old kids that already have diabetes. Because of all the sugar, all the bread, all the pasta, potatoes, rice and fried foods, ice cream and desserts and snacks and candy. It's gotta control. We gotta stop feeding kids. Just poison all these food dyes, preservatives, natural flavors, artificial sweeteners, all these you know, these kids drink gatorade, that's poison between the food dye and the sugar. All the gum with the artificial sweeteners

aspartame causes cancer. And we wonder why our kids are so sick when I have all these allergies, all these automuns and eczema, have add and ADHD, and may these developmental delays and autism. It's all this chemical exposure. You want to know why kids have so much autism and developmental delays? Chemical exposure. It's everywhere. A child is born exposed to almost three hundred chemicals before they even breathe an air on this earth, just through their mother,

they're exposed. And a lot of it is voluntary. So many chemical exposures that causes brain inflammation. And there's chemicals everywhere, from the laundry detergent to the cleaning supplies to the foods that we eat, to the bleaches and anti bacterial lotions and sprays, and the soaps and the shampoos and conditioners and the makeups, the pots and the pans, plastic containers, and the water bottles. It's in the air, in the medicine, in the shots and the

injections. It's in the supplements and the vitamins. There's impurities and contaminants. There's heavy metals. It's in the pipes, it's in the walls, it's in your furniture, it's in your car, in your house, and it's in your body. You have to avoid the chemicals. You want your brain to function highest level. Avoid the chemicals. You can get everything basically for free, and basically from the earth. Right, that's how our brain gets

the fuel delivery from the stun hitting our skin, from the oxygen. So get outside, get near some trees, and the oxygen that the trees give us. That's free. The sun's free, the oxygen's free. You could your water's free. You just gotta get a filter. Stop buying plastic water bottles. Get a water filter and fill up a glass water bottle. Reduce your chemicals. Get a water filter and then put pink Himalayan salt or Celtic salt to make your water healthy mineral water. Just a pinch, not a

lot. It shouldn't taste salty. So you got free sunlight, free oxygen, free water, and you could get free food. You just get some seeds and you could grow all the fruits and veggies you want. You could get some chickens, give you your eggs. You can get some fish, you can grow all the stuff you need for free. Yeah, you might pay to get a chicken two or three dollars, that's it, and then they produce all the eggs. So once you buy a seed, that's it.

You never have to pay another thing, and you just reuse the seeds and regrow everything. The less money you spend. Everyone says, oh, it's so hard to be healthy. Oh, it's so easy, it's so cheap. It's not expensive to be healthy. It's expensive to be unhealthy. You're buying all this crap. Now you gotta pay for your doctor's bills or pay for all these things to keep you healthy. So you shouldn't need anything to keep you healthy. But how do you know if you're healthy or not?

We said blood work is one thing to know if you're healthy or not. To check if your brain's healthy, the best thing is a qEEG brain mapping. This is non invasive, there's no radiation.
