Function better, feel better, and live a better life. This is doctor Eric Kaplan, and you're listening to boost your brain power. You can use nutrition to boost your brain power even with different neurological diseases. I recommend eating certain ways based on the
neuroscience. For example, the neuroscience has shown that people with Parkinson's disease benefit by eating foods that have nicotine. That's right, nicotine helps with Parkinson's. Now, I don't want you to go out and smoke cigarettes because that's going to cause lung cancer. So you always have to measure the risk versus the reward. So cigarettes aren't worth the benefit of the nicotine. But there are certain foods that are worth the benefit of nicotine. Those foods are what we
commonly call the night shades. Now, these foods have nicotine, or they're the solanges some people call them. They include tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, eggplant. Now, for people who are sensitive to these foods, just don't eat the seeds. Because some people are sensitive to these night shades and they cause inflammation for those people we want to avoid I'm talking about for Parkinson's patients.
That's what the neuroscience has proven. These nicotine producing foods, tomatoes, peppers, and have all the bell peppers, the red, the orange, the yellow, the green, all the different color peppers. All the different potatoes. Right, you got the you know, yukon potato, the white potato, the sweet potato, the yams, all the different potatoes, the
eggplant. Okay, So you want to have the nicotine producing foods if you have Parkinsons or you have a family history of Parkinson's and you want to prevent it. Nicotine really helps with that. For multiple sclerosis MS, that's an autoimmune disease of the brain. For this, we'll see white patches on the MRIs because what happens is you have sclerosing. It's like the hardening of the
brain. The brain's really nice and so often juicy. When we have these disease brains they become hard and I've cut them open where we've had these uh you know classes where we do dissection of the brain and we can cut them in certain ways where you can feel the disease of the brain. So brain should be nice and juicy and soft like with a Parkinson's brain. If you cut it at the basal gang, it's dark and hard, and you know, you can tell that it's not functioning like the rest of the brain.
With MS as well, you get this sclerosing, you get these white patches. Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune disease, so the bodies attacking the brain the literally the immunees isn't the bodies attacking your own brain. So if you have autoimmune disease, and not just MSS, there's lots of auto immune disease such as ciliac, hashimotos, graves, sooriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, also chogrins, lupus. If you test positive for the
ANA on your blood work, there's lots of autoimmune diseases. If you have any of these auto immune diseases, including MS, which attacks the brain, there's six foods you have to avoid, and you check your antibodies in your blood work. Right For example, let's say if you have hashimotos, you would check your thyroid antibodies in your blood work. If you have hashimotos,
thyroiditis, it's not a thyroid disease, it's an auto immune disease. If you have MS, it's not a brain disease, it's an autoimmune disease. Okay. If you have rheumatoid arthritis, you don't have just pain, you have autoimmune disease. Okay. If you have lupus with the butterfly rash, chagrins with the dry eyes, dry mouth, dry skin, saliac disease, with digestive problems, psoriasis with the hair and the skin eximas usually autoimmune disease.
Right, so, your body's attacking itself. You must avoid these six foods. Number one is gluten that's found in all these grains and the bread and the crackers and the cereals and the noodles. Stay away from those grains. Stay away from the gluten. Number two is dairy, all the not just milk products, but cheese and yogurt and cream cheese and sour cream and creamy sauces, anything with dairy. Number three soy tofu soybean oil. Stay
away from it, soy sauce any tofu soy. Number four is corn, corn chips, popcorn, corn in the cob corn in the can, kernels of corn corns, and a lot of crackers, and a lot of cereals, and it's a lot of gluten free products, and so we gotta really stay away from all the corn. Number five is coffee and number six is
alcohol. Those are the six foods. If you have MS or autoimmune diseases that you want to eliminate for a minimum of six weeks and check your antibodies and your blood work before and then you check your antibodies after the six weeks. So if scientific evidence that by changing your diet you bring down your antibody numbers, you can reverse autoimmune disease. Don't let anybody tell you that you have this condition for life. That's not true. It's reversible. You just
have to put in the work. With anything in life, you could reverse disease. You can reverse heart disease, you can reverse diabetes, you can reverse cancer, dementia, autism, concussion, COVID nineteen long haulers, lime disease. These can all be reversed once you boost your brain, boost your body, and boost your immune system, and your body functions at optimal levels
and it eliminates the toxins appropriately. We're all exposed to these toxins in the environment, whether it's dust pollution, mold, heavy metals, chemicals, right,
pesticides, herbicides. There's so many toxins out there. Stuff in your cleaning products and your beauty products, and your hygiene products, your toothpaste and your laundry detergent and your dishwashing detergent, and all these chemicals we're using every day, perfumes and glade and breeze and incense and candles you're burning, and the gas from the car and the electromagnetic frequencies from the batteries the electric cars, and the Wi Fi from the signals from the five G and so much
toxins in our environment. It's your job to get your body super strong so you can handle it and make good choices so you avoid some of these toxic materials. You don't want to purposely choose to inhale this or imbib it or put it on your skin. Most of that stuff you put on your skin is toxic. Those a suntan lotions, sunscreens, the moisturizers, the soaps, the lotions, perfumes, it's all toxic. Don't put these toxic substances on your skin. I don't put anything on my skin. The only thing
I'll put on is during my shower. I'll use an olive oil based soap, but I don't even use that on my face, just on my body. And you don't have to shower every day. You don't have to shampoo every day. You don't have to use conditioner every day. Don't overclean, don't always go on using purell and antibacterial lotions and sprays and bleaches. And you don't want to be a germophobe. You want to get exposed to bacteria. Playing the dirt a little bit, you know, wash your hands before
you eat dinner. Don't be scared of germs. You can't hide from germs. They're very small. During COVID nineteen pandemic, you know, they're telling you to wear these masks that don't block it, and they're telling you to stay home. This doesn't block it. You know, you want to be out in the air. You want to get sunlight, ox, you want an exercise. You cannot take advice from the news about your health. You can't take advice from the government about your health. The FDA and the CDC
are not even government run associations. They're run by corporations, private corporations. And don't get your nutritional advice from medical doctors who are not trained in nutrition. You got to go to experts in the field. Do you talk to an expert in nutrition? Do you speak to an expert in blood work analysis? Such as a functional medicine doctor. We have two offices at CAPL and Brain and Body, and we practice functional medicine functional neurology and what that means.
Instead of prescribing medication and trying to hide symptoms, we get to the root cause of the problem. Where is the dysfunction, where is it not functioning properly? And teach you how to help yourself and rewire your brain through a process called neuroplasticity, to get your brain stronger and your body stronger so you can heal and function at optimal levels. But you got to do the work. I don't write you the prescription to take a pill or supplement or
an herb or an injection an IV. But I teach you how to get your body working best to function better, feel better, and live a better life. Function better, feel better, and live a better life. This is doctor Eric Kaplan and you're listening
to boost your brain power. If you have Parkinson's, it is good to eat foods that contain nicotine, such as tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, and eggplant. If you have multiple sclerosis, which is an autoimmune disease of the brain, you're wanting to avoid the six autoimmune foods which are gluten, dairy, corn, soy, coffee, and alcohol. Now, let's say you have diabetes. They're actually changing the name of Alzheimer's disease to diabetes type three
because if you have diabetes, you're more likely to get Alzheimer's disease. Right now, one out of every three senior citizens are dying of Alzheimer's disease. It's the fastest growing disease. It's scary. We want to avoid it. So make sure you don't have diabetes. Now, how do you avoid diabetes. It's all those starchy foods, all those carbs, the complex carbohydrates.
So what are we talking about? The bread. Stay away from those bread products, bagels, toast, croissants, muffins, cookies, cakes, Stay away from the bread, all the cereals, all the crackers, all those grains. Those are the starchy stuff. Any wants to away from. The rice and the oats. You want to stay away from the buckweed and the rye beer and the alcohol, and all the potatoes, French fries, the
fried food. You have to stay away from. All the candies, right, all those chocolate bars, all the sweet candies, you know, the m and ms and the skittles and the starbursts. Stay away from the gum, the sugar, all the juices, the sodas, all those Starbuck coffees. Stay away from the lemonades, the iced teas, the smoothies. You have diabetes, you need to avoid all these foods. And you need your
body to break down food, so you need to give it time. If you're constantly eating, your body never has time to break it down, So try and keep your eating down to a minimum or a maximum of eight hours. That's called intermittent fasting where you eat for eight hours and you for sixteen and you got to eat during the daytime. That's when you need food and you need energy. So the daylight is ten am to six pm. That's when you eat, and then you sleep from ten pm to six am,
So you eat eight hours, sleep eight hours. Then you have four hours after your last meal before bedtime and four hours before your first meal. That way your body is time to break it down and metabolize the food. It's also good to do food combining, meaning don't eat carbohydrates with proteins and don't eat fruit after protein. So if you have a piece of worlled chicken and broccoli for dinner, don't end it with some pineapple or some strawberries. So
when you're gonna have fruit, have it before the meal. Fruit only takes twenty minutes to digest. So fruit's a better appetizer as opposed to a dessert. But it's a better snack to have it alone. You don't want to combine the enzymes. Fruit enzymes are different than protein enzymes. So if you have a piece of fish with salad, don't have an apple or banana or an orange after dinner. If you have a protein, it takes about three
to four hours to digest. Okay, So if you want to have fruit as a snack, let's say if you eat lunch at twelve and you had a piece of salmon and some asparagus and some salad, that is your nice lunch. Now three o'clock it's time you can have a snack if you want. I ain't have some grapes, have some blueberry, these, slice avocado. Those are fruit. Those are easy to digest, right, So have
a protein by itself and have fruit by itself. That's if you The more you give the digestive system a break, the easier it is to break down the food and utilize it for energy. It's okay to go to bed hungry. We have to suffer, you know. Part of being human being is suffering. If you never suffer, then your body becomes weak, your brain becomes weak. So you've got to go times where you're hungry. You gotta go times where you're cold. Right when it's during the winter, try to
go out in a T shirt and shorts. Challenge your body, make it resilient. You know, now that you know it's getting hotter, don't just turn on the air conditioner. Sweat a little bit. Make your body strong so you can handle the heat. People think I'm crazy because I'll go out during the summer wearing a winter coat, so then I start sweating even more. Get rid of all those toxins in my body. Got to suffer, right, You have to suffer because if you don't suffer, then the body
and the brain's gonna make up something to suffer. And that's People get stressed for no reason. Oh, somebody cut me off, or you know, somebody said something I didn't like, or somebody didn't text me right back or return my phone call, or you know, say thank you when I got a gift. People get stressed over the meaningless things because they never put stress in their body, so they have to make stress up. Life is not meant to be easy. You gotta work for it. You want to be
healthy, you gotta work for it. You got to get out of your mind that health is in some medicine, is in some pill, that the cure is in some injection. There's never been a cure for any disease in the history of medicine. Right. What kills people heart disease. There's no cure for heart disease. Ones have a cured heart disease. I think they give you a high blood pressure medication so they can make money off of you
till you get your final heart attack or stroke. There's no cure. Ship there's a cure, Why would you have to keep taking it because it's not a cure, just keeps you alive a little bit longer so you can keep paying your bill. Everyone else kills people cancer. There's no cure for cancer, right, there was a cure, Why would they say, oh, your cancer is in remission. They might, you know, temporarily kill off of cancer with some chemo or some radiation. It's not a cure. Doesn't
mean the cancer can't come back. There's no cure for Alzheimer's disease. Right, There's no cure for COVID. Right. They said there was a cure. They said, oh, take your vaccine and you can't get COVID. That was a lie. There's no cure. Never been a cure for any disease in the history of mankind. The cure is prevention. The cure is getting your body so healthy that no matter what you're exposed to, you can
handle it. The power that made the body heals the body. So what you have to do is take care of your body now before it gets bad. Most people wait till they get symptoms and then start working on their health. You have to do it now. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, so you function better, feel better, and live a better life. This is doctor Eric Kaplan and you are listening to boost your

Function Better, Feel Better and live a better life is doctor Eric Kaplan, And you're listening to boost your brain power? Now,
what conditions affect the brain? Besides MS, besides diabetes, right, besides Parkinson's Right, Sometimes it's headaches. We see a lot of patients with headaches, Migraine headaches. Migraine headaches are usually where you feel a sharp pain behind your eye and then you'll have light sensitivity and nausea. I have this cool technique, insulfration technique, where we pump air into the into the ear
to get rid of the migraine on the spot. So we have patients that come with ear plugs and sunglasses, nausea, even throwing up in the bathroom, and within a minute doing this air pump into the ear, we're able to eliminate the migraine. Now, it's only for a migraine headache. Like I said, there's lots of different types of headaches. There's tension headaches.
That's usually a band around the head, and a lot of people have that when they're in stress mode what'll be called the fight or flight mode, and the blood pressure high and the pulses high and the tensions high, so they're squeezing their brain. So we got to do stuff to relax their brain, to calm their nervous system. Now, so one of the exercises that calms the nervous system down is gargling. Gargling really intensely. That stimulates what's called
your vagus nerve, and that puts you in stress mode. If it's not working properly, whishes your tension. So you want to gargle really loudly thirty seconds, three times a day. Now you might have a stress headache, that's the back the necks really tight pulls on the back of a skull because
all the muscles are tense. For that, we have to do it's called active release technique, where I take my fingers and I move your head in certain directions and I break up all the muscle tensions so they're not pulling on the head and skull. Sometimes we have to work on this mastoid process, which is tilted. I can actually feel if your skull is tilted, and that could lead to a headache as well. Then you have what's called a
cervicogenic headache that comes from the neck. When the neck is out of position. Then you might need to do a manipulation of the cervical spine and that will get rid of the headache. A lot of times it's the atlas, which is the top bone in the neck, and there's cluster headaches that usually there's some bad habit that we have to eliminate, whether it's drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes, or doing drugs, or eating too much sugar, some sort
of bad habit that's causing these cluster headaches. Sometimes it's simply dehydration. I had this patient. She was a medical doctor and she suffered from these headaches for decades. For twenty years, she couldn't even go on a plane because she said she was suicidal it was so bad her headaches. For twenty years. She tried all these medicines, tried botox, tried PRP, she tried stem cells, she tried headache medication. She tried painkillers, muscle relaxers,
and anxiety pills. She did some holistic stuff. She did chiropractic, she did acupuncture, she did physical therapy, she did massage. She took herbs and supplements and magnesium, and guess what her problem was. It was dehydration. So I had her do sole water, which is water with pink andmeley and salt, plus squeezed lemon in there on an empty stomach, every morning, two glasses right when she woke up. Then she did another full glass half hour for each meal, and then she did one glass at night.
And she had to do eighty ounces a day because she weighed one hundred and sixty pounds. And she did this every day for twenty one straight days. And she came in at that twenty one straight day and she opened the door. She just looked at me. She smiled. She gave me a big hug, said, I went on an airplane for the first time in twenty years, said, my headaches are gone. She was so happy, and she just looks at me. She's just like with this big smirk, and
she goes, you're really onto something with this water thing. And she thought I was a genius because I told her to drink more water. And for twenty years she suffered and did all these doctors and all these procedures and wasted all this money, and the answer was right in front of her the whole time. Sometimes the answer is simple. Sometimes it's just eliminating a few foods, drinking a little bit more water. Sometimes it's taking a little neurologic XI
to relax your stress. Sometimes it's just doing a little eye exercise. The solutions can be real simple. We just got to find the solutions. Stick around for the end of the show, and I'm going to give you a solution on how to figure out where your problems are and the best ways and how to fix it. Okay, So there's lots of different types of headaches, but they all have to be treated differently. Okay, now what about dizzyness? Right, So with dizzeyness that has to be treated differently as well,
because there's all different types of dizzeyess. The most common one it's called BPPV benign paroximal positional vertigo. And what that is is where you have these crystals in the inner ear canals that break off and make you feel like you're spinning when you're not. That usually happens when you turn over in bed and then you all of a sudden, well the whole room starts spinning around you.
It's very scary. It's pretty intense. But the good news is it literally can be fixed in a minute to two minutes by just doing these repositioning maneuvers. In my office now, a lot of doctors send patients home to do these maneuvers that I would never do that. If I have a patient with BPPV, I'm just going to fix them on the spot. It takes one minute to do. So let the professionals do it the right way.
We know the right angles, we know how long to hold it. I know what to look for with this just this nastagnus in the eyes, and how long to do it, and when to stop and when to move on, and how to recheck it, make sure it's gone all right. Let's do it the right way. And there's so many things that can be done for dizziness, but that's the easiest one. Another one is called POTS positional
orthostatic tachycardia syndrome that causes dizzyness. This is when people you know, stand up quickly and they get light headed or their heads down and they move their head up and they get dizzy. Right. So for that we have to do this little tilt table type of treatment where I start them very low and then I go and do a little eye exercise and we go a little bit higher, checking their pulse rate with the pulse SOX simmeter, making sure it
doesn't go above ten beats per minute. So there's this great POTS technique that we do in our office. Now, these techniques, as far as getting rid of those migraines and this POTS technique, there's not a lot of doctors that do this. Only functional neurologists do this, okay, So if you have any of these issues, or you know somebody from around the world or the other countries that need this type of care, just let me know. So I mean an email or a text message or a phone call, and
I can tell you all the best functional neurologists in the world. There's not a lot of us, you know. I'm the one of the few ones in the whole area of New Jersey, New York and this whole tri state area. There's not a lot of us. But if you have anyone in California or Florida and Europe or Asia or wherever it is, I can tell you where the best ones are. Okay, now let's get back to the
dizziness. So poss we do this table tilt, making sure the pulse rate doesn't go up too high, and then as we train the body, we go up higher and higher and higher. That's a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. And sometimes we call it vasal vaguel syncope. So these people might just pass out, you know, because they're in stress mode and their vagus nerve isn't working, and then they get lightheaded and kind of collapse. That's
vasal vagel syncope. For that, we got to work on the vagus nerve and making sure your blood float into the brain. For that. I like the cold water, so either dip your head in a bucket of cold water, splash your face with cold water and the shower with cold water, but always on your face. Get the face cold water, and that helps with that autonomic nervous system dysfunction. Then we have another thing called malday debarkment syndrome
that also is dizziness. That is basically seasickness. So people will get that on the boat where they might get it, you know, in the car might get carsick or seasick mald Day debarkment syndrome. There's a little trick you
could do. Let's say, if you're on a boat and you have you know you suffer from this, what you do is you look at the furthest possible thing you can see, whether it's a far island away or it's a mountain top or you know, if you have to, you can even use the horizon, or you know, a boat on the other end of the water, so something that's kind of stationary that's not moving, so as the
boat's you know, bobbing and moving, your eyes are focused. You shut off what's called your odorless and that will get rid of your sea sickness. If you're in a car, you sit in the front seat and look at the furthest thing you can see at the top of a building, there a sign, a mountaintop, the furthest thing, the far farthest away, the
highest away. Just stare at that. So as the car is going left and right and curving and in and fast and slow and all that stuff, your eyes are focused and that will turn off uh these odor lists preventing the car sickness. So you gotta sit in the front seat looking straight ahead. If you're in the back seat, sit in the middle so you can look straight ahead, but don't sit in the side looking out as things pass you by. That's the worst thing for the brain for that type of dizziness.
And then sometimes you can get some cerebellar issues. So those are like people who have balance problems, sort of like they're drunk. Right when you drink a lot, you get dizzy, You lose your equilibrium, you start slurring your words. So sometimes people get dizzy from their cerebellum, and you can exercise your cerebellum. An easy exercise for the cerebellum is to just draw figure eights like the infinity symbol, over and over and over for thirty seconds,
three times a day. So depending on what type of brain issue you have, what type of headache or dizziness. There's all different types of treatment, but we have to figure out where it's coming from. Stick around to the end of the show. I'm going to tell you how we could do that for you so you could function better, feel better, and live a better life. boost your brain power. So we're talking about nutrition and how to improve your brain function. Now, with nutrition, it's very important to absorb your nutrients. So here in America, it's very rare to have nutritional deficiencies. Right, You're not gonna get scurvy vitamin C deficiency because there's so many foods that are available to us that have vitamin C, so it's very rare you're gonna
get a vitamin C deficiency. Yet there's so many people taking vitamin C supplements and vitamins and pills, and it's like, why are you doing that? Now? It's different if you're you know, not feeling too good and you want to give your immune system a little boost and give it a little extra, Okay, that's good. But if you're taking vitamin C your whole year round, then when you actual need it and a little extra is not going to be effective. Right, So you only take vitamin C if you're deficient.
So take a look at your blood work, check your vitamin C and if it's deficient, then it makes a little bit more sense. A lot of people are vitamin D deficient. However, vitamin D is not even a vitamin. That's why people are deficient in that because you don't get it from food. You get it from the sun. Right, So Americans eat a lot, but they're not out in the sun a lot. So the only vitamin deficiency that we see across the board is vitamin D. And that's not
even a vitamin. It's a hormone, and we get it from the sun. So get out of your house, get out of your apartment, leave the office. Go outside during sunrise and sunset to maximize your circadian rhythms, get good energy and good sleep. And then also during lunchtime, even if it's just for ten fifteen minutes, go outside when the sun's strongest, when it's on top, and roll up your sleeves, take off your hat, take off your glasses, roll up your pants. Get as much skin exposure
for as long as you can during that middle of the day. Right, the sun is not your enemy. The sun will give you vitamin D, which will heal you. It heals your thyroid, helps prevent Alzheimer's, helps boost your immune system, helps keep your bones nice and strong, and prevent osteoporosis and osteopenia. It's a no brainer. You need vitamin D right now.
If you have skin cancer, obviously you wear protection. Zinc oxide is the best way to protect yourself if you have skin cancer, because most of those lotion, sunscreens and suntan lotions are toxic, then they can even cause skin cancer. Coconut oil actually has a protective layer for the sun. It's got anf A five, So if you know it's not going to be out for too long but you don't want to risk it, you can also just put some coconut oil on your skin as well. Vitamin D deficiencies because you're
not getting outside, take vacation and go down south. We need that vitamin D. Okay. A lot of people think they should just take B vitamins. It's like, no, check your blood work. Are you deficient in all these B vitamins. A lot of people are told, oh, as you get older, take calcium. No, it's not true. Calcium is not gonna necessarily keep your bone strong and prevent osteoporosis. Milk isn't going to
give you calcium and keep your bone strong and preventosporosis. That's a scam from the dairy industry trying to get you to spend your well earned money on their products, whether it's yogurt, cheese, pizza, milk, they want you to buy it. So they make you sound like, oh, have your yogurt every morning and you'll get your probiotics and it's super healthy. No, those are lies. Stop thinking oatmeal and yogurt is a healthy breakfast, Okay,
Stop eating breakfast food. You know, you can have a piece of fish for breakfast. You can have a piece of grilled chicken for breakfast. You can have some turkey balls for breakfast. They have a piece of steak for breakfast. You can have pork chops for breakfast. You can have walnuts for breakfast, avocado for breakfast. You don't need toast and coffee and pancakes and waffles and eggs and bacon and sausage. You know, that's eye hop. Your house is not ie hop. You get to choose what you eat.
Don't be in this mindset that you need to eat quote unquote breakfast food. You can have a fruit salad for breakfast. It's really good to have fruit first thing in the meal because in the morning, when you break your fast and you haven't eat for sixteen hours. Maybe you don't want to have something that's really hard to break down. Maybe it's something that should be really easy, like a piece of fruit, kind of warm up your digestive system.
Maybe it's good to eat with your hands, not with a fork and a knife and a spoon. Eat whole foods with your hands. Then you start to digest your food properly. So when you check your blood work, look for calcium. If your calcium levels normal, don't take calcium supplements. Don't think you you need milk. That's a scam. Get all your calcium from your vegetables, okay. Don't take magnesium for cramps or sleeping or digestion. Look in your blood work and see if your magnesium is low. Don't
take B twelve for neuropathy. Maybe a neuropathy is caused by something else. Maybe you gotta stop having that glass of wine after dinner every night, all right. Don't take melotonin because you can't sleep. If you take melotonin because you can't sleep, then your brain says, I don't need to produce melotonin on it own, because you're producing it for me. Keep your health simple. Don't take all these supplements and pills and herbs and medicines. Right,
you don't need all that stuff. I used to be that person. I used to take, you know, steroids and antibiotics or my chronic bronchitis, until I realized that I could change my habits and heal myself. And that's my job, and that's my big idea that I'm sharing with you, is you can get healthier as you get older. Your memory can improve as you get older, your vision can improve as you get older. You could be stronger. You can have more energy, better sleep. You could have less
joint pains and stiffness. You can have more flexibility. You could get stronger and stronger and stronger. Don't believe the lies. You just got to do the work, and you got to figure out where your weaknesses are. The best test to figure out where your weaknesses are it's called a qEEG brain mapping. You wear this cap and then as electrodes attached to it, that measure all the different brain waves and it's going to tell us you have depression and
anxiety. You have memory problems, long term memory, short term memory, you have trouble with mode, innovation, organization, planning, time, management, shifting tasks. Do you have balance problems? Do you have feel weird things on your skins? Neuropathies? Do you have issues with hearing or vision or floaters or tonightis Do you have problems with your sleep? Do you have insomnia? Do you have deprivation? You have low energy? Do you have
a thyroid problem? They have intestinal inflammation. Do you have low dopamine or low acetocoline. It's there white matter inflammation in your brain. This brain mapping picks up all this. It's normally five hundred dollars for the first seven people to call or text or email. You can get it for only twenty one dollars. And this is just so we can get acquainted, so we can see if you're a good fit for the practice. We're gonna give another gift.
There's a test called a VNG video and astography. It's also normally five hundred dollars, but we're gonna give this away for twenty one dollars as well. And this test has an infrared camera and these goggles and measure your eye movements left and right and up and down, fast and slow, and light and dark. And what we see is there imbalances from left to right is one area over atfect they've creating anxiety and your mind's racing and ADHD and insomnia
and heart palpitations. And there's one side underactive depression, low motivation, can't focus, can't think, low energy. The BNG picks this up. It's normally five hundred dollars. First seven people to call, text to email.
