I'm your host, doctor Eric Kaplan. Hope everyone's having a great day so far. We're going to talk about how to boost your brain power, how to boost your immune system. You know, right now a lot of people are getting sick. So don't wait till you get sick.
Prevent it. Don't eat all these sugar and stay out late, drinking alcohol, going all these holiday parties, forgetting about the gym, forgetting to hydrate and eat healthy and just say okay, I'll start in the knew year. No, that is not what you want to do. You want to end the year strong, all right. You want to end the year on a good note, not with a loss, not with worse health. Well, not getting sick. Right, you got to prevent sickness. How do
you prevent sickness? Well, Number one is going to bed earlier in the winter. You should sleep in extra hours. So if you sleep seven hours in the summer, it's best to sleep eight hours in the winter. So let's say if you're During the summer, you sleep from ten to five to get your seven hours. During the winter, you could sleep from ten to six so you get an extra hour. Or if you sleep from eleven to six in the summer, sleep from ten to six in the winter an hour
earlier. You want to sleep according to the sunlight, so as goes down early, you should go to bed early. When the sun goes down. Start to dim the lights in your house or apartment. When the sun goes down, Turn off your cell phone, turn off your turn off the iPad, turn off the electronics. You have to unplug. If you want to be healthy, you got to turn off the electronics, especially at night.
So you should use electronics when the sun is out in the morning. As the sun rises, your cortisol levels are going to be high, your testosterone levels are going to be high. That's the time to do computer work is in the morning. That's the time to check your emails, to do your text messaging, to write your reports, to do your zoom meetings. Is in the morning. When testosterone and cortisol are high, when the sun is rising. That's the healthiest way to do it. You don't want all this
light at night that increases cortisol, which is the stress hormone. You do not want cortisol high at night. You want it high in the morning. That's when you get stuff done. That's when you got to work right. So as the sun goes down, start to dim the lights, use the desk lamp, turn off the TV, turn off the computer, turn off your cell phone, turn off the iPad, unplug. So you want to go to bed early, and a way to go to bed early is to
stop all electronics and light at night. Another way to bring down cortisol is night is to make sure you don't eat late. If you have four hours before bedtime, that's plenty of time to digest your food. Meaning you want to be done with your last meal at six pm so that you're ready for bed at ten pm. At that point, all your food will be fully digested. Now you can lie down without any consequence. If you have food in your belly and you gonna lie down, that's gonna make sleeping more difficult.
It's gonna make you get up to pee at night. It's gonna lead to acid reflux. It's gonna make you grogging the morning. Low energy, pooral bowel movements, don't eat at night. It's one of the worst habits you can get into. And if you're eating at night while sitting on the couch with all the lights on, you're watching the news, computers on, your brain is gonna be in stress mode and you're not gonna get effish and sleep. You're not gonna get energy. Then your immune system is gonna be
weak. It's a vicious cycle that's gonna be hard to break. So start creating these good habits. Stop eating at night, and stop watching TV or a computer or cell phone at night. That is a recipe for disaster. If you want to be sick, you want to get heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer's, obesity, then what you do is you sit all day at work, You come home, sit at the dinner table, eat a big meal, and then go sit on the couch and watch the news. That
is a recipe for disaster. Right, you want to be sick, that's how you're going to be sick. You want to be healthy, stop eating past six, Go for a walk outside after dinner so your brain can see the sun's going down, the moon's coming out, the sky's getting darker. Then when you come home, you dim the lights unplug everything. If you want, listen to some music, listen to a podcast, listen to an audible book, read a book, read a magazine, read some journals,
read some local newspaper, but don't read the national newspaper. Don't read the New York Times and the USA Today and the Post. It's all going to be stuff that gets you stressed out. That's why you don't want to watch the news. It's always going to be stuff that puts you in stress mode.
And when you're in stress mode, your immune system becomes weak. So if you're at night and you're reading about murders and racism and fires and wars and corruption and racism and sexism and inflation and natural disasters and how the world's gonna fall apart, and the crime and murders and stabbings and rapes, oh my god, we don't want to read about all this crime and all these sad stories. That's what the newspaper is full of. They're not feel good
stories. There's stories that get you either angry or sad, or intense or worked up, or they worry you or they stress you out. That's why I like to read the local newspaper. I write for the Pascak Press where I live. It's the local newspaper, and that's fun stories. Oh,
this is what the downtown look like one hundred years ago. And the local high school team just won the big basketball game, and the senior citizens are taking a nice trip to Atlantic City, and the you know local store is opening up, and there's a ribbon cutting ceremony, and this author is going to be reading their book at the library. And Santa's coming on the fire engine to all the towns. And that's the stuff I like to read.
Fun stuff, happy stuff, stuff about the boy Scouts and the sports teams, and the charity events and the you know local events where you can get together and celebrate and all these awards. And that's the type of stuff I want to hear about, not all the standings and the murders and the deaths and the destructions and the wars that will stress you out. Turn up the news, don't read the newspaper. Turn off social media. Social media is
crazy. They should call it anti social media. People are just fighting, and people are getting jealous of how good other people's lives are. And you know, yeah, it's kind of cool to keep in touch with some of your old friends and stuff. But if you don't know how to use it responsibly, it's going to cause more stress. It's going to create more fighting, more tension, more cortisol. We don't like that, all right,
So you gotta unplug, and you gotta unplug in your bedroom. Don't sleep near anything that's plugged in your an outlet, even if it's on the other side of the wall. Try not to live near, you know, electricity towers and five G towers. Stay away, turn off Wi Fi, turn off five G. Put your phones on airplane mode, don't carry it on
your person. You gotta reduce electronic exposure, you know, and like you're only a lot a certain amount of radiation in your life, and radiation kills even if you If I'm at the dentist, a lot of times, I'll say no, I'll wait for next time to do my X rays. Or if I'm at the airport, you know, I'll take the pat down instead of the machine. You know. I try and reduce my flying as much as possible. It's a lot of radiation. I turn off my phone anytime
I'm carrying it. I put on airplane mode. I don't sleep near my phone. I keep it away from me. You want to keep it at least six feet away from you. It's good for your alarm clock too, So if your cell phone is your alarm clock, you put it on airplane mode so there's no radiation. You keep it six feet away from you.
Don't have a plugged in near you, so that when the alarm goes off in the morning for you to exercise, you have to get out of bed, and you can't just you know, go to your nightstand and tap stews. It forces you to get out. Don't have a TV in your room, don't have Wi Fi in your room. Turn off all the electronics. It's too much stimulation, too much radiation. Right, You don't have to
take all these mammograms every year that they're always telling you. You know, they're trying to change the standard way because they're realizing with these mammograms it's very hard to save people's lives because either of the people who do it, you know, once a year, if there's a cancer, it grows so quick that you know once a year didn't pick it up, or if it's so slow that once a year doesn't matter anyway, because it's so slow, they
don't even pick it up also, so dode mammegrants really save lives, It's debatable. You know, there's another test called thermography without the radiation, that could tell you if there's some issues in your breast. But the best test is palpati palpit your breast every day in the shower and you'll feel if there's you know, new lumps or new growths. No one will know better than you. All right, men, you could feel your testicles every morning,
see if there's any growth there. You could be your own health advocate. Don't expect doctors to save your lives. You got to save your own lives by prevention. That's what I'm teaching you. Guys. What to do is prevent sickness. Don't wait till you get sick. That's why it's important to go to bed early. That's why it's important to stay away from radiation. Right. You want to boost your brain power, you want to boost your immune system. You want to prevent heart disease, cancer, obesity, diabetes,

If you want to stay healthy, you have to avoid all this radiation. It's everywhere now. If you go into a Starbucks, it's like taking an X ray.
You're walking in the city, you're basically getting microwaved. With all the antennas, all the radiation, all the five G all the cell phone towers, all the antennas, the all these satellites, there's a lot of radiation. Everyone's on Wi Fi, there's millions of people. It's, oh, well, you can't see it, so you don't know you're getting it. You know, a lot of times, if you see air pollution, you can see, you know, the dust in the air. But when it's radiation,
you can't see it. You cannot know how much radiation you're getting. And believe me, if you're in the city, it's a lot. When you go to the suburbs, it's less. When you go to the country it's even less. So the closer you are to the city, the more radiation you're gonna get. So it's even more important for you to turn off your cell phone, put it on airplane mode, turn off the Wi Fi at night, reduce electricity exposure. Work with your laptop on your lap right.
Don't use those bluetoothed headphones. Don't talk on the phone holding it next to your ear. Use wire headphones, not wireless headphones, wire headphones, and take your device and keep it at least six inches from you, preferably six feet from you. If you don't have a wire headphone, you put it on speaker phone. But do not hold your phone next to your head. We do not want to cause brain tumors or brain cancer. Keep those phones away from you. Don't hold it in your bra right next to your
heart and your lungs. Don't put it in your back pocket right next to your prostate. Don't put it in your front pocket next to your ovaries and your testicles. If you have to carry it on yourself, put it on airplane mode. You have to reduce your radiation. This is serious stuff. There's not getting less radiation, it's getting more and more and more radiation. So we have to reduce it. Okay, Now what else do we have
to avoid to keep our nervous systems strong and healthy. Is environmental stresses. There's chemicals everywhere. There's chemicals in your containers and the plastic containers. You get your BPA and it don't if it's BPA free, there's probably some other chemical that the replace it. So don't store anything in plastic. When you come back from the grocery store or the supermarket, wash it so you get
all your chemicals off. What you do is you put all your fruit and veggies, put them in a nice big bowl, fill it up with water, put all the fruit and veggies in there, and put baking soda in there. Leave it for at least an hour. Then you rinse everything out, wash it off, and you get rid of all the chemicals. Easy solution. Then you store it in glass containers. So now you're getting rid of pesticides and herbicides that are all on the fruit and the veggies. Now
to get rid of plastics, you're gonna stort in glass. It will last longer too, it'll taste better, and you're saving the environment. I'm using all these plastics, so you're saving your health, you're saving the environment, saving money. Start using glass containers or stainless steel. You know, I take my lunch every day. It's either in a stainless steel lunch container or a glass container, and I just heat it up in my little toaster oven
at my office, and I don't it tiks about whatever. It takes five minutes, almost the same as a microwave, But a microwave destroys the food. It loses all the nutritional value. Microwave even destroys water. If you microwave water and you water plants with that, those plants will die. If you boil water and then water your plants with that, your plants will thrive and they'll live. Microwaves destroy the nutritional value, and don't stand next to
them, especially when you're cooking microwave. Even if it's unplugged, there's still radiation there. I don't know. I think it's one of the worst inventions that people love. There is the microwave oven. There's no need for it. You can literally heat stuff up in a nice toaster oven. You just put it on bake, put it on warm, put it on broil, toast it, whatever it is. You could heat it up in a toaster oven, which is smaller than a microwave, and it doesn't kill all the
nutrients in the food. There is no need for a microwave. You do not need to use a microwave anymore. We have to go back to the old waves where everything was fresh. You need to eat all your food's fresh. That's why I like the Amish country. Everything's fresh. There's no such thing as you know they're leftovers. It's fresh that day. They pick it off that morning out of the farm. Everything's fresh, there's no preservatives,
there's no chemicals, there's no food dies. You know, if you put rice in the refrigerator the next day, it'll be full of mold, mold that you can't see, which is even worse. If you get yeast infections, if you get fungus on your nails, you have brain inflammation. A lot of it is from mold that you eat. Everyone's looking for mold in their house. Guess what you're more likely to get it from the food you eat. Peanuts, they have a lot of mold. Rice a lot of
mold. When you cut fruit or food like onions or something, and then you can put it in the refrigerator, not good. You're going to attract bad stuff. So you don't want to have all these cut up foods. You want to use everything that day. Try and when you cut it up, eat everything. Okay, don't store this food in your refrigerator too long. It's not good and you can get mold in the house. If you
have water leaks. Someone like, yeah, you probably have mold. But if your systems are working, then they're gonna get rid of the mold. That's the key. You have all these systems. You have your stomach and
intestines to poop out the bad stuff. You know. So let's say if you have this leftover rice and you eat in this, you know indivisible mold that you can't see, your gut should release the stomach acid that'll kill it, and these bacteria that'll kill it, and then it, you know, sends it through your intestines, breaks it down so you can poop it out
out of your colon. So even if you are eating mold, if you have good systems with no inflammation, that mold is contained and eliminated properly through your bowel movements or through your lungs and you cough it out or your boogers, you sneeze it out, or through your urine you pee it out, or through your menstruation you bleed it out, or through your eczema, acne
or hives. You get it out through your skin, or through your armpits where you sweat it out, or through your earwax where you get it rid of it that way, out of your ears or your tears, where you get rid of it through your eyes. We have all these ways to detoxify,
whether you're exposed to mold or heavy metals. We're always exposed to heavy metals, whether it's the lead in the old paint or in the water, or you got the fluoride at the dentist or the toothpaste or in the water, or you got mercury in your fillings or in the fish, or you got arsenic and the brown rice in the apple juice. So we have these chemicals, we have these heavy metals, Aluminum, aluminiums in the air, aluminiums in medicine. You got aluminum foil, aluminum cans, aluminum pans.
So just like we want you to get stainless steel container, we also want you to get stainless steel cookware or stainless steel water bottle. The only two water bottle should be glass water bottle or stainless steel water bottle. You have to reduce all your chemicals because if your systems aren't working properly, you're not gonna get rid of it. Now with your mercury and your teeth, you're
only gonna get rid of those fillings if there's a leakage. You don't want to open up the Pandora's box and say, oh, I got these old mercury fillings. I don't want them get into my bloodstream. Let me take them out because if they're well contained, then you might cause your own leak. Sometimes that's what happens with a biopsy. So a lot of people see, oh, I have the cyst where there's tumor, let me do a biopsy. And during the biopsy, the doctor ends up popping the cyst,
and now if it is cancer, it's spread everywhere. So you got to be careful with biopsies because sometimes the biopsy can pop the tumor and can be causing the tumor to spread. And now instead of being stage one one cancer, you're at stage three cancer because the doctor popped the tumor and now with the biopsy, everything's spread everywhere. So when you're doing a medical procedure, you always measure the risk versus the reward. So is it worth the risk
to get that reward? So you ask yourself when you're taking a medicine, is the risk versus the reward? When you're doing a surgery, what's the risk versus the reward? host, doctor Eric Kaplan, talking about how to reduce chemicals. So when you're cooking, you want to cook with stainless steel. When you're storing, you want to store in glass continent or stainless steel containers. When you're drinking water, you want to drink out of a glass water bottle or a stainless steel water bottle. Keep it simple. We're talking about glass or stainless steel. Those are the two safest storage for food, safest way to cook,
safest way to drink water. Stop buying those plastic water bottles. Those are not good. They're not quality water, usually acidic water instead of alkaline water. Plus, you're gonna get all the chemicals the plastics that are gonna leak into the water, and definitely don't use it more than once you know those plastics. You know, the average American eats about a credit card size worth
of plastic a year. We want to reduce all the plastics. So if you follow my instructions about storing and drinking water, then you're gonna reduce your plastic intake. Good for the environment, saves you, save your health. It's a good combination. We like that, all right, So where else
can we get some of these chemicals. It's in our cleaning stuff, all the bleaches, all the laundry detergents, the dishwashing detergent, the dryer sheets, the fabric softener, all the perfumes and the fabrize and the glade plugins, and all those toxic smells, all the perfumes, and the hair dyes and the nail polish and the makeups, all these sun tan low shs, and all these moisturizers and soaps and shampoos and conditioners. They're everywhere. Almost
all these products that we buy are toxic. That's why you should never even go into CBS. You're not gonna get anything healthy there. There's nothing safe in the CBS or the Duyne read or the right aid. Stay out of those places. Most of your cleaning stuff can be found in natural products such as vinegar, you know, hydrogen peroxide, lemon, tea tree oil. You know, there's so many good natural products, baking soda, you know that can help you clean your body. You know, baking soda could be
deodorant and help you clean your teeth. You know, it's like there are so many tea tree oil is a good natural antibiotic. You don't need to use all these chemicals. You can use coconut oil as instead of mouthwash. You know, when you get toothpaste, get the fluoride free toothpaste. You know, fluoride is one of the worst neurotoxins, and they're putting in their toothpaste, they're putting in the water. Gotta be careful. Get a water
filter that filters out the fluoride. So the best thing to do is get a high duty water filter, and then you could add electrolytes. You can add with pink Kumelion salt or celtic salt has a lot of minerals in it. So if you get distilled water that's got nothing in it, that's okay, but then you got to add the salt to get the minerals. If you don't have the salt, distilled water is more acidic. You want to drink alkaline water well, so those plastic water bottles are alkaline or sorry,
or acidic. We want to create alkaline water, so that's why you get maybe reverse osmosis, add some electrolytes, get the distilled the electrolytes. Get a high duty water filter that attaches under the sink for your shower head too.
You know, we want to reduce those chemicals, especially if you have an old house, old pipes, you know, there's gonna be a lot of chemicals in there, so you know, if you're even if you're drinking clean water, what about your shower and what about when you're brushing your teeth and you know all that other stuff that you're exposed. You're washing your hands, you're washing your face at the sink. So you really want to get a good high duty water filter and to make sure that you're not causing any
more disruption and inflammation that we need. Nowhere else can you get inflammation from just a poor diet. Dairy products very bad? You know. I had a patient today ask me about, you know, how come milk is so bad? You know. He was reading an article that that pasteurized in milk is all processed and it's better to eat whole you know, organic raw milk, And I said, yes, that could be true, but it's not meant to have milk at all, So you're choosing the lesser of two evils.
He said, what do you mean? Well, I said, first of all, milk is for babies. Are you a baby? He's like no, right, So milk is biologically made for babies. Babies cannot eat whole foods. Their digestive system isn't ready for that yet. That's why mothers produce milk so they can get all their nutrients because the mother eats the fruits and the veggies and breaks down all those nutrients. Now it's going to be in the mother's milk, so that when the baby drinks the mother's milk,
now she's getting or he's getting all the nutrients that they need. Milk is for babies. Milk is not for adults, so there's no reason for adults to be drinking milk. Number two, cow's milk is made for baby calves. Human milk is made for baby humans. Sheep milk is made for baby sheep, and goats milk is made for baby goats. Human stomachs are very
different than cow's stomach. We have different types of chambers, different enzymes, different bacteria, we have different processes, different amounts of acid and bio, different parastosis contractions, different valves. It's not the same gut, so we cannot expect a human gut to break down cow's milk because it is very different. The cow's milk is made for the baby cows. So number one, adults shouldn't be drinking milk to begin with, and number two, humans shouldn't
be drinking another species milk. We have different stomachs and cannot digest milk. There's been no research that shows that milk keeps your bone strong, prevents osteoporosis or osteopenia. That doesn't happen, doesn't exist. Now, there's lots of research that shows milk causes inflammation, congestion. It's even been linked to Parkinson's disease autoimmune disease. So milk has a lot of research showing how bad it is and very little research showing any benefit. All right, there's just a
big marketing gimmick. They hire these celebrities with their milk mustaches and getting the schools, getting in the marketing and all the commercials and in the TV shows to show, hey, milk does a body good. It's a marketing scam. It's just the dairy industry trying to make a buck off of you. But don't give them your money. The only thing to drink is water. You want to eat food and drink water. Keep your health simple. Do it like they did for the thousands of years before modern times, where you
would be a hunter gatherer. Pick your fruit, pick your veggies, catch your meat, catch your eggs, grab your eggs, catch your fish, whatever it is. But there is no bread tree. There is no you know milk bush. Right, there is no you know tree. There's no such thing like anything in a box or in a bag or in a can, anything processed, anything with preservatives. It's toxic. We gotta stay away from it. If you can't pick it directly from the earth, stay away
from it. Nothing in boxes, bags, hands, nothing stored, nothing you could keep in your closet for ten months. Those are not the foods that are healthy. Those are inflammatory. Dairy products are inflammatory. Bread products are inflammatory. Sugar is inflammatory. Sugar replacements are inflammatory. Corn American corn American soy, they're inflammatory. Alcohol. Stop drinking so much. You don't
need all that alcohol. Okay. I know so many people that just drink every single night, and they say, oh, I just have a glass of wine every night. Oh I just have a couple of beers after dinner. Don't get in those habits. It's like Pavlov's dog. Every night you have that glass of wine. The brain doesn't like that. So start breaking those habits. Show yourself, Hey, you know what, I don't have to drink every night. I don't need that dessert every night. The reason
your body crave it is because you've been doing it for so long. So start creating new habits, good healthy habits. It's the perfect time to do it. Is a new year, you know. Fine, if you're at a wedding, you're at a party. Fine, you have a couple of drinks, not a big deal. I want you to enjoy your life. But I don't want you at home every night drinking with dinner. That does not make sense. Okay, do not do anything every day, especially alcohol,
especially coffee, especially sugar. But even the healthy foods. I don't want you eating chicken and broccoli every day. That's not good either. I don't want you having kale every day. That's not good. I don't want you having eggs every day. It's not good. So not only is it not good to have the bad stuff every day, it's not good to have the good stuff every day. Right. Variety is the key, having all
the different colors of the rainbow. Eat different foods. Maybe chicken on Monday, eggs on Tuesday, fish on Wednesday, turkey on Thursday, burger on Friday. So you don't have to have meat with every meal. And if you're a vegetarian that's great, that too. Just make sure you eat each color of the rainbow to get all your nutrients. If you're a vegetarian, you don't need to say, oh, I gotta take iron pills and be twelve pills. Now you gotta look at your blood work, see what you're
deficient. If you eat all the colors of the raining and you're good absorption, you're not gonna be deficient in anything. So you could be a vegetarian that's healthy. You could be a meat eater that's healthy. But just stop eating the processed food that is gonna make you unhealthy. Stay away from the boxes, the cans, the bags, Stay away from the preservatives, the sweeteners, the artificial sweeteners. Live as close to Earth as possible. That

Welcome back to boost your brain power. I am your host, Doctor Eric Kaplan. Right, this is the best time to start good habits. Start waking up early in the morning,
exercising, food prepping, do some oil pulling. Take some coconut oil, swish it around in your mouth for thirty seconds first thing in the morning. Drink water on an empty stomach. Add some pinkamele in salt or some Celtic salt for the minerals. Getting that good morning routine. Every morning you wake up, you do the oil pulling, you exercise, do a little meditation, write a couple things in your gratitude journal. Call that that power hour.
Get your body going. And then after you exercise, take a shot and with cold. Good for your circulation, good for your nervous system. And your shower and cold for thirty seconds. Just let's splash on your face. It's not enjoyable, but it's very healthy. It's good for your skin, it's good for your heart, for your circulation, for your brain, good for your energy, for your focus. A lot of people say, hey, how can improve my memory? My focus? The three most important
things to improve memory and focus novelty. So you got to do new things. Learn a new instrument and learn a new language, go to new places, meet new people, take a new route to work. Just do something new. I don't care if it's just switching your hand when you eat, but you got to do new things every day. Do something new. Novelty is key. Then activation. You need to challenge your brain. You know you try and memorize people's phone numbers or memorize your grocery list. Try and
you know, don't use Google and YouTube so much. The technology makes our brains worse. Don't rely on the technology. Use your brain. You use it or you lose it. And then you need fuel delivery, the proper nutrition, which is all the colors in the rainbow, propper water, half your body weight announces, and the proper oxygen. You need more oxygen, so you gotta oxygen. You want to inhale for four seconds, hold it for seven seconds, and exhale for eight seconds. So the key to getting
more oxygen is to have double the exhale versus the inhale. That way you get rid of the carbon dioxide which creates an acidic environment, plus you increase space for more oxygen in your lungs. So those are the three most important things for brain functioners. Novelty, activation and fuel delivery. Those are the
big three to improve your memory and focus. you know, there's lots of ways to improve your memory. As far as your immune system, you know, we said you gotta go to bed early. You got to reduce your stress levels. You gotta make sure you drink your water, no holiday partying. Got to get your vitamin D. You know, most people doctors want your vitamin D levels above twenty or around thirty. I like it more than that. I like it fifty sixty seventy. And to get there, I got to personally take ten thousand IU because I'm
inside all day. I'm in a northern latitude. Now, the vitamin D is very important. A lot of people take vitamin D and doesn't get absorbed because it's not in fat, doesn't have vitamin K two, it doesn't got the A and the E and the biotin and the phosphorus and the magnesium and the biotin and all this other stuff to help with the absorption. So most of those ds that you'll get, ninety nine percent of the vitamin d's aren't
formulating properly and don't get absorbed properly. So don't waste your time and money. You know, you can contact us and we'll get your good quality vitamin D as well. That's gonna boost your mood, it's gonna boost your immune system, your brain function, help prevent Alzheimer's, help prevent you getting from COVID, help you keep your thyroid healthy. I mean, vitamin D is

And it's been even linked to people who
move from these southern latitudes move up to these northern latitudes get neurological disorders, especially MS. Multiple sclerosis, that's a big one. It's an autoimmune disease, big time causes vitamin D deficient. But also with autoimmune disease, you have to avoid if you do have MS or any autoimmune disease such as hashimotos or siliac or schograins or rheumatoid authritis or fibromaya alga or Graves disease, hashimotos
or psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritiss lupus. These are all autoimmune disease. There's six foods that you've got to avoid for autoimmune disease dairy, gluten, corn, soy, coffee, and alcohol. Those are the big six for autoimmune disease that you would have to avoid to function better, feel better, and live a better life. But all autoimmune disease is reversible if you do all the right things, but you need to be supervised by a doctor to make sure
you do it appropriately. But most doctors you know they're gonna prescribe medicine for these autoimmune diseases. They might, you know, give you thyroid medication if you have hashimotos, or they might give you immunosuppressants, or you know, steroids or antibiotics or a lot of you know, they just kind of throw the pharmacy at you.
