I'm your host, doctor Eric Kaplan. So right now, a lot of people are getting sick. So we want to come up with natural, holistic, and integrative ways to prevent getting the flu, prevent getting covid, prevent pneumonia. So I don't like the quote unquote flu

season. There's no such thing as a flu season. There's a winter time where there's less vitamin D that's going to weaken your immune system. When it's wintertime, we should be sleeping more, so people aren't going to bed earlier in the winter. That's going to weeken your immune system. You should be drinking more water, especially with the heat dries out the rooms, so you gotta stay more hydrated. You got to stop, you know, preventing yourself

from exercising. So a lot of people during the winter they stop exercising. No, they can't run outside, they can't go biking or whatever it may be. But you can, and you just gotta put on your hat and your gloves. But I don't care if it's the winter. You still have to work out, right, You have to work out, You have to drink your water, you gotta go to bed early. You probably have to supplement with vitamin D. If you want to prevent getting sick, you have

to do the things that help you prevent getting sick. You can't just wait till you get the sniffles or a cough or a scratch. You threw on the said, okay, I'm getting sick. Let me drink the water, let me go to bed early and rest, and let me take my vitamin C and D. It's like, don't wait till you get sick to start working on it. Start working on it immediately. Just like you could boost your brain power by doing brain exercises, you could boost your immune system by

taking care of your immune system. Right, So we gotta have a good diet. You want to eat all the colors of the rainbow. You got to avoid all the white foods, the sugar, the dairy, the milk, the cream cheese, the sour cream, and the rice, the potatoes, the oatmeal, all the cereals and crackers and muffins and cakes and cookies and pastries, all those Charistmas food, those milk and cookies. Stay away from it. Highly inflammatory and if your brain is inflamed, your guts inflame,

now your immune system will not function at optimal levels. Your bacteria and viruses they thrive off all that bad food, all that crappy all that processed food, because it stays in your system and now they could feed on it. The idea is to eat food that's natural from the earth. Fruits, vegetables, nots, seeds, and you know, anything you can catch if you eat meat and then you eat during the day, you sleep during the

night, and you poop out everything the next morning. However, if you eat a lot of processed foods, a lot of stuff with preservatives, a lot of stuff in cans and boxes and bags, it's gonna get stuck in your system. Now the bacteria and virus is can feed on it. If you starve them, then they die. So that's why intermittent fasting is good. Don't keep feeding your body all day long. It's only during the daylight hours that you want to be fed. That's ten to six So idealistically,

you want to eat from ten am to six pm. Then you want to sleep from ten pm to six am. In the summer, you could sleep seven hours. Winter, it's better to sleep eight hours. Like we said, you want to go to bed an hour earlier. So if you sleep from eleven to six during the summer, you sleep from ten to six during the winter. Getting those circadium rhythms right. That keeps your immune system trong. If you're not well rested, then your immune system is going to be

weak. If you're in stress mode, that weakens your immune system. If you had a bad food that a weeken your immune system. If you drink alcohol or do drugs that all weaken your immune system. If you are up all night and don't get a good night's sleep, that'll weaken your immune system. If you're dehydrated. So there's a lot of things that will weaken your immune system. But you got to avoid the stuff that weakens it and you got to increase the stuff that strengthens it. What do we say strength is

vitamin D? Where do you get vitamin D from the sun? Every day for twenty minutes from twelve to two during your lunch, go outside and get some sunlight. Take off your glasses, take off your hat, roll up your sleeves, roll up your pantlings. Get some contact. Let that sun hit your eyes. Let the sun hit your head, your arms, your

legs. The more skin that exposed to the sun the better. If you cannot have the means, go on a vacation, go to Florida, go to Puerto Rico, go to Mexico, go to the Caribbean and the Dominican. Go to a southern place to get your vitamin D. You need vitamin D to keep your immune system strong. Almost everyone who died from COVID nineteen was vitamin D deficient. They didn't tell you that, you know, they

were just focused on the vaccines and the masks. But the truth was, if you really wanted to prevent it, get your vitamin D levels high. Decrease your obesity, bring down your diabetes numbers. If you increase your vitamin D, lose the excess fat, bring down your diabetes numbers, you're going to decrease your chances of getting COVID nineteen. And conversely, if you don't

take care of those things, you're more likely to get it. Vitamin D deficiency was one of the biggest correlations to people who had bad outcomes with COVID nineteen, and we always known. This also bad outcomes with the flu, with coronavirus, with pneumonia. Vitamin D is key for your immune system. Your immune system needs to be fed the proper hormone the nutrients. Also vitamin C. Vitamin C is really good for the immune system. And where do

you get that? You get it from the earth. You get it from your citrus fruits. What are those oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit. So vitamin sea is really good for your immune system. Where else can you get it? You can get it in the berries. Berries have a lot of good vitamin C. Blue blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries. You know, we love all the different berries. Peppers have good vitamin sea. Broccoli, brussels sprouts, those are pretty good sources of vitamin sea. But

just you know, get those colors of the rain. Even tomatoes. If you want some red strawberries, yus. But you can also do tomatoes. Kiwi's also good. Cabbage is good, califlour. All of these are very good for vitamins sick. Other vitamins that help boost your immune system is zinc. The best source of zinc is oysters, but it's also in bread, meat, chicken, Some seafood stuff like that, So those foods are really good for zinc. Eggs even have some zinc in them as well as far

as fruit. Pomegranate is probably one of the best. Raspberries are also good for zinc. You know, there's lots of lots of good foods that you could eat, crab, lobster, even chickpeas or lagoons, cashews if you're vegetarian, all good sources of zinc. All right, So if you have good vitamin D levels, good zinc levels, good vitamin C levels, that's going to really increase your immune system and prevent you from getting sick, you know. So your immune system is the key. You don't want your immune

system overactive and you don't want your immune system underactive. Both are bad. So if you're always fighting, that's not good, and if you don't fight enough, that's not good either. Meaning you know, I'm not this type of parent that you know, every speck of dirt that my kid touches, oh give the purel and the antibacterial and all this anti bacterial stuff weakens your immune system because it kills off the good bacteria. Your best defense against bad

bacteria is good bacteria. However, if you are always killing off the bacteria, then when you get exposed to bad bacteria and you don't have enough good bacteria, now your immune system is suppressed. So antibiotics here, well, antibacterial soap, antibacterial lotions actually, in the long term are going to weaken your immune system and make you more susceptible to get an infected by bacteria, viruses, fungus, mold, yeast, parasites, worms. We don't want

these infections, so we need to keep our immune system strong. And then when you have to clean your hand, instead of doing antibacterial, just do good old soap and water like they did for all those years. Soap and water is the best way to do it. And I use just an olive oil based so uh. Don't use ivory dial and all these chemical soaps. You know those are really unhealthy. Keep it simple. We don't have to complicate our health too much. Keep it super simple so your immune system is

strong. Stay away from all the anti bacterial stuff. Obviously, you know, if there's a severe emergency and you're infected and you have to take antibiotics on the spot to save your life, then it's important. But for chronic conditions usually not the best thing because that in the long run is going to weaken your immune system. So we want to expose our kids to bacteria. We want them to play in the dirt, let them touch, explore, you know, let them be around other kids. You know, you can't

put them in isolation. Expect their immune system to be strong. So you've got to be around dirt. You got to be around other bacteria, other people, other viruses. Not a lot, but you got to be around a little bit to build your immumune system. Therefore, you're going to function better, feel better, and live a better life. This is doctor Eric Caplan. lots of ways to boost your immune system. To prevent the flu, to prevent covid, coronavirus, pneumonia, you gotta make sure your immune system is strong. We're all exposed to viruses and bacteria. Everyone is exposed. You can't hide from them. That's why the isolation the quarantines don't work. It's around, so you're always going to be around viruses, You're always going to

be around bacteria. The key is to control your internal environment, not the germ theory, but the terrestrial theory, meaning if you take care of your own body, then the bacteria viruses cannot thrive. If you don't take care of your body and you have an alkaline an acidic environment, or you're inflamed all over the place, you got a leaky gut, then viruses, bacteria, yeast, mold, heavy metals will take advantage of your weak areas.

So everybody gets exposed to mold. There's mold everywhere. But if your systems are strong, you eliminate your toxins. And we have lots of ways to eliminate. It could be through your bowel movements or your urination, or your sweat, or your menstruation, or your boggers, or your ear wax or your tears or your skin. But your body detoxes, it gets rid of the bad stuff unless your systems aren't work properly, unless you can't break it

down. And if your systems aren't working, then the viruses and the bacteria and the yeast and the mold and the parasites and the worms and the cancer they'll thrive. So don't give them a good environment. Give them a bad environment where they're gonna die, which is lots of oxygen. You could do that hyper oxygen chamber we have that lots of sunlight. Go out every day for twenty minutes during lunch time. Look at the sun when it rises, look at the sun when it sets. The sun is your friend. Many

people and doctors will make you think the sun is your enemy. No, it's your friend. We'd all be dead without the sun. We need the sun. Some people think it's a good idea to block the sun to prevent global warming. That's the worst idea. It's called geoengineering. We need the sunlight. We need it to thrive to survive. We need it. Our vegetables, needed our fruit, and needed our animals needed everybody needs the sunlight. And the worst thing for immune system is to be inside. And that's

what people are doing, especially in the winter. They're inside all the time. You gotta get outside. You gotta get the sun, you gotta get the oxygen, gotta get the exercise, gotta be a nature. It's very important for your brain to thrive, for your immune system to thrive, to be in nature. If you're connected with nature, your immune system will literally become stronger. So you have to do grounding where you touch your feet to the ground, dig in your feet to the grass, of the dirt,

of the sand. It's nothing more therapeutic than putting your feet in the ground. Hug a tree. Want you to field the earth. Not only do you eat all the colorful fruits and vegetables, but be at one, go in the ocean. The salt water. There's nothing better than salt water cures everything. I got a besting. It cured beastings, I got poison ivy, cured poison ivy. At acne, it cured acne. I had a toe fungus, secured toe fungused. This the ocean is the best cure for

everything. My kid has an eczema. The ocean cured that. The ocean water. I don't know what it is, it's the salted whatever it is. But there's nothing better to cure your skin problems or your nail problems than the ocean water. All right, just remember that, you know, if you ever get uh, poison ivy, just go in the ocean for a couple hours. All that it shall be gone. It's pretty amazing stuff. You have a cut, the ocean water might hurt. There's the salt,

but the ocean cures you. The ground cures you. The oxygen in the air cures you. The sunlight cures you. So you have to be outside in nature if you want your immune system strong, be in nature. Stop being inside all the time. We're inside at work, then we're inside, breakfast, we're inside, dinner, we're inside at the movie theater. They were inside at the play, we're inside at the opera. Start doing activities that are outside. You have to be an outdoors person, a nature person

to have your brain strongest and your immune system strongest. Okay, just get into these healthy habits. The vitamin D is key, and we get that through our sunlight. Oxygen is key. Get that through breathing. Inhale for four seconds, hold it for seven seconds, exhale for eight seconds. Again, that's inhale for four seconds. Hold your breath for seven seconds, exhale for eight seconds. It's gonna maximize your oxygen intake, and it's gonna get

rid of the bad carbon dioxide. It's gonna create a more alkaline environment, and that's going to kill viruses and bacteria. They cannot live in high oxygen. While the hyper oxygen chamber is so good, we also have an oxygen concentrator. Instead of twenty percent oxygen, it's forty percent oxygen that you breathe. The oxygen chamber is one hundred percent oxygen. And the more we find out about these oxygen chambers, the more we realize how much it helps.

How else can you get o oxygen. Working on your posture. You gotta have good posture. Everyone's slouching forward these days. Their shoulders are rolled in, their chins down. Gotta hunchback. Start looking up. Stop looking down so much. At your cell phone, at your computer, at your book, at your food, at your iPad. Everything is looking down, at the mouse, at the paper, at your mail, your text, messages, your social media. Everybody's looking down. Start looking up into the heavens,

into the clouds, into the sun, into the sky. Look up, Let those sun rays touch you. Breathe, big breasts, maximize your oxygen. It's so much better when you inhale. Looking up. You could get more oxygen. If you're looking down and trying to inhale or breathe, it's much more difficult. Practice it right now. When you look down, it's much harder to breathe. When you look up, it's much easier to breathe. You get more oxygen. You gotta roll those shoulders back. You

gotta look up. You know, every twenty minutes, if you're a job where you're sitting, every twenty minutes, you get up for twenty seconds, look twenty feet away, walk twenty feet do like twenty seconds or some shoulder rolls, and then you go back down to work. But you gotta work on your posture. Stop slouching so much, be aware of it. You want your ear above your shoulder. You don't want to in front. It's not healthy and you're not gonna get enough oxygen. You also have to breathe

from your diaphragm. Don't breathe from your shoulders. When you breathe from your diaphragm, When you inhale, your belly's gonna go down and out like you're a pregnant woman. And when you exhale, it's that come in. It's gonna squeeze all that carbon dioxide out. Give that carbon dioxide to the trees and the veggies and the fruits, and we get the oxygen from the trees and the bushes and the grass and all the green stuff. They give us

oxygen, we give them carbon dioxide. Diafmatic breathing four seven eight breathing. Work on your posture. You could get plants that have high oxygen, snake plants, spider plants, alo vera plants, money plants. They have lots of oxygen. Oxygen is key if you want to increase your immune system. Viruses, bacteria they do not like oxygen that suffocates them. Parasites and worms they don't like it. So we gotta have high oxygen environment, high alkaline

environment, low inflammation, low acidity, low carbon dioxide. That's going to maximize your potential. All right, So we got the sun, we got the oxygen. Right, what about your immune system. You gotta look at what's called your white blood cells. Your white blood cells is your immune system. Your red blood cells that helps, you know, with your oxygen transportation, that's the hemoglobein Those are more related to anemias. The white blood cells,

that's your immune system. There's different types. There's neutrophills that help fight bacteria. There's the lymphocytes they help fight viruses. There's the eosinophils help fight the allergies. And there's other ones, these monocytes, those basophills. They all have different you know, strategies and ways to protect your own body. So we got to look at the blood work and see how your immune system is. Your white blood cell count should be from about five to eight.

You know, most doctors, you know, they don't care if it's you know, their range is more like three to eleven, but we like ours and our patients to be five to eight. You don't want to compare yourself to typical American. You got to compare yourself to healthy people. So you want a healthy white blood cell account, we want five to eight. If it's too much, that means you have an active infection. If it's too little, that means you have a chronic infection. And if there's high neutra

fills that's a bacteria. There's high lymphocyites, that's a viral infection. And if there's high eosinophils, that means you have allergies. So we look at your blood work and we analyze it. If you do what everyone else does, he'll

be sick. Who stays out late, goes to all these parties, drinking more alcohol, eating more cookies, sleeping less, drinking less water, exercising less, more stress, more emotional problems. Of course you're gonna get sick. Of course immune system is going to be weak. You want to be strong. You got to do different things. Don't follow what everyone else does. You gotta be that one percent. Don't be the ninety nine percent.

Don't do what everyone else does. Staying out late, Christmas parties, boozing cookies, a lot of stress, always going to the mall, shopping, preparing meals, having all his family, over going all these added responsibilities, trying to do the end of the week, under the year, stuff for work. If you take on too much, you're gonna get sick. The holiday should not be stressful, they should be relaxed, should be calm,

be about family and love. That's so materialistic. You know my family, luckily, you know when we became adults, we just said we used logic. We say, hey, listen, why do we have to buy each other presents for the holidays. We're all adults. We want something, we can get it, so we don't need I don't need to buy my brother's presents, my parents, presidents, my aunts and cousins and uncles, and you know, they could get their own stuff. They don't need to get

me anything. I could get my own stuff. You know. It's fun, you know, to get the little kids stuff like that, but for adults, it's unnecessary. Right, we don't have to have these big, extravagant meals and so many people and so many fancy dishes, just about having family, having fun, having some laps. Everyone's too serious these days. Laughter is the best medicine. You want to boost your immune system, turn off the news and watch something funny. The news will weaken your immune system.

A comedy will strengthen your immune system. Being isolated will weaken your immune system. Being social will strengthen your immune system. Drinking alcohol will weaken it. Being sober will strengthen it. Being dehydrated will weaken it. Drinking lots of water with salt in it will strengthen your immune system. Staying inside will weaken it. Going outside will strengthen it. There's simple rules, there's simple suggestions that I would recommend you following, and if you do, you will

start to notice that you will get less and less sick. I used to be sick all the time when I was a kid. I was one of I was sick all the time. I had chronic bronchitis, couldn't breathe every winter. They put me on steroids and antibiotics, and that made me even more sick. That made me nauseous and I would throw up, get brain fog. I had bad actne. I was obese until I started going to health seminars. The first thing I did was quit dairy. After I quit

dairy, my bronchitis was cured. I got off the steroids, I got off the antibiotics, and I didn't need the medicine. And at that point I realized that I don't need medicine to cure my diseases or conditions. Everything is reversible if you take care of your body. The power that made the body heals the body. But you only get one body, so make sure

you feed it the best nutrients. All those colorful fruits and vegetables. Stay away from the white foods, the dairy, the sugar, the flour, the bread, the cookies, the cakes, the crackers, the cereals, the right, the potatoes. Stay away from all the white foods and eat all the colorful foods that'll strengthen your immune system. Eat a lot of foods

that have antioxidants, very important. We want to make sure that we have all the proper nutrients that we need, and you don't get it through vitamins. All these patients they take all these multi vitains. What you don't need a multi vitamin. You're in America. You're not deficient in all these vitamins unless you have poor absorption. If you have poor absorption, you're not gonna absorb the vitamins anyway. So you gotta work on the absorption. So if

you're anemic, right, it's not because you're not eating enough iron. Everybody gets enough iron from their food, everybody in America. You're not in some third world country. You know, I'm Venezuela where people are starving to death. You're in America. The homeless have food here in America. But if you're absorbing your food, then you're not going to get your nutrients. Then your immune system is going to be weak if you have poor absorption or they

have low stomach acid. Hydrochloric acid, and guess what your hydrochloric acid does. That's your first defense in your immune system because it kills off all the viruses in the bacteria that enter through your mouth. So most of these viruses, right, you know, you get it from touching your mouth or your nose. Then you swallow, it goes into your stomach. Now, if you have an inflamed stomach, now the viruses in bacteria can escape and they

get into the blood stream and they can attack your lungs. It's like me, I had bronchitis. Or they can attack your bladder. You get urinary tract infections, or your gut you get colitis or gastritis or sebo small intestinal bacterial overgrowth where it gets on your skin, you get herpes or hives, you go to your brain. It cause Alzheimer's, Parkinson's MS. You don't want these bacteria and viruses escaping your stomach, getting into the bloodstream and then

attacking other organs. That is not fun. We do not want that. We got to prevent that. So your first step to prevent that to keep your immune system strong is to keep your inflammation down. The best two ways to keep your inflammation down outside of eating all the correct foods, is resveratrol, which can be found in the skin of red grapes as well as Japanese

not weed. That brings down inflammation as well as anti aging. The best product is resvero from Apex Energetics. You call my office, I can give you information about that. But you're not gonna be able to drink wine, red wine and get your resveratrol that way. You know the amount of wine you'd have to drink to get the proper amount of his veratrol. It's not worth the risk of drinking all that alcohol, which kills brain cells. So

that's why people think red wine is healthy because there is veratrol. No red wine is not healthy. Causes acid reflux. Coffee and red wine are the two biggest causes of acid reflux. And people get put on and acids. Now they have less stomach acid, less hydrochloric acid tombs, roll aids, those you know, uh prescription pills, the n acids. It's going to decrease stomach acid. Now your immune system is going to be weaker. Even if you don't have the leaky gut with a virus's escape. Let's say if

it's contained, but now you don't have enough stomach acid. Now your bacteria and viruses can thrive, especially if you've have poor digestion. You know a lot of people have twenty to thirty pounds of fecal matter stuck in their intestines. I literally feel all this fecal matter all the time. And if you have, if you have poop stuck in your intestines, then these viruses and bacterium, parasites and worms can feed on it. You're giving them the food

that they need. So you've got to have good digestion. And if you don't have stomach acid, if you ever take an acids and you're gonna be in trouble, you might have to supplement with hydrochloric acid. The way we would know that is we check your blood work and you could see if the proteins are off, the albumin, the globulin, the ag ratios, look at there's inflammation, crpes, R homocysteine, look at tho's anemias, iron B twelve ferretin, folate blood ways. You could kind of analyze the blood

work and get an idea of what's going on. Is there inflammation, is there a leaky gut? Do we not have enough stomach acid? How's your white blood cells? Are they too high? Are they too low? Which type of blood cells are too high? Is it the neutrophils, the lymphocytes that you sinophils do We got to worry about the virus, bacteria, allergies, what is going on, a lot of that can be explained in blood work. And what we have to do is check your blood work, analyze

it and see where your levels are. But compare you to healthy people, not a typical American. You got to be that one percent. So you got to analyze the blood work. We got to analyze everything. Look at your blood pressure, your oxygen. You know, we do these evaluations at our office where we look at the blood work. We check out your ox levels, your respiration, check out your posture, your alignment, your immune

system, your circulation, your inflammation, your balance, your memory. Welcome back to boost your brain power. I'm your host, doctor Eric Kaplan. So we're talking about how to keep your immune system strong. There are so many good strategies to do. One good strategy

is getting your stress levels down. Okay, there's too much stress right now. When your stress levels are high, your immune system is low. If your nervous system is overactive, and we see a lot of these patients anxiety minds were racing all the time, all these negative thoughts, trouble sleeping, all this muscle tension, neck pain, back pain. We call this fight or flight mode. And when you're in this fight or flight mode, your

nervous system's overstimulated. Your body gets inflamed, your muscle spasms, your nerves get compressed. Everything's overactive, including the immune system. Because if the immune system gets overactive, and it's always fighting. It's fighting everything you put in your body. Then when you are exposed to a virus or a bacteria or mold or yeast or parasite or worm, because you've been fighting for so long, now you don't have enough white blood cells to fight. There's no more

troops in your army. You've exhausted everything. Get a drenal fatigue now. That makes you more susceptible to being sick. That is not good. These white blood cell counts too low good. Remember we said if it's too high, it's an active infection. If it's too low, it's chronic infection. I've been fighting a long time. We see this all the time. We've had people still haven't recovered from COVID nineteen four years ago, right, So

if you don't beat it, it could still be in your body. I have people that have had line disease for years, for a dozen years, they're still fighting it. So it doesn't mean that you need always have an active infection, but there could be chronic infections that occurs a lot. A lot of people have these epstein Bar viruses. They're just they're in their system, or E. Coli or H Pylori, coronavirus, all these viruses and bacteria that could be dormant. You don't even realize it. And then when

you get in stress mode, now they're opportunistic. Now they start to take over. So you got to get out of stress mode. Maybe practice some meditation. And if you can't meditate for a long time because your brain is all stressed out, and you just do it for thirty seconds. I call it the relax technique. You just start at the top of your head and you think internally, say relax, and just imagine the muscles of your head

melting. And then you go to your forehead relax, and all the forehead muscles relax, and then your temples relax, and all the temporal muscles relax, and then your jaw relax, and then the jaw relaxes, and then your eyes relax, and then your nose, and you go to everybody part, just thirty different body parts, from the top of your head all the way down to your toes, just saying to relax to each body part.

That's a meditation, a thirty second meditation. You do that for a couple of days in a row, and then hey, let me pump it up to a minute, and then I'll do two minutes and then three minutes. Make these little tiny habits, but over and over and over again, but create consistency. So meditation is a good thing. Mindfulness that's just being in the moment, doing one thing at a time. When you're eating dinner with your family, just be eating dinner. Don't have the TV on the radio

on. Don't anybody on their cell phones. When you're at the gym, be in gym mode. Be texting anybody. Don't be chatting with your friends. You're working out when you're in school or you're studying, being study mode. When you're at work, be a work mode. When you're on a date, be on date mode. Don't mix and match. Mindfulness is focusing on one thing at a time, which is what you're currently doing. When you're doing grounding, focus on your grounding. When you're cooking dinner, focus

just on cooking. Now, there's nothing wrong with, you know, multitasking. Like you know, when I'm driving to work in the city and I'm on my commute and I'm stuck in traffic, I'm gonna put on a podcast or an audible book. I call it car one. Oh, one. So that's just being smart. Right. So I'm listening to an audible book

while I'm stuck in traffic, so I'm not wasting that time. But I'm not going to listen to the audible book when I'm at dinner when I should be talking to my kids and wife about you know, their you know, fun times and good events that occurred in their day. So that way, I'm in family mode, not in you know, book mode. While I'm driving or when you're working out, you can listen to some music. Put on some rocky music that gets you pumped up. Nothing wrong with that,

you know. I have to listen to music in the shower, sing in the shower, and I do exercises to relax my nervous system in the shower. You could do gargling as an exercise that will relax your nervous system. So while you're in the shower, just get a bunch of water and go like really loud. The loudest gargle you can imagine stimulates which called your vagus nerve, which is gonna get you out of that stress mode and that fight

or flight more into relaxed rest than digestate. Now, at the end of the shower, turn it all the way to cold as cold as it goes, and let that cold water go all over your face just for thirty seconds. That also will relax your nervous system. It's a great way to start today. So you can do neurologic exercises that relax your nervous system while you're in your just shower every morning. Pretty cool right now, But how do you know if your nervous system is stressed out? You got to analyze your

brain. The best test to analyze your brain is called a qEEG brain mapping, and the qEEG brain mapping measures all your different brain waves. Your alpha brain waves, which is how we are normally, your beta when you have to really think you're taking a test or you're doing a presentation. Your Theta brain wave that's when you're just kind of daydreaming. Then you're delta that's when

you're sleeping. So it measures all your different brain waves and based on the location of the abnormal brain waves, this qEEG brain mapping will tell us where the problems are in your brain. Do you have memory problems, working memories memory, long term sequential memory problems. Do you have problems with focus? Motivation, organization planning. Do you have troubles with anxiety depression? Do you have white matter inflammation? Do you have low dopamine or acetylcholine? Do you

have heavy metal poisoning? If you had a concussion. Do you have intestinal inflammation? You have a thyroid problem? Do you have difficulty shifting tests? Problems with your eyes or ears? Sensory balance? Do you have problems with anger, aggression, panic, worry? Do you have toxic stress? It literally breaks down all the different areas. Do you have low energy, sleeping

problems, insomnia? It's really cool test. It's non invasive, there's no radiation, you don't have to sit in some tube, you don't have to take any contrast fluid. It's super quick, twenty minutes to a half hour at most. All you gotta do is wear the swimmers cap and you just got to sit still for a little bit. Alzheimer's. This tells us the balance of right to left, which areas are

overactive, which areas are underactive. It breaks down all the different lobes of the brain, the frontal core, text, the parietal, the eccipital, the temporal, the cerebellum, the different brain stem parts, so it literally breaks down each area tells us the difference from right to left ups and downs and which are under and which are over So it's very valuable information because with that we want to do a process called neuroplasticity where we rewire the brain.

But we got to figure out which exact areas are overactive, which we've got to calm down, and which areas are underactive, which we have to stimulate. So the VNG test is best for that, and that test is normally five hundred dollars, but for the first seven people that call text or email.
