I'm your hosts, doctor Eric Kaplan. We're talking about how to improve your brain function. There are so many ways to improve your brain functions. So let's just go over the ABC's of how to improve your brain function to function better, feel better, and live a better life.

So let's start off with a air. It's the most important thing, getting enough air and oxygen. Now, how you're going to do that? Number one? We could get some plants in your house or your home that has high producing oxygen and detoxification. You want to purify your air so many toxins, so trees, plants, bushes, all these greeneries help to detoxify the air. And what better place to detoxify your air than your own living space,

So get lots of plants. The best plants for purification for most oxygen are spider plants, snake plants, alovera plants, money plants. Those are going to produce a lot of oxygen because the more oxygen you have, the better your brain functions. The three most important areas to improve your brain function are oxygen activation and proper food and nutrition. So air oxygen are super important to maximize your brain's potential. Be breathing all right, Now that we have

more oxygen in our home, now we've got to breathe properly. I like to breathe outside. So if you can go to some forests, some trees the woods, one tree gives enough oxygen for five people, so I like to reverse that ratio. I want five trees for one person. Now I'm going to really increase my oxygen levels. This is where I'm gonna do my breathing exercises. My breathing exercise to maximize your oxygen and get rid of your carbon dioxide is to inhale for four seconds, hold it for seven seconds,

and exhale for eight seconds. That's going to maximize your oxygen. And the proper breathing technique is diaframatic breathing. So for that, when you inhale, push your belly down and out like you're a pregnant woman. And when your exhale, suck it in and squeeze all that carbon dioxide out of your lungs. The more carbon dioxide you get out of your lungs, the more room for oxygen, and that will do better breathing. You don't want to breathe

from your neck and your shoulders. That's cause accessory muscles of respiration. And if you're breathing from your shoulders or your neck, you're using the accessory muscles. What we want to do is use those primary muscles, that diaphragm. So remember when you inhale, push the diaphragm down and out, and when you exhale, push everything in to squeeze that carbon dioxide out of your body. And remember we need oxygen to live, and the plants need carbon dioxide.

So when you breathe and you're doing that long exhale, not only are you getting rid of toxic stuff in your body, but now you're giving you're giving what the what the plants need, what the flowers need, what your vegetables need, they need that carbon dioxide. So not only are you helping get rid of your bad stuff, you're giving good stuff to the environment. All right, So breathing is very important. Inhale for four seconds, hold

it for seven seconds, and exhale for eight seconds. We always want to exhale longer than we inhale, so we can get rid of that carbon dioxide, which creates an acidic environment. And all disease looves an acidic environment, whether it's heart disease, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, inflammation. They love when you have more carbon dioxide, which is going to increase in acidic environment. All right, we're up to see circulation, blood flow. So

many patients come to me, especially right now. My feet are so cold, my hands get cold so easily. My temperature is always off. That is poor circulation, that is poor blood flow. All right. The best way to get circulation is to move your body. A sedentary lifestyle will reduce circulation. And that's what most people do. They're at the computer all day at work, and they sit home at dinner, and they sit and watch

TV, even if it's the weekend. They sit at the bar, they sit at the restaurant, they sit at the movie theater, they sit at the play, they sit at the opera. Everything that you do is sitting. The commute is seated. You know, wherever you are, everyone's looking for a seat. Let's start getting up from your seat. I call it the twenty rule. So if you want to improve circation, you gotta follow

the twenty rule. Every twenty minutes, you get up for twenty seconds, move your body, and then you could go back to whatever you're doing, whether you're reading, working, watching TV, at the computer, on your cell phone. You gotta follow the twenty rule. Put an alarm on your phone because you're not gonna remember. So every twenty minutes, you get up

for twenty seconds and move your body. I don't care if it's just walking for twenty seconds, doing twenty pushups, doing twenty sit ups, doing twenty lunges, doing twenty squats, doing twenty shoulder rolls, doing twenty jumping jacks. Just do twenty seconds of some sort of movement activity. Here it was just shaking your whole body for twenty seconds, But move that body, march in place for twenty seconds. You gotta do something. You gotta move that

body. The sedentary lifestyle will kill you. Sitting is considered the new smoking. If you want to improve your brain, you want to improve your body, you want to improve your circulation, you better start moving your body. You use it or you lose it. And circulation is everything. Blood flow is everything. If you have poor circulation, you're not gonna feel good. If you have pain, that's poor circulation. It's lack a blood flow to the area. If you have a headache, that's lack of blood flow into

your brain. If you have dizziness, lack of blood flow into the head. If you have chest pains, lack of blood flow into the heart. If you have stomach pain, lack of blood flow into the gut. Right, that's why people get menstrual crams, start getting rid of all the blood. You don't improve circulation, improve blood flow. You got to move your body. So follow the twenty rule. All right, Now we're up to D. Vitamin D the most important vitamin. It's not even a vitamin,

it's actually a hormone, but is the most important vitamin. When you do blood work, you have to check your vitamin D. Most doctors say if your levels are above thirty, then your vitamin D levels are good. I want you to double that. I'm very different than most doctors. My levels when I look at blood work do not correlate to the typical lab values. And the reason why is the typical lab values are the typical Americans who are

getting blood work and These are sick Americans. These are people with heart disease, cancer, obesity, diabetes. They're always getting sick. We commune systems, liver trouble, lung trouble, dementia, memory problems. Most of the people that are getting blood work, that are going to the doctor are very sick Americans. The healthiest people are the ones that stay away from the doctors. Stay away from the surgeries, stay away from the drugs, stay away

from all the medicines. The less intervention, the better. Doctors intervene too much. I am the type of doctor that lets the body heal itself. I believe in staying away from too many aggressive therapies. When doing a medical type of treatment, you always measure the risk versus the reward. So the therapies that I choose to do have very low risk and very high reward. That is the key to choosing what type of healthcare you want to participate in.

Okay, So even with supplements, I don't want to give you too many supplements. That's not good. So medicine can be dangerous. Drugs can be dangerous, but supplements can be dangerous. So you got to look at your blood work to see what your levels are. And the thing is, almost every single person I test is vitamin D deficient up here in New Jersey and New York. Now, patients I see in other parts of the world that are closer to the equator have much higher levels of vitamin D. Number

one, they're outside more. Number two, they have more skin exposure. In America, especially in the northern latitudes, people are inside all day, and even when they're inside, their skin is covered with glasses or a hat or coat or pants. You're not gonna get vitamin D without getting the skin exposed. So instead of our vitamin D levels being normal, which is above thirty, which is a typical sick American for our patients, we like those

vitamin D levels to be double that. So we don't want thirty in our blood work. We want a level of at least sixty. Now you're looking at healthy vitamin D levels. And why is vitamin D so important. It'll help prevent Alzheimer's, that's been proven through neuroscience. It helps improve your thyroid which controls this T three and T four and all your hormones and regulation. It's going to be good for your gut health. It's gonna be good for

your mood. It's been one of the most important ways to reverse depression is vitamin D supplementation. Especially now as it's the fall and winter, people are getting less vitamin D. They're getting what's called seasonal affect disorder SAD. Seasonal

affect disorder SAD, and that's from a vitamin D deficiency. So if you have depression, one of the best things to do is take vitamin D. Now we need a quality vitamin D. For example, the best vitamin D that I personally take and give to my family and I recommend for my patients is from Apex Energetics because it has other stuff for absorption in it. It's in fat. Vitamin D does not get absorbed unless it's in fat, and

there's other cofactors that been needed. So the Apex vitamin D supplementation as all these cofactors, including calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin A, vitamin K. You need these vitamins for absorption. So when you go to the vitamin shop CBS GNC and you buy this vitamin D, it's usually a crappy vitamin D that doesn't get absorbed, full of impurities, contaminants, fillers, even food dies so it canna be very careful with supplements. Ninety five percent of

those supplements that you'll find out in the real world are unhealthy. So you only want to deal with companies when you're supplementing that are high quality and that will be prescribed by a doctor. So if you can have some you know, high school seven year old kid telling you what vitamins you need to help you sleep better, that's not good. You want to get vitamins that are recommended by your doctor who knows you, looks at your blood work and knows

exactly what you need. Don't try and sell helf medicaid with supplements that can be very dangerous. Right, So, vitamin D levels being wow is not good for your brain. So if you want to prevent dementia, prevent Alzheimer's, thyroid problems, immune system problems, make sure your vitamin D levels are normal, and not just normal compared to a typical lab value, but healthy normal, which is not just above thirty, but at least fifty, sixty,

Welcome back to boost your brain power. I'm your host, Doctor Eric Kaplan. So we're up to the letter E as far as improving your brain function. So what is E for energy?

Wow? Energy? Everybody leans about energy and the worst thing is to wake up, press the snooze alarm, get that extra seven minutes. That's not good. It's better to wake up early and exercise, even though it's hard to get out of bed in the beginning. That's going to increase your energy for the rest of your day. You don't want to just roll out of bed at all groggy. First thing is a cup of coffee on an

empty stomach. That's one of the unhealthiest things you can do. All right, we need to boost our energy by exercising in the morning when testosterone and cortisol levels are highest. You want to boost your energy by going outside during sunrise. That way, your eyes and your brain can see the sun rising and know, okay, it's time for the day to begin. It's time to increase energy. It's time to boost your brain power. But if you're

inside, you might not realize what time day it is. Conversely, when the sun is setting, you also want to go outside. Now. The brain says it's time to relax, it's time to chill out. It's time to rest, it's time to get that deep sleep. When you rest, relax and get that deep sleep, that's when you reenergize. That's when you reoxygenate. That's how you're gonna boost your energy. And when you wake up you're gonna feel well rested, so you have to use the sun. So

go outside during sun rise just for ten to twenty minutes. Go outside during sun set just for ten to twenty minutes. Make sure you do intermittent fasting, which is where you eat from ten am to six pm and you sleep from six pm to ten am. That's gonna maximize your energy because you're gonna eat during the daylight hours that's when you need energy, and you're not gonna eat during the nighttime hours when you're trying to relax and calm your nervous system

down and re energize so you're ready to go for the next day. Now we're at f fat. Speaking of energy, the best food that's gonna have the long lasting energy its fat. But we want good, healthy fat. We want the fat of a burger. We don't want milk fat. That's not good fat. That's gonna cause high cholesterol. And if you have high cholesterol, then you're gonna be more likely to take statin drugs. And if you have to take statin drugs, these cholesterol drugs, that's gonna cause dementia.

One of the leading causes dementia is statin drugs. So you don't want to have high cholesterol, and you're gonna get that from eating a lot of dairy products, eating a lot of bread products, eating a lot of unhealthy animal products. That is going to cause your cholesterol to be high, a lot of sugar. So when you eat all the white foods, the white flour, the dairy and milk, all the white foods, the sugar, we're gonna stay away from the white foods. That's going to increase your cholesterol.

Then you're gonna have to take cholesterol meds and that's gonna cause dimension. We do not want that. It also causes joint pain. So if you have a lot of aches and pains and you're on statin drugs, it could be a side effect. Remember when taking a medicine and doing any medical procedure, you measure the risk versus the reward. Hey, what's the risk of taking statin drugs? If you can reverse your cholesterol so you don't need to

take statin drugs, that's a better option. But you gotta eat healthy fat, not the unhealthy fat, not the trans fat. The trans fat is found in all those you know, potato chips and cookies and brets and in the cakes and muffins, and the croissants and the bagels, and you know all the Halloween candy and the snickers and the Three Musketeers and the twigs, and you know all these popcorn, and you know all these laized potato chips

and doritos and pringles, and these are full of trans fat. All those stuff in the boxes and the cans and the bags, all the desserts, the cookies. We gotta stay away from those trans fat. And we need to eat a lot of healthy fat. Now, what's healthy fat? Avocado, healthy fat, walnuts, healthy fat, sardines, salmon, healthy fat, eggs, healthy fat, olives, healthy fat, coconut oil, healthy fat. Those are the healthy fat. Your nerves are covered in fat.

It's called this miling sheep. People have MS multiple sclerosis. They're losing the fat off their nerves. And if you have vitamin D deficiency, you're more likely to get multiple sclerosis. People who move from Puerto Rico to Minnecan Cuba, the Caribbean, South America, and they move up to New Jersey, New York, their genes require more sunlight, more vitamin D. So when they move up to these northern latitudes, they're more likely to get multiple sclerosis

or thyroid problems because of their vitamin D deficiency. So if you have any issue with your nerves, get aeropathy, got to look at your fat. You gotta make sure you eat a lot of healthy fat, all right, and stay away from the unhealthy fat that is your friend. Years ago, decades ago, actually sugar made the fat industry the enemy. When sugar was the real enemy. Sugar was causing all this heart disease and cancer and diabetes and all, but they didn't want to blame. So they did this campaign

and they started blaming fat, and they said fat is bad. And when the government made the food pyramid, they put fat on top, have very little fat, and then they put dairy and grains on the bottoments that have a lot of milk products, a lot of bread products. So we got to do with that food perimeters, reverse it upside down, and you want to have more fat, good healthy fat, and you want to have very

little grains and dairy. Those are the unhealthy stuff. You want to be like everybody else, Eat like everybody else, Have a lot of milk, have a lot of cheese, have a lot of yogurt, have all these grains and cereal every morning, and toast and butter and oatmeal and all this regular breakfast pancakes and waffles and bagels and cream cheese. I mean, it's literally set up to make you sick. Stop eating a normal, typical American breakfast. Think outside the box. I don't care if you have a piece

of fish for breakfast that's healthy. A piece of grilled chicken that's healthy. Have some baked turkey balls that's healthy. Have a salad, have a bunch of fruit, have some walnuts, some avocados, some olives. You know, think outside the box. You don't need bread and butter for breakfast. With a cup of coffee. That is going to cause a lot of problems. That's not gonna increase your energy. That's gonna cause more health problems.

All right, So good healthy fat for breakfast is gonna give you high energy throughout the day. Okay. Now we're up to g grandparents, all right. Spend some time with the grandparents, all right. Get your kids to spend time with the grandparents. That's good for the grandparents. So it keeps them young, healthy, energized, gives them a purpose, It gets them

to think and move their bodies more and it's good for the grandkids. So they learn, they get love, they get affection, they get socialization, they get touch and hugs and hold handing and kisses, and that's going to boost their brain power. That's going to improve your mood, reduce anxiety depression. It's good for the grandparents. It's good for the grandkids. We have

to be social. Human beings are social beings. So spend time with your family by unplugging the TV, the cell phone, the computer, and spend time with your grandkids and your grandparents to boost your brain power to function better, feel better, and live a better life. This is doctor Eric Kaplan

I'm your host, doctor Eric Caplan. We're going through the alphabet. We're up to h heart your heart health. Your heart health is very important. And what do you have to do is exercise.

You gotta do aerobic exercise, and you gotta do anaerobic exercise. That means doing exercise where you start sweating, where you feel your heart beating. And a lot of my patients say, oh, well, I do a lot of walking all the time, and I'm always moving, always doing errands, and I'm always moving my body and I'm not sedentary. Yes, that's good. Sitting down is the worst thing for your heart. That sedentary lifestyle will kill your heart, right, that's say we said, sitting is the

new smoking. So if you want to get heart attacks or strokes, just sit down all day. That's the worst thing for your heart. Stress is the worst thing for your heart. That's why people have heart attacks Monday morning more than any other time, because they're in stress mode. You want to prevent heart attack, you want to prevent stroke, want to bring down your high blood pressure. You have to reduce stress, right, and you gotta

exercise. You gotta do aerobic and anaerobic. So exercise where your heart's beating. You start sweating right, not just walking, but do a little sprint. You can do it, you know, a fifty yard dash and then walk a little bit fifty yard dash, then walk a little bit. That way, you're getting your heart going really fast. Right, Run up that hill, run up those stairs. Challenge yourself. The heart needs to be used. You use it or you lose it, just like your brain,

just like your muscles. You gotta use your heart. You gotta challenge it. You gotta challenge it, make it work. You gotta get that heart beating fast. Then you gotta challenge your muscles. You gotta do weight resistant exercise. That's also important, not just running or biking or climbing, but also gotta do weight resistant exercises. You gotta buy some weights, you gotta go to the gym, or you gotta use your own body weight. Do some pushups or some pull ups. You know, you could use your own

body weight for weight resistance. Didn't exercises, but make sure you not only get aerobic where you're sweating and your heart beating, but also you get the weight resistant exercise that's gonna boost your mood, that's gonna boost your brain power. You gotta walk in pharmacy in your muscles. When you challenge your muscles, that will boost your brain power. I Intermittent fasting. We talked about that before. It's so important for your brain function and your body function and

your detoxification. If we're constantly eating, your body doesn't have time to get rid of the bad stuff. So, you know, when we think thousands of years ago, you know, our ancestors weren't eating all the time. They didn't wake up, you know, at six in the morning, seven in the morning, and eat right away, and then eat breakfast, and then eat a snack and the lunch and then another snacking and dinner and then snack at night. You know, that they didn't eat all day. They

ate during the daylight hours. That's why it's best for intimate and fasting to eat from ten am to six pm, and then you want to sleep from six pm to ten am. Therefore you could detox, you could reoxygenate, re energize. Jay juicing. A lot of people think juicing is healthy. Juicing is not healthy. Juicing takes away all the healthy stuff. It gets rid of all the fiber, all the nutrients, and keeps all the sugar

the bad stuff. Actually, if you want to juice, the best way to juice is after your juice, you pour out the juice and you eat all the scraps, all the fiber. That's where the good stuff is. If you want to do some sort of drink in the morning, do blending. When you blend, you keep in all the fiber. Juicing you get rid of all the fiber, and fiber helps us with our digestion and all the best nutrients are in that skin. So don't think juicing is healthy.

Blending is a much better option. But ultimately you want to eat the whole foods. You want to start the digestive process in your mouth. Hey, vitamin K we said you need vitamin K for vitamin D absorption. Almost all those vitamin d's out there do not have vitamin K for absorption and don't have the fat for absorption. Ll love. You have to have some love in your life, to family, your friends. We cannot be isolated, cannot

be on social media. That's not friendship. You have to have real experiences in the real world with real love. So I don't care if it's just one or two people that have love in your life, but you need some love in your life. Your brain will die off without love, without relationships, without connections. If you don't have human connections, you will not have brain connections. We need love. We need to hold hands, we need to kiss, we need to hug. We don't at least oxytocin the love

hormone. You can even if you don't have people to be friends with. Get a dog that will release the love hormone. But create these connections with touch, connection, love, cuddling, kissing. That's going to really boost your brain power, m memory. You gotta challenge your brain. Stop using googling, YouTube for everything. Start thinking the technology makes you stupid. It's called digital dementia. So challenge yourself on purpose. Remember somebody's phone number that

would be very surprised. Remember your grocery list, remember somebody's address. Don't just put it in the GPS. Don't just look in your phone book, don't just google it. Challenge yourself. I don't care if it takes an extra few minutes. But your memory will get worse if you don't challenge it. So people don't use their memory anymore. That's why their memory gets worse. That has nothing to do with age. Stop letting people tell you your

memory gets worse with age. That's not true. You just stop challenging your brain. You stop going to school, you stop learning. So if you want your memory to improve, you've got to challenge your memory. You use it or you lose it. And nutrition, you gotta eat each color of the rain every day, something that's red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. And remember we said avoid the white food. Proper nutrition is eating all the colors. Get your fruits and veggies, don't juice,

get all the fiber. So you get all your fruits and veggies, get all your different colors, and stay away from the white food. Okay, Oh, organic, you want to buy organic, especially in America, all the foods are sprayed with all these chemicals, these herbicides, pesticides, round up. I mean that's been linked to cancer, autoimmune disease. You know, we got to get rid of all these chemicals. So you have to buy organic. If you know you don't have enough money or organic and you

need to save a few bucks, buy organic. And the stuff that you eat the skin the peel, like a strawberries and blueberries and apples and grapes. The stuff that you don't eat the peel bananas, avocado, watermelon, canal, low ponydew, oranges. That you can get away with not having as much organic because you're not going to get as much chemicals and sprays into the fruits and the veggies there all right, but if you're eating the peel, make sure you buy organic. You gotta pay that extra money, you

know, take it away from something else that's unhealthy. But it's super important, especially in America, to buy organic and your meats too, you know, don't get these conventional burgers and steaks and chicken and turkey. Get organic so they're not have these chickens and eggs full of hormones and different antibiotics and steroids. And you know you got to have good healthy animal products if you eat that, So get organic, get grass fed meat, get wild fish.

That's the best way to eat. Spend that extra money. There's nothing more important than your health, So spend your money on your health. Pee protein. Everyone thinks, you know you need so much protein, protein, protein, protein protein. You're gonna get your protein all right. Most people in America, we have so much food just in our vegetables enough, there's enough protein there. But you don't have to eat a lot of meat. You know, I put patrons that are vegetarians. They get plenty of protein.

Right. You don't have to count the protein. If you want to have protein shakes you like to exercise, don't get way protein that's really bad, or rice protein or milk protein. Just get vegetable protein. Pea protein's the best. So if you're gonna get a protein shake, get a pea protein shake. That's the best way to do it. So for a protein, you know, you don't have to count your carbs versus your fats,

versus your proteins. All you have to do is keep it real simple, where you eat all the colors of the rainbow and you avoid all the white foods. Okay, but you get actually proteins and spinach. You don't need to eat a lot of meat to get a lot of protein. All right. That's the best news is that you could do all your protein in just your vegetables. You don't have it. But if you are going to eat the meat that is, we said, make sure you buy organic. All

right, So don't eat you know, this crappy meat. If you eat meat that's full of drugs, then you're taking the drugs. If you eat a cow that's anxious, then you're gonna be anxious. If you eat a cow that's depressed, you're going to be depressed. If you eat a cow that's not getting exercise, you're gonna get you know, fat and weak. So you are what you eat. So by organic, buy healthy foods.

That's how you get good nutrition for your protein. If you don't eat meat, you can get it from nuts and seeds plenty of protein and beans and lentils and you know, peas and stuff like that. Okay, all right, que cursed tin. That's a good way to boost your immune system. So when we're coming into flu season, we're worried about covid. If you

start getting the sniffles or something. Curse tin is a good supplement that has many great health benefits including immune system, inflammation, cardiovascular health, to even avoid some allergy symptoms. So that is one of the best supplements you could take to boost your immune system for flue season. That's Q for cursitin Okay. Now, yet our radiation, so there's so much radiation in the world, from our microwave ovens, to the cell phone radiation, to all these

X rays and cat scans and pet scans. So much radiation. Now we have these wireless earplugs, those earphones that we use that are wireless, they have radiation too. So it's better to use the wire headphones if you need to use the music or you want to talk on the phone. But don't use those bluetooth wireless headpieces. It's too much radiation. We have so much radiation. Going into Starbucks, you're getting radiated, you know, go to the airport, you get ready, go to the dentist, you get radiated.

The cell phone, the Wi Fi is the five G towers. There's radiation everywhere. And we're volunteering doing let's do all these X rays and catscans and pet scans, and a lot of doctors are doing it. And they even do radiation to kill cancer and stuff, and that kills all these other healthy tissues as well. So don't microwave and stand right next to the microwave. The radiation kills all your food. You don't need microwave ovens. Nobody

should have a microwave oven. We have convection ovens, and we got these toaster ovens, and you got the air fryers. You have all these ways, easy quick ways to cook your food fast. So it's not you have to wait hours to cook. So you can use a regular toaster oven to bake, to broil, to toast, to warm it up, to heat it up. You don't need microwaves. Get rid of the microwaves. The radiation denature's everything. It kills the food. Gets rid of the nutritional value,

kills water. You know, radiation is really bad. Stay away from the microphone, Stay away from your cell phone. Don't put your cell phone near your head, don't put it in your front pocket while the Wi Fi is on and near five g's on. Anytime your cell phone is on, you turn on airplane mode to reduce radiation. They take these n acids because they have acid reflux or gird difficulties, sleeping, stuff like

that. So we do not like and acids. Those cause a lot of trouble because your stomach acid is the way you absorb your nutrients. It's the way you fight bad stuff for your immune system. So you know, when you have less stomach acid, you're more likely to get viruses or boutia. When you have less stomach acid, you're more likely to have digestive problems ibs ulcerat of colitis, Chrohn's disease. A lot of these are because you don't

have enough stomach acid and you're not absorbing your nutrients. You're not breaking down the bad stuff. We can check to see your stomach acid by looking at blood work. So many people with anemia, iron anemia, B twelve anemia, folate anemia has nothing to do with not eating foods or taking supplementation or being a vegetarian. It has to do with absorption. And you don't have enough stomach acid, and that could be because you don't have enough vagus nerve

activation. So we definitely want to, you know, make sure your stomach acid is in order. So if you have digestive problems, we need to analyze that. And I'm gonna go over in a few minutes on how to analyze that. T twenty one straight days to rewire the brain and a process called neuroplasticity. You've got to create a habit of twenty one days. So if you want to get rid of coffee, you got to get rid of it for twenty one straight days. You want to get in a good exercise

routine, you gotta do it for twenty one straight days. You want to start doing brain exercise every day, you gotta do it for twenty one straight days. You want to get good effects of not having drey, you gotta do it for twenty one straight days. That is the magic number. Do things, get these good habits for twenty one straight days. Then you could slack off a little bit. Because you've rewired your brain. You're creating a

long term effect there. So when you have a goal, let's say, hey, I want to start exercising every day, do it for that first twenty one straight days. Now your brain gets used to it. Now your brain likes it, now it requires it. Then you could take off a little bit. It's not going to be a big deal, but do it

for twenty one straight days. You underactive brain that can cause depression, low motivation, lack of focus, or it could be an overactive brain that could create insolomnia, anxiety, the mind's racing, so we have to figure out which side of the brain is underactive and which side is overactive. The best test to figure that out, it's called a VNG video and nostography that will literally tell us which areas of the brain are underactive that needs stimulation, and

which areas are overactive. It's a non invasive test, no radiation. It takes about ten to fifteen minutes to do. You wear these infrared goggles that measure your eye movements and can tell us which areas need to be stimulated and which areas need to be relaxed. twenty one dollars. All right, let's go to v so V. We have what's called viruses, bacteria, allergies, parasites. These can actually get into your system and attack your brain. Now, how are you going to know if that is happening. One way to do it is called a qEEG brain mapping, So that will literally tell us if there was a past history of some pathology, if you have white matter inflammation caused by these attacks,

if you have intestinal problems. This qee G brain mapping literally tells everything. Do you have depression, do you have anxiety? Do you have insomnia? Do you have troubles with memory? Do you have troubles shifting? Tests you have anger? Do you have aggression? Do you have short term memory, long term memory loss? Do you have a concussion, heavy metals a pathology?

Like I said, do you have these viruses attacking you? So the best test to see your overall brain function and if you do have a bacteria that's attacking your brain, it's going to tell us which areas of the brain are most damaged. That's the qEEG brain mapping. Okay. It will literally break down all the different areas of your brain, the frontal cortex, the

parietal cortex, the temporal the cerebellum, the brain stem. So it tells us, hey, what's going on in your brain by measuring all the different brain waves, the alpha, the beta, the theta, the delta. All you have to do is where this cap looks like a swimmer's cap. Again, non invasive, no radiation at all, takes only about fifteen minutes to do. And what we do is you measure all these brain waves and it could tell us where your brain problems are coming from. Do you have

low dopamine, low acidocoline? Do you have prouble with sleep deprivation? Do you have trouble with shifting tasks? You have sensory issues, ringing in the ears, you have headaches and dizzyness and balance problems. It breaks down everything. This is the best non invasive test you can do. I highly recommend it.
