You're listening to boost your brain power. We're going to go over the best ways to improve your body's function, to feel best and improve your quality of life. There's a few basic necessities that must be reviewed to achieve optimal health. Number one is good clean water. Number two is good

clean air, and number three is good clean food. Let's go over the air first. The air is so important. The oxygen is so important. One tree has enough oxygen for five people. So the more time you spend around trees in the woods, in the forest, going hiking, going in the mountains, you're gonna get more oxygen. Oxygen is the key to your health. If you want to get rid of bacteria, viruses, parasites, worms, yeast, they all get suffocated by oxygen. So if you increase

your oxygen levels, you're going to decrease your chance of getting infected. Now, the oxygen in the air is about twenty percent, Okay, most of the air is nitrogen and carbon dioxide, and the key is to change that ratio and get more oxygen and less carbon dioxide. Now, how do we do that? The best way is to do a breathing exercise. The best breathing exercise is to inhale for four seconds, hold it for seven seconds, and exhale for eight seconds. You always want to exhale longer because the longer

you exhale, the more carbon dioxide you get rid of. The more carbon dioxide you get rid of, the more room for oxygen into your lungs. The more your lungs can expand the greater amount of oxygen it can intake or inhale. Now, one way to improve oxygen in your lungs is to do that breathing exercise. So when you do the inhale for four hold it for seven exhale for eight You want to minimally do it three times and repeat it three times a day so you don't have to do a half hour of breathing.

You know, it just takes you less than a minute to do it, but you gotta do it three times a day. Inhale for four seconds, hold it for seven seconds, exhale for eight seconds. Another way to increase the amount of oxygens your lungs inhale. Besides being in nature and being around a lot of trees is getting plants for your house or your apartment. The best plants that purify your air, that give you the lowest oxygen, the biggest bang for your buck are money plants, spider plants, snake plants,

and alo vera plants. Those are going to be the best for purification, to increase oxygen, decrease carbon dioxide, and make sure that you put all your planes together. Plants they're like human beings. They like to be social. They want to be around other plants. They don't want to be in isolation. So you don't want to put one plant in one corner, another plant in another room, and another plant on the opposite side, another plant in another room. That's not good. You want all in the same

area, all together. And that's what you're gonna do inside your house. Outside, we want to be in nature. Okay, Now, what else could you do to increase oxygen levels. You can work on your posture. Most people have poor posture, and the poor posture is usually their head going forward it called a forward ontalgia, and their shoulders rolling in. That's an

internal rotation of your shoulder joint. The more your shoulders are rolled in, the more your chin is tucked down towards your chest, the harder it is to breathe. And you guys can practice that. So kind of slouch down, look down and try and take a big breath. It's hard, but now bring your shoulders back, look up, take a big breath. You can get a lot more oxygen in there. So the posture is key. Always be aware of your posture. If you're reading a book, rest your

elbows on the table and hold the book upright. Don't put it flat down on the desk so you're looking down. When you're working at the computer, make sure the monitor is eye level. If you're looking straight ahead, you should be looking at two thirds the height of the computer screen. You don't want the monitored down now. Posturally, you want your shoulders relaxed and your

elbows bent at ninety degrees when you're typing or using your mouth. So if the keyboard or the mouse is too high, you're going to raise up your shoulders. So we want the keyboard low. You get one of those slides out keyboard holders, so you want to really low so that your shoulders can be relaxed. Your elbows could be at ninety degrees and your wrist can be

straight. That is called proper workstation ergonomics. And if you do the proper workstation ergonomics, you're going to take some of that tension off your back, shoulders, and neck, and you're going to improve your posture and you're going to increase your oxygen levels. So you have to be super aware of your posture and your alignment. Sometimes you might need a manipulation of your joints.

We can do that through adjustments of your spine where I can actually take my hand move the bones in their proper position, open up the spaces, bring back the shoulder joints, improve the curve of your neck so that your posture improves, your alignment improves, and best of all, your lungs can expand more and you could get better respiration. And you get better respiration, you get increased oxygen levels, you get increased oxygen levels, you get decreased carbon

dioxide levels. Carbon is acidic and disease loves in acidic environment. So if you have too much carbon dioxide, that makes you more prone to severe diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, lung diseases, kidney disease, infections, bacteria, virus, yeast infections, mold parasites. They love carbon dioxide. They breed that stuff just like we breathe the oxygen. These bad substances, these pathological problems are going to achieve higher function and

create more damage if you have less oxygen and more carbon dioxide. So what are other ways to improve your oxygen? Number one is their diaphragm. We have to improve your diaformatic movements. If your diaphragm is stuck, it's not gonna move down, and your lungs aren't going to expand. If your diaphragm is stuck, it's not gonna move up, and you might have some sid reflux, hyatol, hernia, digestive problems, cebow, there's lots of issues

if your diaphragm isn't moving up and down properly. Now, what's an exercise you could do on your own to improve diaformatic movements. What you do is, while you're doing your breathing exercises, focus on your belly and be a belly breather. And what I mean by that is as you inhale, you're gonna push your belly down and out. You're gonna really try and push it down and make yourself look like you're pregnant, a big pregnant belly. You're

gonna push your stomach down and out. That is gonna help move your diaphragm down. Conversely, when you do your breathing exercise and it is time to exhale, now you're gonna suck everything in and you're gonna push your breath out. That's gonna squeeze all that carbon dioxide out and you're gonna make it less. Double the inhale, So if you're inhaling for four seconds, you're exhaling for eight seconds. Therefore, you're gonna get rid of all that carbon dioxide

and you're gonna maximize your oxygen intake. That is going to going to increase your oxygen levels to function better, fetl better, and live a better life. Oxygen is necessary for life. That's why they're always looking for oxygen on another planets and say he is there oxygen because that's how we breathe. We

need lots and lots of oxygen all right. Now the problem is what if the air is polluted all right, So there's lots of pollution, especially lots of my listeners that live in New York City, or they live in Philadelphia or Trenton or Jersey City where there's a lot of pollution Newer and stuff like that. So what you're doing is you're inhaling a lot of toxic chemicals. And it might be from factories, it might be from the car, it

might be from people spraying things. There might be a lot of reasons that air can be polluted, not just you know, wildfires from Canada, you know, stuff like that. There's gonna be a lot of things that going to pollute the air, Okay, So unfortunately, some of them aren't under our control. In fact, sometimes the government is even spraying chemicals in the

air. They have a process called neuro geoengineering weather control. So what they're trying to do to prevent global warming, they're spraying these chemicals in the air to reflect the sunlight. But it's poisoning our air. It's very scary. They're thinking about spraying these chemicals to kill the spotted lantern flies. So I don't want them to do that, you know, I don't want these chemicals

sprayed in the air. A lot of times the government sprays chemicals in the air and doesn't tell you, even illegally, they are required too, So you might want to invest in a good air purification system in addition to getting your plants. You can buy you know at home depot or something like that, little hardware at stores. Maybe support your local mom and pop shop rather than get it on Amazon or Target or one of these big places. You

know. The idea is to purify the air. You got to change the filter frequently to make sure you don't keep recirculating unhealthy air, all right, so that you not only you want to breathe properly, not only you want a good posture. Not only do you want to have good plants in your house and focus on your diaframatic breathing. But there's a lot of other things you could do, such as air purification systems to clean the air for things

that we don't have control of, but don't purposely poison your air. Don't light all these candle and incense and you know, stuff that the sprays, the glade sprays, or the fbreeze sprays, or perfumes or colognes, and even though this stuff smells good, it's toxic for your air, it's toxic for your lungs. Don't do those plugging glade sprays or those you know,

car hanging trees that have the different chemical smells. And you know, there's so many chemical smells out there, and they're in soaps, and they're in deodorants, and they're in shampoos and conditioners, and a lot of these fake chemicals we inhale and creates dysfunction in our lungs and eventually our brain. So

we have to focus on reducing the amount of chemical exposure. Clean our air, do those breeding exercises, be in nature, buy some good plants, get that purification system, focus on your posture and your alignment, and then you're going to breathe better, increase your oxygen levels, decreasing your sickness, increasing your immune system, improving your brain function, your memory, your focus,

your energy. It is without a doubt one of the most important things to improve your health and well being is clean air and good amount of oxygen to function better, feel better, and live a better life more when we

air. Number two is clean water. We have to drink clean water in the beginning of mankind, and that's how most people died drinking dirty water, parasites and bacteria. In fact, that's how polio started by drinking dirty water. In fact, you get polio when there's oop in the water. So

before proper sanitation, and people still do this in third world countries. They might poop near a water supply and then the poop gets into the water and then they might drink it or and they might clean their food with it, or they might chow with it, or might get in their bodies. Somehow,

dirty poop water is how holio was spread. Now, once the country started cleaning the water, started having indoor plumbing, started having sanitation rules, you know, having those door toilets, having you know, good waste removal. It's all about the sanitation. Once countries fix their sanitation, clean the water, most of the diseases that were killing people, including polio, went

down. All the numbers went down. So a lot of you know, people will have you think that the reason polio was eliminated was because of the vaccine. However, the truth is it is because of sanitation because people aren't drinking dirty poop water. In countries where they are drinking dirty poop water, they're still is polio. So that's why you can have people in America and places where they have very clean water, even if they're not vaccinated. They're

not gonna get polio because they're not they're not drinking dirty water. Now, if you're drinking dirty water, then you're at risk for it. Right, So we want to clean our water. When you need sanitation, we need water filtration devices. You might want to look into reverse osmosis. You might want to look into a can in water filter. That's one of the better ones where you could actually change your pH levels. So you want more alkaline

water as opposed to acidic water. Most of those bottled waters you get in the supermarket, those are acidic. You don't want acidic water. Remember we said we want alkaline. If you have high carbon dioxide, that's acidic. And cancer lives in a cidic environment. Heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, lung disease, they all love acidic environments. So we want to make

sure our water is alkaline. Okay, you want reverse osmosis, and then you want to put in some minerals or you want the can in filter. Put in some minerals. All right, you can get distilled water which has nothing in it. But then you add the minerals. Okay, you can get a Berkie filter. Those are probably the best. You know, you got the canyon, you got the berkie, you got reverse osmosis, you could get distilled, and then you add the minerals. So that's the safest

way to clean your water. You gotta get those filters. You gotta take out all the bad stuff. There's lead in water, there's mercury in water. There's pharmaceutical products that are in the water. I mean there's glyphosate, which is round up that's in the water. I remember, any stuff they spray in the air goes into the water. So when it rains it and

there's the airs polluted, it's bringing all that pollution into the water. Sometimes they even put fluoride in the water on purpose, and they're saying, hey, let's put in fluoride because that's gonna get your teeth strong and your bone strong. You know, I haven't had fluoride in thirty years, never had a cavity. There is no reason to have fluoride. You want to keep

your teeth strong, you want to keep your bone strong. Make sure you got vitamin D, make sure you got good levels of calcium in your blood. Make sure you have good magnesium phosphorus. These are the key, all right. You gotta keep your minerals, you gotta keep your vitamins and tip top shape. To keep your bone strong, you gotta do weight resistant exercises. The number one way to prevent osteoporosis and osteopenia is guess what weight resistant

exercises And you don't need you to actual weights. Push ups and ups and lunges and squats you can do. You know where you used the chair. You can use bands, you can use any resistance, a belt, but you don't need weights. If you have weights, great because that is your best defense. That is your best way to prevent osteoporosis at osteopenias to do weight resistant exercise. Okay. Now, other ways to clean your water is to make sure that you don't have any toxic chemicals in there. Okay.

Fluoride is just one of them. Lead is just one of them. A lot of the old schools still have lead in the water, you know. So you can get even a water bottle filter from you know, one of those companies I was mentioning before that will filter out the water even if you go to school. Right, So let's say if you have a child that's in school and they use the water fountain, you can get them at one of these burky water bottles that will filter out the lead and the chlorine and

all that bad metallic taste that you can taste in the water. Right. So water is key to your health, and when you drink water is also important. You want to drink on an empty stomach. So right first thing in the morning, you get a bunch of either reverse osmosis, you get your distilled water, you're filtered water, and you put a pinch of pink kimelay in salt. That's called solay water because it gives you the minerals.

I like warm water. I like to squirt some lemon in it or lime just for some taste, and then add the pink Kimalayan salt and you do that on an empty stomach. You're supposed to drink half your body weight and ounces. So if you weigh one hundred and sixty pounds, you need to drink eighty ounces of water every single day, and right in the morning,

get at least sixteen ounces right away with that solay filtered water. Pinkimelan salt plus the lemon, warm water sixteen ounces on an empty stomach best way to start in your morning. Much better than a cup of coffee. If you drink coffee on an empty stomach, that is a recipe for disaster. That's gonna create a lot of acidic environment, acid reflux, anxiety. You're gonna crash later, You're gonna lose your energy. It's gonna affect your sleep,

You're not gonna be able to think properly. Let's start switching out of that coffee every morning. Start doing something new. Try the sola water, Try some uh, maybe some hot tea instead. Just get a big piece of ginger. Squeeze some lemon in there, or take some apple, cut it in half, put some cinnamon stick. So get a ginger lemon tea or an apple cinnamon tea. Put some you know, winter green leaves in there,

so you can make your own teas and have something hot. You know now that it's almost fall in winter time and you want something hot in the morning, or you get a mushroom tea. Get some dandelion tea with cinnamon and chickory root. A lot of people say that even tastes like coffee, But there's so many options. You don't need dunk indulgence. You don't need Starbucks. That stuff is crap. It's so unhealthy. You do not want to cause your own health problems. So drink your water empty stomach. Drink

it a half hour before each meal. Drink halfier body weight in ounces. If you're on your period, you gotta drink more water. If you're sick, you got a headache, drink more water. If you drink alcohol, you gotta drink more. If you drink coffee, you gotta drink more. Those are dehydrating, those are diuretics. If you're working out, you gotta drink more. So want clean water, and we also want to drinkrink water at the appropriate time. That is super important to function better, feel better,

We're talking about ways to improve your body, improve your brain to function best and feel best. One of the best ways is to make sure you have clean air. Make sure you have good oxygen levels. Another way is to make sure you

drink the proper amount of water. Not only the proper amount, Let's make sure the water is clean and then make sure you drink it on an empty stomach. You don't want to drink water after a meal. That makes it much harder to digest, so you want to drink it first thing in the morning, a half hour before each meal, and then at nighttime as well. You should be able to drink a big glass of water right before bedtime

and not wake up to pea if your brain is functioning right. The thing that's really gonna get you up to pee more than drinking water is eating food at night. If you eat food at night, that is going to increase cortisol. That's the stress hormone that's gonna affect your kidney, your bladder, your prostate, and that is going to get you up in the middle of the night to pee because your levels are abnormal. So it's not drinking water at night that gets you up to peanut at night, it's eating food at

night. So you want to basically you want to stop eating four hours before bedtime. So the ideal time to sleep is ten pm to six am, and the ideal time to eat is ten am to six pm, So that gives you four hours from your last meal at six pm to bedtime at ten pm. If you do that, that is going to decrease the amount of times you have to get up in the middle of the night to pee, because if you get your sleep interrupted, that's going to weaken your body.

So you need proper sleep. There's twenty four hours a day. Eight hours should be sleep eight hours should be work and eight hours should be fun. You gotta have fun too. It can't just be work sleep, work, sleep, work, sleep, and you get depressed, you'll get anxious, you won't be in a good mood, you won't function good, you won't think properly. You gotta have fun. Everyone's too serious right now. And I know there's a lot of serious things going on in the world. I

know about Ukraine, I know about Israel. Now, they're worried about China going into Taiwan, about inflation, We're worried about racism. We're worried about COVID, We're worried about police brutality, political corruption. I know, I get it. There's a lot of bad stuff going on, and not even human stuff, even just natural disasters, you know, hurricanes, tornadoes,

earthquakes, volcanoes, fires, There's always something to worry about. That's why you got to turn off the news, get out of that stress mode. Don't watch the TV, don't be on social media all the time, Start

being more relaxed, start having more fun. If you're bored, listen to some music, read a book, listen to a funny podcast, go take the dog for a walk, find a sport, take a dance lesson, take a musical instrument lesson, take an art class, go out with an old friend, make a phone call to a family member, write somebody a nice letter, meditate. You know, you could do anything besides turning on

that TV. That's gonna be the worst thing for you. And it's not even if you're watching the news, which is by far the worst, but even the programming stuff, where it's like they have written scripts. They're always making you worry. There's zombies killing you, and there's people fighting, and there's murders and there's raves and so even just the regular TV programming is pretty brutal. It's like all the best shows that people watch the most are about

people dying, cops scaling people, drug dealers, disasters. You know, there's not many feel good shows anymore. It's all about, you know, things blowing up and danger and fear. And it's everywhere. You turn off the TV. There's fear on the radio, you turn off the radio. There's fear in the newspaper. You throw away the newspaper. There's fear on social media. You turn off social media. It's Google on the internet. And then you get rid of that that it's on the billboards and then it's

on you know it's and then your friends are talking about it. It's like, oh my god, it's everywhere. So you've got to distance yourself from people who talk about all the disasters. We're always worrying, they're always quoting the new stations. That is going to make you more stressed out than ever. All right, so stop eating at night because that is going to interrupt your sleep and it's going to put you more in stress levels. Right.

So we talked about clean water very important, clean air and oxygen is very important, and clean food is very important. And unfortunately we have the dirtiest food on the planet. I am not exaggerating America. The United States of America literally has the dirtiest food, the most chemicals, the most food dyes, the most preservatives. All these products are banned in other countries. Actually, just read this morning that California has banned skittles starting in twenty twenty seven.

I believe, so they're not gonna be allowed to sell skittles anymore. Those food dyes from skittles are toxic chemicals that have been linked to cancer. We don't want you to get cancer. So stop eating skittles. Stop eating all these foods with food dyes. Right, what's the commercial for skittles. They say eat the rainbow, And I'm always telling patients to eat the rainbow, but not through food dye. You have to eat the rainbow through nature.

So something that's red, have some red strawberries. Something that's orange, have some carrots. Something that's yellow, have some squash, something that's green, have some spinach. Something that's blue, have some blueberries. Something that's purple, have purple onions. So there are you can eat all the colors of the rainbow, just with your fruits and vegetables, and that's how you get all your nuchients. But we gotta make sure we avoid all the chemicals

in the food. The worst chemical in the food is called gliphasp or as you guys might know it round up. That's the herbicide that they spray on all all the foods. They spray it on your lawn kill all the weeds. So it's killing bugs, it's killing weeds, preventing your fruit and veggies from being eaten. Guess what it's doing to your body. That's right, And it's been linked to cancer, leukemia, galipasate has been linked to leukemia.

In fact, the company that owns gliphasate, which is actually Beggar, the pharmaceutical company, because they bought out Monsanto. So Beyar owns Monsanto, which produces this galiphisate and the glycysate. It's in the corn, it's in the wheat, it's everywhere. It's in the soy. I mean you know, it's in the water. I was telling you guys before. It's everywhere. And literally Beyer is losing millions and millions of dollars in lawsuits from people

who get cancer and they're winning. So it's literally been proven over and over and over again that it causes cancer. It's beenned in all these other countries because it causes cancer. Yet in America, they don't care about your health. Your government is not here to protect you. They do not care about your health. If they did, they would ban g life estate. If they did, they would ban all these food dyes, they would ban all

these artificial sweeteners. Aspertain, they just came out a couple of in August that aspertain is now considered safe. And we always have known that it causes cancer, and other countries now it causes cancer, but non in America, the FDA, the who, they say that it doesn't cause cancer, and aspertain is safe for human consumption, and all your diet sodas, your diet, snapples, your diet, your sugar free garms, your sugar free foods

full of aspertain. It's toxic. It'll cause aneurysms in your brain. It will cause autoimmune disease, inflammation, headaches, dizzyness, blurry vision, brain fog. I don't want any of that, So I for one, I'm

gonna avoid as pertain. Also can avoid glycossate and food dies. Even if our country doesn't care about us and doesn't ban this stuff and lets our children be poisoned, I am here to educate you and to educate your children and say, hey, don't buy that stuff, don't have it in your house, make sure you're healthy, and be a good influence for your children. So you've got to get rid of all the toxic chemicals in your food.

You know, most countries in Europe they don't use preservatives. You know, when I went to Italy and Spain, I ate the bread there, I ate the corn there and the soy there because it wasn't as bad as it is in America, and I did not get sick. When I eat that stuff, I get all congested, I get brain foggy, I break out. I gain a few extra pounds when I go there. I ate all that stuff, and I lost weight even though I ate so much more. I ate more of the bad foods, all that bread and all that stuff,

but actually lost weight. My wife too. We had all this crap that were not used to eating when we were in Europe, but we lost weight. There was no preservatives. Everything was natural, it was picked that morning. Everything was fresh, it was home cooked meals. Here everything's preserved, and you could be eating stuff you know weeks old that they just used

preservatives in there, right, and your body can't break it down. So we got to avoid the preservatives, avoid the artificial sweeteners of avoid the food dies, all the chemicals, and the food stay away from the boxes, the cans, and the bags. Now for the natural vegetable and fruit, the chemicals are going to be the worst. For the foods that you eat. The peel or the skin like strawberries you eat the whole thing. Blueberries you eat the whole thing. Grapes you eat the whole thing, or apples

or pears or nectaries. Those you eat the skin, you eat the inside. So those you really want to buy organic. The ones that are gonna have the least chemicals are ones with the big peel or skim, avocado, banana, watermelon, canalope, honeydew, lemon, ln so those are well protected from the chemicals that are sprayed. But make sure you know when you get a home, you clean it because even when you cut it, if you cut the peel and then it goes into the food, you're gonna be

spreading some of those chemicals in there. So when you buy your fruits and vegetables, what you do is you get home, put it in a big container, a big bowl, fill it up with water, put some baking soda in there, and the baking soda is gonna make out all the chemicals, all the bad stuff. Then you dump out the bad water, you know, put some fresh water in it just to spray off all the leftover stuff, and that will get rid of a lot of the chemicals there,

all right. So put whether you have the large peel or not, put everything in that big bowl with the baking soda to get rid of the chemicals. If you're trying to save a few bucks by organic with the ones where you eat the peel and buy the conventional ones that have the big peel that you're not eating. That's to eat the cleanest food. You want to eat

all the colors of the rainbow. Plus you want to avoid all the white foods, the sugar, the dairy, the pasta, the bread, the rice, the potatoes, all those crackers and cereals and muffins and croissants and bales and toes. Get rid of all the white foods, start making more color in your diet. This is doctor Eric. You're listening to boot boost

She had Alzheimer disease, and she every time I saw a visit her once or twice a year, Eric, I just want

to die. I just want to die. Can this just end? She was in a wheelchair, in a diaper. She needs somebody to clean her. She couldn't remember anything. She was miserable. So I became passionate about Alzheimer's. I became very passionate about improving people's brain function and proving their memory and their focus and their health because I don't want other people to suffer like my grandma. Don It doesn't have to be the last ten years of your

life you're miserable. They could be amazing last ten years of life, because it's quality of life. But you gotta put in the effort. You gotta figure out where your weaknesses is, where you're going wrong. Is it your diet? Is it your exercise? Is it your sleep? Is it your water? Is it your air? Is it your environment? Is it your job? Is it your family? Is it your eyes? Is it your brain? Is it your heart? Is it your leaky gut? Is it your autoimmune disease? Is it your five my alge? I mean, we

gotta figure out where the problem is. The best test to figure out where the problem is is called a q EEG brain mapping. This is a very cool test because there's no radiation, there's no contrast fluid that you have to take. You don't have to sit in some small tube for half an hour. This is a very easy test. All you have to do is wear a cap. It looks like a swimmer's cap, but it's got a lot of electrodes that are all over your head and brain, and it's measuring all

your different brain waves. It's measuring your alpha brain waves U alpha brain waves is how you are normally most of the day. And measure your beta, your beta brain waves. That's when you really gotta think. You core, take in the SATs. You're at a job interview. You know, you really gotta remember somebody's phone number that you're telling you. So that's the beta. That's when you really got to focus and you gotta think, gotta use

your brain. Data is like you're daydreaming. You know, you're just looking out the window, you know, just kind of thinking about life, looking at the birds, you know, listen to the wind blow. You're kind of in La la land that paid attention to anything. That's data. It's like the daydreaming state. And then you got delta. That delta brain waves that's when you're sleeping. That's when everything's shut off and calm and relax.

It's got alpha beta, you got theta, you got delta. The qEEG brain mapping measures all these different brain waves, and like I said, with no radiation and all the different locations, and based on the location of the

abnormal brain waves, the qEEG brain mapping will tell us what's wrong. It'll say, Hey, you've got anger, you've got aggression, you've got excessive worry, you have negative thoughts, you have anxiety, you have depression, you have term memory problems, you have long term memory problems, you have immediate memory problems, you have working memory problems. It breaks us all down. It even tells us do you have a thyroid problem. Do you have

intestinal inflammation? Do you have brain inflammation. Do you have low dopamine or low acetylcholine. Do you have heavy metal poisoning? Do you have a concussion some pathology. Do you have sensory problems, ringing in the ears, floaters in the eyes, you have headaches or dizzyness? Do you have balance problems? It literally breaks down every responsibility of the brain and tells you which areas

are working well and which areas are not working well. Based on the areas that are not working well, now we could tell you where your weaknesses are and give you the appropriate recommendations on how to improve the function of the area

that's not working at optimal levels. different lobes of the brain. Is it a frontal load problem, is it a parietal load problem, Is it a temporal lobe, is occipital lobe? Is it your sereh bellum, Is it your brain stem? It also tells us which sides are underactive and which sides are overactive. The q ee G brain mapping tells us where the problem is, but the VNG is going to tell us what the problem is. Is it underactive? Is it overactive? Do I have to do more stimulation or do I have to relax it?

Do I have to create more connections or do we have to you know, work on the neurotransmitters. Do we need more oxygen? And blood flow? Tells us is there too much? Is there too little? Is the right side working over time? Is the left side underactive? Is it your serah bellum or your brain stem? Is it the core text? So the VNG is the best test for that. You know, people have depression or anxiety, people have a d D or autism, or troubles with focus or troubles

with memory, and the worried about dementia Alzheimer's. This is the best test for you. This is called a VNG.
