April Lambatos

April Lambatos has been gaining experience in the catering/hospitality industry since 1996. She learned the ropes of the business from the bottom up, beginning her catering career washing dishes. After earning a business degree from the University of Florida and learning hospitality from Walt Disney World Resorts, April found her passion in catering. She is the Co-Owner and COO of Footers Catering and they recently opened a new space called Social Capitol.
