Dinah Bailes began working in assisted living in the assisted living industry in 1985 and received national recognition in 2008 for forming the Assisted Living Federation of America in Tennessee and successfully advocating for resident centered regulations. She was also honored as Executive Director of the year with the California Assisted Living Association in 2011. Dinah discusses the past, present and future of assisted living.
