Melissa Durrell is the president of Durrell Communications, leading one of the top PR and Communication teams in southwestern Ontario.

Originally from Saskatoon, she served two terms as the elected official representing Uptown Waterloo on City Council, is the vice-chair of the Uptown Waterloo Business Improvement Area, and is a supporter of the Zonta Film Festival.

She is also one of Canada’s top pitch coaches.
