BL 33: Communicate Effectively

We all struggle with communication.  Is it ok to text, send an email, use social media etc.  Unfortunately, we are losing focus on the best way to communicate...person to person.  In this episode we will discuss the difference between sending information and actually communicating.

I want you to think about how you do business.  Are you building relationships?  Do you read emotion in a text or email?  Do you understand how to properly communicate?  I bet you don’t.
