In this episode, we welcome Kieron Douglass, an ultra-runner, conservationist, and father. Kieron has joined the BSc Podcast to discuss various challenges he has faced as an ultra-runner, dislocating his knee in a 500km ultra marathon, his upcoming world record attempt at running 100km backwards for a charitable cause, tearing his right abductor after attempting to step Justin Hodges, and then tearing his left abductor after trying to continue playing.
