In a world 1 in 5 every black male "may have"  a mental health issue, and 1 and 25 black men die due to suicide between the ages of 15 and 24. Knowing this We MUST have the conversation of when ,how, and in  what manner do we being the healing process. Within this episode we talked about the healing process and how to begin, and if we are even ready to begin !  For sure this is not for the faint of heart, but it definitely needs to be discussed, This is the first of many conversation.
