The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, not a lack of resources, but rather lack of will.  

We have a growing culture in which a sense of entitlement is being instilled instead of a strong work ethic.   We were all created to be productive for one another.  Being lazy is not only the key ingredient for personal failure, but it is also disrespectful to those around you.
