So he's not sort of saying we're not going to do this, even though he's getting all sorts of signals from the Republican in Congress that they would not support this, and the American public at the moment in public opinion, Pulling says no, no ground troops, but he's not backing off a display

of force. You know, I don't understand closing the strait in addition to Iran trying to close the straight, but I guess in that way it says this is a global property and we can't afford to have you arbitrarily close it.
