Single, Best Idea and the first show for twenty twenty five. Absolutely humbled by the response on my recent trip to Europe on the reach of YouTube. This is something I did not know really as recent as May or June of last year. Ray Schellinger at Bloomberg has been instrumental in explaining to me the digital world. I really, to be honest, folks don't understand the international reach of YouTube is jaw dropping. There's no scope or scale equivalent within America.

We thank you across America for subscribing to Bloomberg Podcasts, but the inter at international reach that I found on my travels to Paris just absolutely shocking. This future of digital media. We're thrilled to be a part of it, including this podcast out on YouTube podcasts as well. We were going to start on the dollar, We're going to start on equities. Now we have to start on violence

in America. The team over the weekend. The interns switched over the weekend, but we've got three new interns which really helped out. And it's just amazing to go from Mick Molroy to Jack Divine. These are people with authority and experience. Jack Divine has three decades of experience with a central intelligence agency. Jack Divine on the Lone Wolf, I.

Think it goes twenty four to seven, all right, Now, the problem in this case is they didn't even have criminal records, right, so you don't know. I mean, it's a big, big it's ocean full of fish if you will. So, but their abilities and the speed with which we cover information and you know, AI in general is mind blowing when you start to look at it. So the capabilities are rich, but it's the verbial needle in the haystack, right.

So all those that are sort of institutionalized, really organized by isis they probably have a really good fix on that. But when you get to those that are inspired, how it could be anybody on a mountaintop, it gets inspired and it's really hard. But I think we're really in a much stronger position than we are aware of, say, at the time of nine to eleven.

Jack Divine there from the ARCA group. I really can't say enough about that conversation. He was brilliant and talking about modern CIA movies and he said he sort of pushed against it, but he said there's actually been some real veracity to Jason Bourne and the others. It was great to talk to mister Divine about all of his work on Spice. He's got some books out. I'll get those books out on Twitter and LinkedIn for you as well.

Mick Molroy hasn't it time to write a lot of books with his public service to the nation and the Marines and within the Trump administration. Mick Molroy of the Lobo Institute again on our lone wolf violence.

It's very difficult to determine who who's been self radicalized, as they call it. The only way to really do that, of course, is to kind of somehow get an informant into the mix. But when they're self radicalized, although this individual does look like part of the FBI, worked with other people, which does indicate that there was some kind of organization that might have gone beyond the actual attacker.

Doesn't mean it was, but it's very difficult if it's just one person, which is why it's so hard to stop these, you know, singular people that decide to either get a weapon and shoot up a public place or drive a truck into a public place.

Speaker 2

Mcmulroy the Global Institute. Thank you to Jack Divine, and mcmulroy perspective, and especially our David Gura, who's really trying to keep up on the story. Look for mister Gura across all of television and radio, and of course is

the big take as well. Again on your commute across the nation, Apple car Place, Arrius XM Channel one twenty one didn't talk enough about the Eastern Corridor from Washington and ninety nine one FM up to Bloomberg eleven three oham our flagship and the success of twenty twenty four within Boston ninety two nine FM. We are thrilled with the initial responsor thank you so much for listening across all of New England on YouTube podcasts. It's single best idea
