Glyn Dix used a knife, hacksaw and scissors to cut up his second wife Hazel's body after they argued over what to watch on television.
The victim's son, Adam Langford, found Dix bloodied and standing over his wife's body. Dix told him: "We've had a little argument." How was this killer able to strike twice?
