Whiskey Sour

  • 2 oz 1792 Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Pure Maple Syrup (Or simple syrup)

Shake with ice for 30 seconds, serve over ice, and garnish with a lemon peel
