For as long as she can remember, 9-year-old Vianca has been running around with bare feet. Then one day Vianca stepped on an old rusty nail, which punctured her foot. That’s when Operation Blessing, partnering with TOMS shoes, came up with a solution that got everyone excited: new shoes for every child in the community.
