Born in Texas and raised in Connecticut, he studied Exercise Science in college and became curious about the effects of stress on your body. His life changed with a near-death experience in a drive-by shooting, which inspired him to travel and live outside the U.S. After moving to California and visiting Mexico, he’s spent recent years in Thailand and Colombia.
