Episode 46 - James Gorter

Episode 46 features New Zealand born, Melbourne based filmmaker James Gorter.

I had the chance to chat with James about three years ago. We talked about his upbringing and what drew him to filmmaking, if you want to check that conversation out, go to episode 13.

Since our last chat, James has continued working with Civic, collaborated with Grace Cummings on two music videos, worked with Amyl and the Sniffers, and started writing his own southern gothic fiction novel.

In this episode, we discuss all of the above, as well as how he continues to seek ways to improve his art, creativity, and mental health.
