My guest this week is Jared Blake and Ed Be, founders of Lichen New York.

Lichen is a Brooklyn/Queens based interior design shop & incubator that has absolutely blown up the past couple of years.

They don’t have traditional backgrounds; they don’t have a “core piece” in fact, they’ve probably done more awareness and education for brands like Herman Miller and Knoll than those brands could do on their own. But Jared and Ed are doing everything right. They’re creating a world that’s accessible, inspirational, inviting, and democratizing the landscape.
