My guest this week is Alex James, co-founder of PLEASURES.

You’re all probably super familiar with the Los Angeles brand. You’ve seen their name mashed through your fav logo. They have a very punk approach to fashion, their collabs are incredible, and the company has a knack for being about two years ahead of what you like before you like it.

You’ll hear this on the pod, but PLEASURES is a brand that makes you want to dive deeper into all their influences and one of the few brands that is more rewarding the deeper you go.

Alex and I discuss his early career in the fashion industry, working at a rag house, selling vintage, the original name of the brand, and using PLEASURES as an educational platform.
