Episode description

This interview with Torrence Reed was inspirational! Torrence started HBCU Wall Street with a goal of teaching college students about financial literacy and turning their ideas into reality. Shortly after that, the next movement, HBCU Realty began with the idea to crowd fund the rehabilitation of homes near HBCUs.

They purchased their first investment property near Tuskegee University and they are partnering with Rebuild Tuskegee on the rehab. In this interview we discuss the growth of HBCU Wall Street and HBCU Realty as well as how their first rehab is going.
