- If you're doing rehab on a property, make sure you get at least three estimates. Thoroughly vet each contractor and make the best choice. Don'e be cheap, do a quality rehab, the ARV (After Repair Value) will be higher.
- Be a great Landlord and treat tenants well. Brian gave his tenants Mother's Day cards and some money to his tenants. He also does free credit repair for them so they can eventually get their own property.
- Don't rely solely on your 9-5. Side Hustles are important and you can use what you know from your 9-5 to generate income. Your income will only grow to the extent that you do, so focus on personal growth.
