1. Have a hunger for knowledge. Things may not work right away, but you can't give up. You have to be a sponge, don't be afraid to ask questions. It's okay if you don't know everything. 


2. Partnerships- Transparency, Integrity and Having hard conversations is important. 


3. Raising Private Capital- You need to help people identify what they can tap into for funds. Retirement plans, Business Credit etc. You should be able to discuss the risk and returns for investments. 


4. Finding Homes to Flip- The MLS (Multiple Listing Service), Landbank, Off-Market, Wholesalers or Social Media
