  1. Find Accountability Partners- It's important to have people around you who can give you feedback along your journey. Be open to the thoughts of others who have similar goals and have your best interests in mind. 

  2. Learn from your mistakes- Mistakes are inevitable but the important thing is that you use it to get better. Don't give up! Jeremy didn't give up, and learning from previous experiences has helped him to expand his portfolio 

  3. Owner Financing- Do you homework and give the owner what they are asking for. If you can make the number make sense, you can get deals. Find a good realtor to run comps on other properties in the area.

  4. Key terms- Quitclaim deed, adjudicated property, driving for dollars, revolving line of credit, triple net leasing, Prehabbing
