1. Educate Yourself- Make sure you're reading books, blogs, podcasts and consuming any information that will educate you about real estate. When you know what you're talking about, it helps when speaking with banks. Bankers are not financial advisers, you need to know what you're talking about


2. Relationships- Don't have one-sided relationships with banks, treat them like a business partner and not someone who you only call when you need something. Show them that you care- send cards for holidays, birthdays etc. 


3. Creative Financing Stratagies- BRRR (Buy, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), Cross Collateralization, Construction Loans 


4. Only work with people who see the vision you have. Speak what you want into existence, if you believe it then it can happen!
