Darrin Bell who is black and Jewish, born in Los Angeles California, is a Pulitzer Prize-winning American editorial cartoonist and comic strip creator known for the syndicated comic strips  Candorville and Rudy Park. He is a syndicated editorial cartoonist with King Features.
