Film director, producer, and screenwriter Steven Caple Jr was first introduced to costume designer Ciara Whaley through a photo her cousin showed him. It was 2004 and they were both in high school at the time, but he knew two things: first, she was baaad. Second, he had to find a way to meet her. Their love story would begin after a chance meeting in driving school, and has been a wrap ever since. Between college, grad school, and burgeoning careers, Ciara and Steven always found a way to make it work.
