This week I talked about Lena O'Ree, one of New Brunswick's Greatest Pioneers for Change and a recipient of the New Brunswick Human Rights Award. She was born in 1914 but from a young age, she was a trailblazer, continuously advocating for Black Peoples' rights in her hometown of Saint John.
