'We have two new NAFTAs’

On BIV Today...   With Australia’s ratification of the agreement, the Comprehensive and Progressive agreement for Trans Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) will come into force at the end of the year.   When it does, it will be as large, as important for Canada as the original NAFTA, says Carlo Dade, director of the centre for trade and investment policy at the Canada West Foundation.
